Our room was very nice and we enjoyed Breakfast. The pool had leaves in it and didn't feel like anyone was cleaning them out, but its a small complaint. But we will stay there again.

O Hotel Petrópolis é um tradicional em Nova Petrópolis, é um prédio com certa idade mas está muito bem conservado. O quarto que ficamos foi modernizado, o banheiro impecavelmente limpo e tudo mais no quarto funcionando muito bem. A equipe de funcionários é muito eficiente e cordial, com destaque para o time do refeitório. Há um estacionamento no pátio do hotel. A piscina e o salão de jogos ficam em outro terreno mas próximo ao hotel. O único ponto que considero que pode melhorar é o custo-benefício, pois é um hotel bom mas relativamente simples e o valor da estadia, penso estar acima do que entrega.
