Great little hotel front desk doesn’t cause no problems they are very respectful only down side is the hot tub doesn’t work look like they have just abandoned it.

Did not appreciate a passive aggressive note on ice machine in lobby after i filled a small cooler with ice. I paid more than a fair price to stay there and if i need ice i will get what i need, if yhe management has a problem with that they need to find a different line of work.

Did not swap towels per day. They claim they do not do this because of Covid. Creepy family living in the property wandering the halls at night. No towels in the pool area. Rude receptionist. Room door keys would constantly stop working, so we had to exchange. They kept telling us to stop putting in by our cell phones. Not our first hotel stay. Carpet in our room was buckling. Beds were garbage. $200 per night. Way overpriced. Stay away.

Took a long time to check in, walls are very thin, breakfast did not taste good and thay did not have much food, hot tub was not working our entire stay, they charged $10 for each extra person in the pool that were not staying there. Workers spoke very little english at front desk.

Absolutely terrible experience- if I could give zero stars, I would! The hotel smelled very strongly of cleaning agents which resulted in me getting a terrible headache after 30 minutes of being there. We traveled with a group for a sports event. One of the rooms had a clogged toilet- how could they have cleaned the room and not notice?! Comforters were also dirty, as were the remaining bathrooms (sinks and toilets. Breakfast is minimal and bad - only toast, bagel with only cream cheese and powder eggs as option. The hot tub is permanently closed and wrapped in caution tape. They charge an extra $10 per person per use for pool use! We had to leave after 1 night (we had booked 2) because of the unbearable smell. Staff were very unfriendly and unaccommodating when I tried to explain the situation. Would never return- stay away!!!

It was very hot in the hotel. They did not have the air-conditioning on anywhere in the Commons areas. And the hot tub was roped off. The room was comfortable.

Thought the room was a bit dusty, killed 2 bugs in our hotel room, didn’t see staff when we went to turn in our hotel room keys. When we went to check in the front desk clerk didn’t seem as friendly as I would have liked to see, she seemed annoyed and tired.

The bathroom smelled so strongly of mold I left and found other accommodations. The room had a window on the ground floor that didn't feel secure at all. When I arrived I had to call the front desk staff to check in. Which meant no one was keeping an eye on who wad entering and leaving the building. As a single woman I felt extremely unsafe.

This property is very average. Clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast is very ordinary. Bagels, packaged cinnamon rolls, brown bread and white bread, scrambled eggs probably made from powder, sausage patties with no taste, and do it yourself waffles, which nobody used. Coffee, hot water for tea and orange juice are available. Very blah. There was no other hotel nearby so if it’s the only choice, it’s probably fine for sleeping and showering.

Stay was ok, slight tobacco smell in our room, even though all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Good internet but it is unsecured. Beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast is ok, not great but not terrible either. Overall an ok stay, no issues.

The property had almost no other guest staying there, There was very little choices at breakfast . The staff was very rude at our arrival. He was very aggressive and rude right from the start. We travel alot as a company and have never experienced such bad customer service.

Breakfast was comparable to a Hampton inn with Hilton. The staff was very attentive. We had an issue with our TV at midnight and the young man wasted no time coming up to remedy the situation for us.

The property had almost no other guest staying there, There was very little choices at breakfast . The staff was very rude at our arrival. He was very aggressive and rude right from the start. We travel alot as a company and have never experienced such bad customer service.

Excellent stay! Clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast and probably the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept on at a hotel!!

The proprietor was not at the front desk when we arrived. You had to call for him on a phone. The instructions for doing this were clear. Breakfast was ok. Several lightbulbs were burned out through out the hotel. The air conditioning was not plugged in. Two conditioners instead of shampoo. Not a big deal until your in the shower. Just an ok place.

Very depressing place. Desk always deserted. The breakfast food looked as if it had been there for years. The room smelled of smoke.

Took a long time to check in, walls are very thin, breakfast did not taste good and thay did not have much food, hot tub was not working our entire stay, they charged $10 for each extra person in the pool that were not staying there. Workers spoke very little english at front desk.

Stay was ok, slight tobacco smell in our room, even though all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Good internet but it is unsecured. Beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast is ok, not great but not terrible either. Overall an ok stay, no issues.

Breakfast was comparable to a Hampton inn with Hilton. The staff was very attentive. We had an issue with our TV at midnight and the young man wasted no time coming up to remedy the situation for us.

Absolutely terrible experience- if I could give zero stars, I would! The hotel smelled very strongly of cleaning agents which resulted in me getting a terrible headache after 30 minutes of being there. We traveled with a group for a sports event. One of the rooms had a clogged toilet- how could they have cleaned the room and not notice?! Comforters were also dirty, as were the remaining bathrooms (sinks and toilets. Breakfast is minimal and bad - only toast, bagel with only cream cheese and powder eggs as option. The hot tub is permanently closed and wrapped in caution tape. They charge an extra $10 per person per use for pool use! We had to leave after 1 night (we had booked 2) because of the unbearable smell. Staff were very unfriendly and unaccommodating when I tried to explain the situation. Would never return- stay away!!!

This property is very average. Clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast is very ordinary. Bagels, packaged cinnamon rolls, brown bread and white bread, scrambled eggs probably made from powder, sausage patties with no taste, and do it yourself waffles, which nobody used. Coffee, hot water for tea and orange juice are available. Very blah. There was no other hotel nearby so if it’s the only choice, it’s probably fine for sleeping and showering.

The hot tub was unusable. Thankfully the water in the room was hot enough that use of our jacuzzi made up for the lack of the hut tub. Having the TV on an outlet that is run by a light switch is most inconvenient. Something WAS written above the light switch, but had been mostly rubbed off. Try using a label maker. Internet password info on the top of the headboard is also not convenient. Didn’t see that until checking out. Since it’s on a sticky, I suggest having it by the TV. There also was no information in the room about times the pool was open (if there were any) nor times that breakfast was served. We ended up walking to McDonalds. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the property has seen better days. The hot tub was closed but the pool was very nice and warm. Our room was pretty gross. Carpet would turn your feet or socks black. The room was very damp and you couldn’t see out of the windows they were so dirty. My wife also found a silver fish in the sink. Also the apple juice and orange juice at breakfast and black specs in the juice. Could have been fruit flies.

Greeted by friendly, personable staff ranks high on my list and we were! We felt the warm atmosphere from the start. The staff saw us and made us feel welcomed. Our room was better than expected. The king bed was so comfortable, the A/C was quiet! We appreciate the sink and counter separate from the toilet and tub/shower. We had a peaceful, quiet night. The breakfast was tasty with all the options available. Safe and secure neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here.

The staff are amazing! We had a great time with family and the location was good. This is an older hotel and much of our issues have to do with Wyndom, not local staff. They need to spend some money on upgrades, including the air system, which was blowing a very unpleasant smell into our room. Perhaps certain rooms are set aside when booking through a 3rd party app and this was the issue but it warrants attention. Also, as others have mentioned, the hot tub didn’t work, which we didn’t care about since it was 92°! Again, the staff were amazing!
