Could use some updating and repairs. Okay if you just need a place to stay for the night, but don’t expect many amenities.

lobby is filty....no microwave inside the room.bathroom doesnt have shampoo,conditioner, soap. The good thing they have parking.

Filthy garbages and terrible pool hours.

First, this is a Motel, not the self described Hotel. I'm sure back in its prime it was a decent place to stay. We had to ask for a hair dryer, and, as they only left us half a roll, another roll of toilet paper. If the motel had a facelift and a deep cleaning, it could really be a cute and convenient place to stay.

Avoid this mess! This was a huge waste of money. Overpriced, grungy-looking, not enough parking for all guests, no one at the desk for hours & hours--and they don't answer the phone! Broken furniture, dirty carpet.

Very close to Art Park for concerts, no breakfast but does have an ice machine, I would stay again but hopefully ag a cheaper rate, (paid $90)

Broken down and terribly dirty…. To a disgusting level. Think frat-house and you’ll be there. The good- it is located at the entrance to Artpark and a 15 minute walk to the venue down the length of the driveway.

The staff were friendly to me when we checked it. I heard the attendant yell that there is no breakfast and checkout is a 11 A.M. The room was dirty. I would not sleep under the covers because the box that the mattress was resting on was filthy with a black smug on it. The shower was dirty and there were no wash cloths only towels. The room smelled musty. There was no elevator. Being disabled, the staircase was difficult. There was only a railing on the lower half. At one time, there was a staff member walking up the stairs behind us and did not ask to help us even though we were truggling. Overall a terrible experience. WIll not go there again.

There was no microwave. The tub was not clean to my standards. And there was a vent duct taped above the bed. But the the room wasn't as bad as some of the reviews that my husband saw after I booked. The room was acceptable for the last minute trip.

The room smelled like no one had been in it for a long time. Bathtub moldy, tiles cracked are faucet. INFESTED WITH SPIDERS!!!! A spider fell in my eye while I was laying down. Cobwebs in all of the corners.

The room was dirty. The tub and fridge had filth all over and in them. The bed had stains on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Oh my gosh. The room was filthy. The towels and bedding were stained. The tub was dirty. The sink had hairs in and around it. One was stuck under faucet lever and would not move. The carpet was stained, sticky and threadbare. I didn’t want my feet to touch it. My husband had to kill spiders in the bathroom. Something bit me in bed and raised a bump on my leg. I hope it’s not bed bugs! UGH!

First of all, the hallways have a really bad odor, smells terrible and needs proper vacuuming! The refrigerator in the room was not working and even though the front desk was aware of it, made no effort to address the issue. The clock, coffee maker, lights were all unplugged as if the hotel is trying to save money or something. You would have to plug these in to use. Many channels in the TV are not viewable although those are listed on the TV guide. There was water clogging in the bathtub. You will not readily find the front office staff… you will have to dial “0” from the telephone at the front desk. Overall, it felt as an extremely poorly maintained and dirty property and management has zero concern about it but pricing is cheap to attract visitors! Avoid if possible.

I have booked in adVance, instead of checking time we reached there at 1:30 am so they had so much time, still the bed sheets, towels, pillow covers, bath curtains nothing was clean, not even washed. Everything smelled terrific. We had found it so hard to breathe. The carpet was smelling really bad too. The bathroom, bathtub, and curtains smelled so bad. Shower curtains were badly dirty n nasty smelly. There were pictures of the breakfast area with rich breakfast pictures. But there was no breakfast at all. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. When we asked the next morning to switch the rooms to temporary help of help desk. We came back to the hotel in the evening. Everything was as it is. The permanent help desk guy refused to help at all. No to everything - switching rooms, changing the bedsheets, pillow covers, towels. We were told by the temporary help of the desk girl, that the owner totally refused to change anything. Above all the owner said that they ( means we) have booked the room for two days and we are asking the more services. They are not going to help. The question is, those were nasty n dirty that's why we asked for changing them. They were supposed to give us a neat and clean wash. The girl was nice and changed the bedsheets. We would never ever go to this place nor we would go to those hotels, and motels owned by this owner. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. We would make sure to spread the words to friends n family and social medias about it

The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The toilet had urine on the back of it, mildew inside the toilet bowl, and the shower was grungy. The bedspreads could use washing.

I cannot understand how this property can stay open legally?? I have had to stay here over the years since there is limited lodging in the area and Lewiston was packed with visitors this weekend. There were no other options. This place was the only option (at $150 a night!!) and this was the worst stay so far!! None of the lights in the room worked. For the whole 2 days I was there. I asked for new lightbulbs and they handed them through the door to me and then the lights still didn’t work. Breaker issue?? No TV remote available. But the best part… It was obvious the shower had not been cleaned. Still had leftover soap and scum from previous guests in the stall. The shower knob kept falling off during the shower & the water would swing between scalding hot and then freezing cold, without even adjusting it. The room floor was filthy…crumbs and dirt…used plastic silverware was on the room floor with dried food residue on it & crumbs everywhere. The towels and sheets stunk. And then right at checkout time the staff tried busting into my room while I was still inside…no knock or anything. Good thing the chain was on the door! I didn’t bother complaining in person because I’ve stayed here before and I know they just don’t care. But instead I decided to warn you all from staying in this overpriced dilapidated dirty slum. Lewiston REALLY needs more options of where to stay since it’s a great area!! This motel needs extreme renovation!! It’s poverty level quality

The rooms were dirty and old. Dirty, torn carpet. Mold in shower. Drawer railing broken so drawer fell out onto floor. Dirty tissue with blood between mattress and headboard. Dirt and garbage under bed. Carpet not vacuumed. Dirt and food crumbs in drawers. Broken hangers for clothing. No toilet paper or tissues in room. Had to ask Indian girl at front desk for toilet paper. She had a poor high-handed attitude. She was arrogant and rude. We booked for two days for two rooms but only stayed one night because it was so late and we were tired. Afraid to use the bedding which was also old and worn. Hair on bed. Cleaned our own rooms with products we had in our car trunk. Never stay there!! Garbage and cigarette butts in parking lot. Staff didn’t turn on outdoor lights until almost midnight. Afraid to go out to my car. Afraid for security for my car. No phone, hair dryer or safe in room.

The price was outrageous for the facilities. There was no soap, no tissues, no mini fridge, no hair dryer, a little coffee maker but no cups. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The place is in need of major updating. I will never stay there again. I will drive home after a concert no matter how late it is.

I mean, there were a few things that concerned me when getting into the room, some of the carpet was ripped up. The bathroom door was falling apart so you couldn’t close it. Shower didn’t appear to be very clean, and water pressure was barley a thing. Made sure to take pictures of everything, since based on other reviews they like to randomly charge people months later for things.

It stunk where the buildings rooms were located. There were no towels. The top sheet had food stains on the bed. The coffee pot was broken. The shower was broken. The toilet was loose.!

Property location was good and peaceful but rooms should be upgraded. Our room’s bathroom door was almost about to crack and the pipe was damaged too. Bathroom was too cramped otherwise the room was fine

We were on the ground floor. There is no sound proofing anywhere. We heard every footstep, every movement of items on the floor. The ceiling just creaking It was awful. They were up late and up by 6:00am. At 6:00am We called the front desk to be moved to another room so we could at least have a chance to sleep 3 or 4 hours. There was no answer. The bathroom was dirty, plaster cracked and had hole’s around the light fixture. The coffee pot was filthy. When we looked into it there was a rusty metal piece that must have broken off from the inside of the coffee maker. If a person could be guaranteed a room on the 2nd floor it might be tolerable for a night .

Rooms had tastefully updated interiors, but our end room was not entirely clean (e.g. hair and dirt in corners of bathroom, visible stains on bedspread, etc.) Also, the office manager was not friendly upon check-in and provided very poor answers and suggestions, including to such easy questions as, "Where can we park?" Lastly, the "hotel" did not provide breakfast as advertised everywhere online, particularly at the time of booking. Overall, the motel provided a well-priced, centrally-located room for a post-concert overnight.

I booked the room at approximately 1115 pm. I arrived 30 minutes after and the Aartpark Hotel Inn was locked up with a sign saying late arrivals oay for the night. When I called to explain above, I was told rather abruptly there are no refunds for late bookings because they are considered late arrivals. I highly recommend not staying here after such an experience.

Would say that it was the worst decision of my life to reserve for this hotel. Never ever stay in this hotel especially if you are with family. Spend 30-40 bucks extra and you will have a good experience in another hotel. The tea maker had a mold in its pot. This shows the cleanliness standards of the hotel. The room smells like it has mold in carpet. The worst part is the reception staff. He was totally unprofessional.

Property does not look like pictures, front desk looks untidy. Very limited access to staff and front desk. Calls to front desk are unanswered. Management did mention at check-in that rooms are not cleaned and towels are not supplied. Condition of rugs and doors need repair,

Friendly staff

A strong odor when you enter the building. Would not allow check in after 11 PM and no service is available until 11 AM.

1. There is hardly anyone to reach at the property. Even ringing the bell or giving repeated phone call is not helpful. 2. No proper lighting inside the room 3. Some water taps were not proper Overall, a very poorly maintained hotel. Slightly cheaper, so this may be expected. But this is below par.

The staff could not give less of a care. I was checked in by a woman wearing pajamas. This is reflected in the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. There is grime in every corner and the carpets (ya carpets) have a sheen to them that would indicate they have no been properly cleaned in years. The bathroom came fully equipped with 1 single roll of toilet paper with no spare in sight. The staff did not answer the front desk phone when called from the room and did not respond to voicemail left regarding the toilet paper situation. Also, important to note, there is no one at the front desk before 3 pm and after 7 it's the same - so keep that in mind. No breakfast on site as previously described and generally not what you would anticipate even for a 1 star. Also of note was the general smell of must and the articial odour attempt to cover it up.

This property was booked for a cheap place for men to stay while working in Lewiston. Would not stay here if it were for pleasure/vacation. Four night stay with no housekeeping service or fresh towels/soap and nobody in the office to request it!!

Check in was easy, very nice staff would visit again

The staff checked in someone else in our booking and when we reached the hotel she just looked at the id and said there is no booking. We gave her the confirmation number to recheck but she was very rude and totally trying to ignore. Later we called expedia and asked for a new place to stay and thats when the lady found out her mistake and gave us our room. Also, the room was really dirty. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Close to everything! Quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Walkable to Aartpark and town. Convenient location and friendly town to visit. Reasonably clean and the bed was comfy.

Came for a concert @Aartpark, very walkable. Coffee shop across the street, restaurant practically next door. East walk to the venue. Will definitely stay again!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Very convenient as a stopoff or if you're attending a concert at Artpark. It needs an update badly but the room/bed is comfortable.

It’s nothing fabulous but a great place to take a rest after a busy day of sightseeing!! The town was super cute! There was live music and a farmers market practically next door! Sooo cool!

Nice place to stay for a reasonable price - lots of value here. Reasonably attractive and clean rooms; mine could have used a little more vacuuming but was very clean. Staff were polite but not as warm or friendly as the staff you find in the Lewiston shops, hotels and businesses. I recommend staying here nonetheless. Art Park, restaurants, drug store and the main drag are all within walking distance.

Nice place to stay. Close to car wash, store and 15 min driving to Niagara Falls.

It was convenient walk to Aartpark. Had a comfy bed. Reasonably priced. Short walk to breakfast at Syros. There was no hand soap and the shower had no water pressure. When I asked for more pillows, was told I could only have one. Room and hallway musty.

Didn’t even end up staying here. Waiting in the reception area for 40 mins for someone to check me in. The place looked dirty and everything that was advertised such as coffee, breakfast, etc was either broken or not being offered. Could hear what was probably an employee on the phone in a back office screaming and swearing the whole time I was waiting. Ended up calling Expedia to get a refund and after another 45 mins on the phone with them they finally offered a refund and I booked another hotel. Avoid this place.

This place was filthy. Spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. When we brought it to the staffs attention, they were rude and dismissive. They basically said take it or leave it, but didn't offer a refund. They advertise as having breakfast, but when you arrive there is a sign that says no breakfast. I've stayed in many hotel and motels in many different places, and this was by far the worst. I would never stay here again! Hotels.com should remove this place from their app.

Breakfast was not available during the stay which should have been mentioned ahead of time, and also compensated for the lack of an amenity that was advertised

Run down old motel, not as pictured. Very small, old room with NO service, The pictured buffet has not been served in years. There is no room cleaning, nothing. Not even hangers for your cloths though there is a rod. It's out of the way and run down. The lobby is shabby. DO NOT STAY HERE.

VERY Unfriendly front desk person. Didn’t say hello or talk to me besides giving me the key. I had to ask where the room was and how to access to it. The room smelled very bad. Filthy shower curtain covered w orange soap scum & black stuff. Wallpaper peeling off. Coffee pot w/o coffee or cups. Tissue holder w/o tissue. No breakfast even though there are pics of it. Nice on the outside but seriously lacking in the inside. When we tried to reach the guy again bc the remote didn’t work, he would not come back to the office to help us. Another guy even knocked in his door but he would not answer. (Worst service ever!) The bed was comfortable & I liked the location being within walking distance to the river trail, grocery & restaurants.
