The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area by the kitchen smelled like sewage after checking in but the next morning the smell was gone. The pool was nice and clean, a bit cold but enjoyable.

This hotel was not worth the price we paid for one night . We get there to check in ask what time the pool closes she told us that it closed at 11 we checked in around 630 she told us the pool was closed for 15 minutes so we left for a few came back got dressed to swim and went down to the pool . We only got to swim for about 20 minutes before the closed the pool at 9 2 hours early . The guy locking up was very rude also. The pool wasn’t the cleanest either . When we Went up to our room the room after check in went it and it was very dirty didn’t looked like it had been cleaned from previous guests. The fridge smelled awful like rotten food. The toilet was clogged we had to ask for a plunger and plunge the toilet every-time someone used the bathroom . The sofa bed didn’t have any sheets on it and there was dirt on the top of it we had to shake off and when we lifted it up there was a really nasty looking stain on the bottom. The walls had writing on them and some kind of brown stuff in the bathroom . Room was just very unsanitary and was very dissatisfied I paid so much for a terrible room . It was also very hot in the room the air conditioning didn’t work properly we had it set to 70 and it was almost 80 degrees in our room . The desk staff was very helpful and nice .

Return shuttle from the airport took forever to pick us up. Was beginning to think we were stranded in the middle of the night when we got back from our trip. Stayed here several times before due to proximity to the airport but will be looking elsewhere next trip.

I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as often as I can when traveling for work. This was the worst one I think I've stayed at. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned well as there was trash behind the night stands when I arrived and the shampoo bottle was bone dry. The gym area is tiny compared to many other locations. The pool is fine but no hot tub like many other locations. The made to order omelette breakfast was not served at the same time as normal breakfast. I finished breakfast by 8 am both days I ate there and the station wasn't even setup. My last day I saw some omelettes being made around 9:30 though so I guess they do serve them but it's anyone's guess what time. The little "convenience store" area basically had nothing in it as well. It felt like staying at a hotel that was either about to go under or was brand new and trying to figure things out. It's not conveniently located near almost literally anything. Certainly not without a car and even if you drove, the turn in is kind of dangerous. If you want to stay at an Embassy Suites, stay at the one downtown. This felt like someone slapped an Embassy Suites sign on a Holiday Inn.

Power outage for over 8 hours the morning of Mother's day. Room was not cleaned, power came up at 1pm, miss one of our functions because no hot water. Next day we left at 10:30am came back at 6pm room was still not cleaned. Two days in a row, gave them a pass the first day because of the power.

After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own. Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. The people at breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive with clearing plates and keeping food out. Food just wasn’t great, especially fora Hilton! I will not be staying there again.

Stay away from this hotel! It’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. When we arrived, we noticed the flood and elevator were dirty and smell but didn’t think much of it. The room the gave us had this terrible smell between humidity and weed. I asked for another room, they sent me to one that the key was not working, then to another one that was even worse. It was late and diced to stay for the night, we had been traveling and exhausted. The bed my husband sleep in has bug beds and the 3 of us had the worst allergy for the humidity. One of the beds had dirty linens and didn’t include enough towels for all gets. When we requested another towel and fresh linens and the Staff said no clean ones in the entire hotel. We decided to leave even when we had paid for another night.

The room was dirty upon arrival. Stains on carpet, couch and chair at the desk. I asked to be switched to a different room and they told me it would be 45 minutes before the other rooms were cleaned. I waited for an hour and a half and my family of 6 left. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Arrived at the property in late evening ahead of a very early departure the next morning. Found poop smeared on the accessible grab bar and wall in the bathroom and on the bathroom door handle/door. Staff came to clean it timely but I was thoroughly disgusted and could stop thinking about what else hadn’t been cleaned. Then toilet kept refilling and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of it. There was only one other room available and it had a bad leak at the window so rainwater was leaking all around the window and the second bed was damp. Ended up having to share the one dry bed with one child while my other child slept on the foldout couch. At least the room with the window leak was quiet and we didn’t find any poop smears. Worst of all was when the night manager/staff told me, “well, if you look hard enough you’ll find poop anywhere”. I’ve never had an experience like this at an Embassy Suites before, but I’ll never stay at the St Louis Airport location again.

Ended up having to share the one dry bed with one child while my other child slept on the foldout couch. At least the room with the window leak was quiet and we didn’t find any poop smears. Worst of all was when the night manager/staff told me, “well, if you look hard enough you’ll find poop anywhere”. I’ve never had an experience like this at an Embassy Suites before, but I’ll never stay at the St Louis Airport location again.

The staff at this property was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not like that the bathroom was in the room of the suite as opposed to an area that is accessible without going into the bedroom. The property should better specify the layout on the website.

I had such a great experience at the Embassy Suites in St. Louis! The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with two TVs, a lounge area, fridge, microwave, and a mini kitchen—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch and made the stay even better. Also, there is parking available on site. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from Mrs. Ramona. She was so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. She went above and beyond to help me with multiple things I needed during my stay, and her customer service made all the difference. Because of her, I’d gladly book here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.

Room was good. The bath and shower were very comfortable. The bed was not as good as our bed in our home, but nothing beats that. I did find that the remote for the TV did not work. Breakfast was great and the chef was really good. Best omlet i have ever had.

This hotel has a problem with the heating, could not put the heat up and was roughly between 62-64 fahrenheit and could not get warm. Room was weirdly laid out with couch facing the wrong direction and it was stained and dirty. Chair seat for ''desk'' was completely caved in a unable to be used... Hotel needs some attention

Check in staff was attentive and amazing. Great feeling to be here. Happy hour staff was very respectful and kind. I was blown away. Bar staff left some to be desired. Kind but gruff. Ryan at the front desk is the star of this trip. Texted us once we were in our room, happy to help with our kids. Great job Ryan.

Smelly room on check in. AC broken. Within 10 min on check in, I requested change room. She refuses to give another room until AC checked by Technician, which will take more than an hour. I asked for cancel and refund. She told me to call tomorrow to talk to manager. Called Manger Ryan next day. He refused to refund. I have filed complaint to BBB. Will not recomed this facility at all.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites for the previous customer service and feeling of convenience when away from home. I haf 2 bookings one for my family and then one for the next day for my in laws. Upon my arrival on a Friday I out of making sure asked to make sure that the reservation for mybin laws arriving the next day was accurate and still showing in the system and was rold yes. My in laws arrived the next day at about 10am and was told they could not check in early, which was understandable stated they needed to wait until 4pm, which was fine we had games later that day where we would be out until at least 8pm. Came back to the hotel and were told that the room was no longer available. UNACCEPTABLE! The front desk attendant was very unprofessional, did not want to help come up with a solution, and called her off the clock "manager Ryan". They continued to play around and for 45 mins explain to us that the manager was "on her way" to assist us. For some reason the only "manager on duty" was a guy who explained to us that her was over food & beverage. We waited in the lobby for over 30 mins and said manager never arrived. In laws had to go to another hotel for a room. With all of this, i specifically asked for our room to get a cleaning while we were out, rooms was not up to par nor were there towels added after cleaning. I will NEVER stay at Embassy Suites-St.Louis Airport. I have left my contact information with someone this morning in hopes to be contacted by a GM SOON!

All the staff were friendly. The free water bottles were convenient for us while visiting for the tournament. Our suite room had a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We will definitely stay here again.

As a family of 6, we have stayed at Embassy Suites a lot. However, this time we were disappointed. There were only two towels in our room at check-in despite the reservation having six people staying in our suite. When we asked for towels, they were never brought to our room. We had to go to the front desk the following morning to get towels. There also was no bedding for the pull-out couch. The shampoo dispenser in our bathroom was broken and despite requesting its repair three times, the problem was never resolved. The staff was polite, but didn't do well at solving any issues we had during our stay.
As a family of 6, we have stayed at Embassy Suites a lot. However, this time we were disappointed. The hotel cancelled my paid reservation - the front desk clerk said that they were overbooked and that Expedia was supposed to have called me to let me know. She said sorry for the inconvenience and good luck getting a room at any of the other hotels, because they are all booked because of the tornadoes in the area - we were left stranded with 2 babies at 10:30 at night after travelling all day and had to search for another hotel - appalled by the lack of consideration and concern. Extremely terrible service

Coming from Los Angeles to STL, this was the best hotel I could have chosen. The whole staff were friendly, kind, helpful and treated you like family…LITERALLY. I loved my bartenders Ms. Tammy and Mr. Bryan, they not only watched out for my and my friend but created an experience I did not want to leave. Just bcus of them I am already planning my next trip and will ONLY stay at this Embassy in STL. Thank you so much to everyone from front desk, to the breakfast crew, the hospitality team and everyone. See you soon!

The hotel was supee inconvenient to get into. You woukd have to go arpund and turn around to get into it. The place itself outside was nice but the rooms were just old and not very clean foe the price we paid.

The property was an "airport" location, so it was convenient to the airport, but not much else. If you had taken a shuttle from the airport and did not have a vehicle, it would be difficult to get anywhere.

Return shuttle from the airport took forever to pick us up. Was beginning to think we were stranded in the middle of the night when we got back from our trip. Stayed here several times before due to proximity to the airport but will be looking elsewhere next trip.

My overnight stay with my daughter and granddaughter was wonderful. We came into St Louis for the Chris Brown concert and this hotel offered an affordable price and includes free parking. The drive to downtown St Louis for the concert wasnt bad only maybe about 15 - 20 minutes each way. The breakfast they provided this morning was very welcoming and its included in the package. We are very please with our stay.

I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as often as I can when traveling for work. This was the worst one I think I've stayed at. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned well as there was trash behind the night stands when I arrived and the shampoo bottle was bone dry. The gym area is tiny compared to many other locations. The pool is fine but no hot tub like many other locations. The made to order omelette breakfast was not served at the same time as normal breakfast. I finished breakfast by 8 am both days I ate there and the station wasn't even setup. My last day I saw some omelettes being made around 9:30 though so I guess they do serve them but it's anyone's guess what time. The little "convenience store" area basically had nothing in it as well. It felt like staying at a hotel that was either about to go under or was brand new and trying to figure things out. It's not conveniently located near almost literally anything. Certainly not without a car and even if you drove, the turn in is kind of dangerous. If you want to stay at an Embassy Suites, stay at the one downtown. This felt like someone slapped an Embassy Suites sign on a Holiday Inn.

Easy online check in and digital key made our late arrival easy as can be! Upon arrival, we were offered free water, which was awesome! Comfortable bed, easily accessible room and basic comforts. Breakfast was decent in the morning, loved the bake to serve omelet option. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay. So we had to go to the front desk for hand towels,washcloths, coffee goods. And we had assumed it would be made fresh. Then the morning we left, the breakfast was almost completely gone and there seemed to be no attempt to refresh it. The chef cooking omelet, pancakes did a great job but the food line was empty. Very disappointing.

After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own. Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. We went as a family of 5 I had 3 kids with me. We arrived at 4 after being at the zoo all day wanting to cool off before dinner and they didn’t have our room ready the front desk women asked me to come back in 30 minutes, all 3 of my kids were asleep in the back of the car and we had no where to take them. I explained that to her and about 10 minutes later she had the room ready but it wasn’t a great impression with service after that. We had to use the pull out couch in the room I went to the front desk asked for sheets and pillows for the bed which they told me they had no extra pillows in the hotel at the moment. I let that go and she told me someone would take the sheets up we played in the pool for about an hour went back up and had no sheets I called down and asked if someone could bring them up or if I could come get them so we could start getting ready for bed and she asked me to come get them from the front desk so I had to leave our room again to go get those sheets. The last night we stayed we wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant, I was told we had to order from the bar. When I went to order our food the bartender was just completely annoyed with us and made sure we knew it. She was nicer when she brought the food to the table with the kids present but I’m unsure why she was so annoyed at us ordering food when the hotel advertises the “restaurant “. The room was clean the breakfast was good the service was just lacking in every aspect possible to me.
We went as a family of 5 I had 3 kids with me. We arrived at 4 after being at the zoo all day wanting to cool off before dinner and they didn’t have our room ready the front desk women asked me to come back in 30 minutes, all 3 of my kids were asleep in the back of the car and we had no where to take them. I explained that to her and about 10 minutes later she had the room ready but it wasn’t a great impression with service after that. We had to use the pull out couch in the room I went to the front desk asked for sheets and pillows for the bed which they told me they had no extra pillows in the hotel at the moment. I let that go and she told me someone would take the sheets up we played in the pool for about an hour went back up and had no sheets I called down and asked if someone could bring them up or if I could come get them so we could start getting ready for bed and she asked me to come get them from the front desk so I had to leave our room again to go get those sheets. The last night we stayed we wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant, I was told we had to order from the bar. When I went to order our food the bartender was just completely annoyed with us and made sure we knew it. She was nicer when she brought the food to the table with the kids present but I’m unsure why she was so annoyed at us ordering food when the hotel advertises the “restaurant “. The room was clean the breakfast was good the service was just lacking in every aspect possible to me.

Staff is really kind & helpful. But the building is older needs a few touches and the blankets that are made out of fleece, were stiff as heck! Lol ahahaha. I was not happy the pool wasn’t working so I was sent to a different hotel to use their pool and we did but the staff in the other hotel were mean.

A hidden gem close to the airport. From chech-in to check-out, the staff, with notable mention to Mrs Ramona and Mrs Ryan, it was a very vibrant and professional experience. No hassle or fuss if computer details are not correct, they resolved matters quickly. The hotel breakfast, well, to my surprise a very good assortment of options and grill for omelets. Sad that folks dont tip the grill master after collecting their eggs. The French toasts do not last long at the station, they were really good. The business room did not work for me and I did not feel comfortable sending a document for print over the internet. The printer hummed but it did not connect to the servers. I followed instructions, load the document via the online service, but the printer could not connect. It was resolved by going to the front desk and Mrs Ramona printed it for me. The pool and gym are were great as well, but know that there are more kids to the pool than adults to the gym. Workout more, after all the breakfast and happy hour may call for burning those extra calories. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially on plush pillows and a comfy bed.
