We had wonderful service. The room was very clean, beds were soft and lots of pillows. I wouldn't have had to take anything with me. The room was stocked with everything I needed. The only thing I would change is in the bathroom I would have liked a mirror on a swivel arm to pull away from the counter to put my makeup on. I am to short to reach over the bathroom counter to look in the mirror. House keeping really are good at their jobs. The ladies at the front counter were fabulous. Loved the breakfast. We didn't leave hungry. Warm cookies and popcorn in the evening is such a nice touch. They have a good eye for decorating. Great place to stay and we are going to recommend this hotel in Newberry to all of our family and friends. Was glad to have such a nice place to come to after riding the motorcycle 500 miles. Enjoying the hot tub after a busy day at pictured rocks was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower/bathroom was very nice. The deluxe breakfast was well done. My only complaint is the pleather chairs need replacement in room 230. This would be an easy fix. Other than this minor detail, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was not maintained. They were out of a lot of items. When we checked out the person at the front desk said people came up to complain all morning that it was not maintained and she told them she wasn’t in charge of breakfast. Room was clean and there was a cute, but expensive gift shop in the lobby.
