The room conditions were below acceptable standards. There were numerous mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to rest comfortably. Surprisingly, there was no mirror in the bedroom, which is a basic amenity one would expect at this price point. Additionally, there were issues with the as some lights would not turn off properly, which was both inconvenient and frustrating during the night. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, this experience did not justify the price paid.

Room assigned was less than satisfactory for a four star hotel. AC on the blink too often everyday. TV did not work most of the time. Once the water in the bathroom was off completely. Huge inconvenience. Staff at front desk were not supportive. Dining room staff was great and the saving grace. Final bill was beyond what was originally estimated at time of booking. Rate it as a two star hotel at best.
