AmericInn by Wyndham Hotel and Suites Long Lake

Whirlpool was closed no one notified us. Waffle machine was out of order, nothing to substitute for it. Toliet needs repair. It wanted to drain all night but we tried to fix it while we were there. Cleaning people were amazing. Property was beautiful.

Staff was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was decent and several of the group really enjoyed the food.

Staff was VERY accommodating when we asked for a room on the first floor. We didn't use the pool/hot tub or have breakfast in the morning so I cannot comment on that. The room was quiet and clean.

The pool was like an ice box and the hot tub was down, the fridge didn’t work, there was men’s pee on the back of the toilet in our room, we asked for extra towels the front desk person gave us wet ones, the breakfast was limited and wasn’t even hot, and the ice machine was down.

Definitely a few hiccups and wish the hot tub was functional but the beds were really comfortable 🙂
