Beautiful resort! Helpful staff. Beautiful beaches. Next to an amusement park, but not noticeable once you are on the resort. Complicated long process to get from mainland to room. Lots of stops and waits. Very relaxing once to the resort. Wouldn’t go for less than 2 days…

빈펄 럭셔리 그랜드 듀플렉스~ 예민한데도 불구하고 침구가 아주 편안해서 푹 잠들었어요, 수영장도 1.8미터 깊이라 수영을 좀 하는 아이들에겐 아주 좋구요 키즈풀도 있어요. 객실 내 자쿠지가 있는데요 생각보다 크구요 가장 만족했던 점은 바다가 예술이었어요 나트랑 시내에 있는 바다는 쓰레기도 있고 해서 좀 더러웠는데 빈펄럭셔리 리조트 바로 앞 바다는 관리가 잘 되어있는건지 원래 물이 깨끗한건지, 제대로 바다수영의 재미가 있는 곳이었어요~ 빈원더스에서의 워터파크와 놀이공원까지 셔틀이 계속 실어 나르고, 빈하버에서의 드론쇼와 불꽃 놀이, 스피드보트와 케이블카까지 아주 만족스런 여행이었어요

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

Best resort ever!!!!! kind staffs, nice and clean room, large pool, beautiful resort, private beach, good food.. I loved everything! Especially massage by the sea was the best! Anyone coming to this place MUST visit the spa!

All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.

Entspannung pur! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und nicht zu groß Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Hier wird jeder einzelne Gast wertgeschätzt und ist nicht nur einer von vielen. Sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand sind immer Liegen frei. Gerne wieder

良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

If you are looking for quality, peace and quiet, great staff and amenities its all here! You can also visit the other two resorts on the island using a free tuk tuk service and enjoy their facilities. Henry our concierge man went over and above all expectations for us. We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

There was an issue on the housekeeping, but the staffs were very skilled at handling it and we appreciate it a lot. It was a good price overall, the room was clean and well-equipped, and full of friendly staffs. Thanks a lot of the good experiences there!

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.
The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. 힐링 그잡채였음..ㅠ 섬안에 딱히 할건 없어도 충분히 갈만한 숙소였음 5성급이라 그런가 청소상태도 좋고 침구도 폭닥한게 너무너무 좋았음 수영장도 깊고 깨끗하고! 일단 다른건 둘째치고 직원들도 다 너무 친절하고 한국인을 너무너무 좋아함 ㅎㅎ

럭셔리에서 6박을 했습니다. 여유로운 시간과 자연속에서 힐링을 하며 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 리조트 직원들의 서비스정신과 친근한 인사는 상당히 좋았습니다. 불편하거나 불만족 스러운건 딱히 없었으나 쇼파와 쿠션에서 약간의 냄새가 나는것만 개선해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 다음 방문시에도 이곳에서 묵을 의향 100% 입니다.
럭셔리에서 6박을 했습니다. 여유로운 시간과 자연속에서 힐링을 하며 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 리조트 직원들의 서비스정신과 친근한 인사는 상당히 좋았습니다. 불편하거나 불만족 스러운건 딱히 없었으나 쇼파와 쿠션에서 약간의 냄새가 나는것만 개선해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 다음 방문시에도 이곳에서 묵을 의향 100% 입니다.

Entspannung pur! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und nicht zu groß Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Hier wird jeder einzelne Gast wertgeschätzt und ist nicht nur einer von vielen. Sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand sind immer Liegen frei. Gerne wieder

오랜만에 후기를 남깁니다. 수년 전 방문했던 빈펄 럭셔리는 정말 좋은 기억으로 남아 있어 큰 기대를 안고 다시 찾았습니다. 특히 해변에 위치한 카페가 너무 아름다웠던 기억이 있어 더욱 기대가 컸습니다. 그러나 이번 방문은 실망스러웠습니다. 연휴라 그런지 체크인 시 짐을 방까지 가져다주는 서비스(luggage delivery service)에 1시간이 걸린다고 해서, 결국 선착장에서 숙소까지 짐을 직접 들고 가야 했습니다. 여행의 시작부터 불편함이 따랐습니다. 더 큰 문제는 호텔 직원들의 태도였습니다. 여러 가지 문제를 해결하기 위해 책임자급 직원과 소통하려 했으나, 그들은 고자세로 일관하며 직접 응대하는 것을 꺼리는 모습을 보였습니다. 마치 고객을 무시하는 듯한 태도는 매우 불쾌했습니다. 반면, 여전히 잔잔한 바닷가 그리고 일반 직원들은 매우 친절했고 서비스 자체에는 큰 불만이 없었습니다. 그러나 매니저급 직원들의 응대는 실망을 넘어 분노를 일으킬 정도였습니다. 고객을 배려하는 모습은커녕, 오히려 손님을 깔보는 듯한 태도로 마치 자신들이 주인인 것처럼 행동했습니다. 과연 이곳이 내가 알던 빈펄 럭셔리가 맞나 싶을 정도였습니다. 시설 면에서도 실망스러웠습니다. 화장실의 도기 및 위생 시설이 낡아 보였고, 유지·보수가 제대로 이루어지지 않은 듯한 느낌이었습니다. 예전의 고급스럽고 깔끔한 이미지와는 거리가 멀었습니다. 마지막으로, 객실 내 모기가 너무 많았습니다. 숙박을 고려하신다면 모기약은 필수로 챙기시길 권장합니다. 빈펄 럭셔리는 과거의 명성을 유지하지 못하고 있습니다. 기대가 컸던 만큼 실망도 컸던 이번 방문, 다시 찾을 이유는 없어 보입니다.

We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

직원(하니)이 너무 케어를 잘해줘서 너무 편한 3박이 되었습니다.. 3박 빈펄럭셔리에 머물고 3박은 아미아나에서 지냈는데 빈펄에서 할걸 너무 후회가 될 정도였습니다. 방도 정말 크고, 럭셔리쪽은 독채 형식으로 되어있어서 정말 프라이빗했고.. 섬 안에 있는게 불편하지않을정도로 시설(하버 포함)도 훌륭했고, 버기도 수시로 준비되어 기다리는 시간이 거의 없었습니다. 다음번에도 나트랑에 오게되면 다른 리조트 다 필요없고 무조건 빈펄럭셔리 입니다!! 편하게 지내고 갈 수 있게 어레인지 해준 하니 및 모든 직원들께 고맙습니다.

빈펄 럭셔리 그랜드 듀플렉스~ 예민한데도 불구하고 침구가 아주 편안해서 푹 잠들었어요, 수영장도 1.8미터 깊이라 수영을 좀 하는 아이들에겐 아주 좋구요 키즈풀도 있어요. 객실 내 자쿠지가 있는데요 생각보다 크구요 가장 만족했던 점은 바다가 예술이었어요 나트랑 시내에 있는 바다는 쓰레기도 있고 해서 좀 더러웠는데 빈펄럭셔리 리조트 바로 앞 바다는 관리가 잘 되어있는건지 원래 물이 깨끗한건지, 제대로 바다수영의 재미가 있는 곳이었어요~ 빈원더스에서의 워터파크와 놀이공원까지 셔틀이 계속 실어 나르고, 빈하버에서의 드론쇼와 불꽃 놀이, 스피드보트와 케이블카까지 아주 만족스런 여행이었어요

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

We went as a family. My dad had some health episodes and the staff was tremendous. They were attentive and called the facility nurse and medic which provided the greatest care for our family. I really love the polite mannerism of all the staff. We were very lucky because of them.

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

全般的にすごく快適なホテル。スタッフも対応がすごく良く申し分ありませんでした。 ただ、残念なのは、Massage & Spaの対応でした。 きちんとマネジメントが出来ておらず、お客を待たせていた点です。 お客を待たせていて、その理由を他のお客のせいにしていたのは全く理解が出来ませんでした。

We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

빈펄 럭셔리 그랜드 듀플렉스~ 예민한데도 불구하고 침구가 아주 편안해서 푹 잠들었어요, 수영장도 1.8미터 깊이라 수영을 좀 하는 아이들에겐 아주 좋구요 키즈풀도 있어요. 객실 내 자쿠지가 있는데요 생각보다 크구요 가장 만족했던 점은 바다가 예술이었어요 나트랑 시내에 있는 바다는 쓰레기도 있고 해서 좀 더러웠는데 빈펄럭셔리 리조트 바로 앞 바다는 관리가 잘 되어있는건지 원래 물이 깨끗한건지, 제대로 바다수영의 재미가 있는 곳이었어요~ 빈원더스에서의 워터파크와 놀이공원까지 셔틀이 계속 실어 나르고, 빈하버에서의 드론쇼와 불꽃 놀이, 스피드보트와 케이블카까지 아주 만족스런 여행이었어요

Fantastisk service, fantastisk frokost, fantastisk plass! Hadde i utgangspunktet tenkt at jeg ikke ville bo på Hon Tre pga. mye mas med fornøyelsesparken. Tok taubanen over for å se på Vinpearl Harbour, så dette resortet - og booket meg spontant inn for en natt, selvom jeg egentlig sov på et hotell i Nha Trang. Det angrer jeg ikke på, var helt fantastisk å få slappet av her den siste tiden av oppholdet mitt i Vietnam. Vakkert resort, hvor de ikke har plass til så mange gjester - som derfor gjør det avslappende og rolig!

良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

We had an incredible few days at the Luxury resort. The staff were truly wonderful. The ladies in the spa were delightful and massages in the huts were beautful. We can't recommend it highly enough!! Breakfast is amazing!! Thank you all!!

We had an overall pleasant stay and there were many highlights during our visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa experience was exceptional. The spa’s beachfront location allowed us to enjoy the natural sound of the waves while relaxing, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room door occasionally made a loud alarm-like noise when opening or closing, which was inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit was also quite noisy and initially did not cool the room sufficiently, although the maintenance team responded and resolved the issue afterward. Additionally, there was noticeable noise coming from nearby construction or maintenance work next to our room, which affected our ability to rest. We contacted the staff about it, and while the noise eventually stopped, it took some time before the situation was addressed. Despite these issues, the outstanding service from the staff and the excellent spa experience left a positive impression on us. We appreciate the team’s efforts and hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

The staff service is really good, could say one of the best service hotel in vinwonder and nha trang. They really take care and support. The only weakness is the Wave Bar, need more attention, they don't clean the table when I come. Even when I leave the table also not clean (cause I stay there for a while wait for buggy so I know).
