Hotel Wilhelm

O hotel fica em uma região bastante privilegiada e com uma vista incrível da cidade. Os funcionários são muito acolhedores e nos apoiaram em tudo que precisamos. Porém é uma propriedade antiga, bastante rootz. Os banheiros são apertados, mas as camas são extremamente confortáveis.

We stayed in Rooms 11 and 22 from 7–10 July as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers). Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and happy to provide useful local information. The location worked well for us. It’s within walking distance of the town centre, with a couple of handy mini markets nearby for water and other essentials. The tram stop is only a short walk away and is accessed via a flight of steps. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the views from Room 22 were excellent. Bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean. A fan was provided in each room. It was a little noisy but did the job, and the opening windows allowed plenty of fresh air through the rooms. The only real downside was the bathrooms in both rooms. They were clean but dated and well past their best, and could do with a refurbishment. Breakfast was good, with a typical continental buffet offering plenty of choice. Overall, Hotel Wilhelm worked well for us. We’d happily stay again, although updated bathrooms would make a noticeable difference.

アクセスは良かった。 ただ夜空調がきかないから若干寒かった。 でもブランケットを2枚にしてくれて助かった。

Hotel is basic but largely what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Except the room was baking hot despite heating being off, windows and outside temperature being 1 degrees. Either Expedia, the hotel or myself messed up the booking, I wanted a twin room I got a double. I asked if I could change to which the receiptionist got very stroppy, I didnt demand I only asked. I checked after and they didnt have twins but did have a triple, I would have happily paid but as you can imagine I didnt want to deal with the recieptionist again, we decided to stay in a different hotel.
