Hotel Noir

L’accueil à notre arrivée a été excellent. Le personnel est des plus charmants, souriant et disponible. La chambre était très agréable, très confortable et d’une propreté impeccable.

Personnel accueillant et gentils. Hôtel très sympa proche des transports en commun pour profiter pleinement de la ville.

The room sink smelt of rotten eggs. Bed sheet and pillows case don’t get changed after 5 days until I had to ask for change. Normally a 4/5 star hotel will change daily. I found those unhealthy and gross. No shower gel in the bath unless I ask them to refill. What’s the point of having cleaning staff? They spend more time talking about the bedroom doors than cleaning the rooms properly. They main door lock need to be changed. People keep getting stuck outside the hotel. A security risk. Imagine a single girl trying to get in after a night out and she can’t open the main door.. so girls be aware about the front door.. many drunken guys around that area
