I like that the room was spacious & clean. Could have used a good dusting to remove cobwebs from lampshades and window drapes. I did not like that the microwave had no power at the outlet nor the outlet on wall below and to the left on microwave. The room was extremely cold (ac was set on 63 degrees) & had a musty odor..Other than hair dryer there were no other amenities & the swimming pool was not open. For the price roughly 75 dollars , I was not expecting much more than a place to sleep for 1 night. I would not return for more than a 1 night stay.

There was stains on the wall beside the bed from where something had spilled, water damage mold on the bottom of the dresser. I know they allow dogs, but the hotel had a smell. They have a pool but not open. Says online there is a breakfast, but no. The place just looked worn. Had friends in other rooms, the mattress would roll you too the middle!

We always stay here, because it's always super clean and a good value. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Parking is great. However, the rooms are in need of updating.

We didn't like anything about it. The hotel was in need of a very long overdue remodel. The walls were crumbling. There were two poorly patched spots on the ceiling where the bathroom above must have leaked. The rug was dirty and had numerous holes in it. The bed was so close to the window it was very difficult to get in on that side. It was too noisy to get a good night's sleep. We were woken up repeatedly throughout the night, and I had earplugs in my ears. The hotel was the grossest hotel we ever stayed in and it was not cheap.

I know that not anybody made during the pandemic but fix or clean something now. Rusty clothes rack with rust flaking off. Torn and falling wallpaper, stained carpet no stopper in tub. It was s close to the family wedding but hopefully you think better of family to let them stay there.

The property looked like it was from the late 60s-early 70s. The carpets were very filthy, and the box springs and mattresses were worn out. It is in need of a total makeover! My wife was not happy that we stayed here. Also, Expedia charged me, and the hotel said it never went thru, so they charged me. Now I get the fun of trying to get this rectified or dispute the charge with my credit card co. Fun times!!!

The hotel manager was very nice, but the property has seen better days. The rugs were disgusting. The bathroom was in need of some serious fixing. The toilet was shaky and very low. The bathroom door got in the way of using the bathroom. The ground looked terrible. Dead bugs, and live ones. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Coffee was barely available. The entrance is dangerous off of the main 4 lane highway. Coming out of the parking lot onto a four lane highway. The only good thing about the facility was that it was close to Elezebethen, Tenn. that I was visiting.

1 star at best. Checked in 1130pm. Room was damp, heavy smell of dogs/urine. Bathroom was ada, rusty fitting, major cracked counter, baseboards piece mealed together, poor caulk job on tub, mirror had major reflector delamination, Asked for room change 7:30 am, told check at 930 as mngr can only make change. Went to dollar general and bought air freshener. At 930 mngr changed rooms easily. New room better but heavy musty smell. Other conditions similar, firniture old, dirty, carpets old dirty. Lots of hallway noise and door slams. Stayed 4 nites for Nascar. Last morning house keeping banging on doors 9:45. Only decent items matresses newer and comfortable, although didnt seem to fit frames, caught legs on frame corners often. Most of staff was very nice. No kind of breakfast, coffee carafe in lobby. Pool not open and covered with permanent tarp with bushes and a 5foot tree growing in tarp. Parking lot well worn. Building doors filthy. Way overpriced.

To start with I just want to say, the staff we were working with were great. We checked in a little before 3, however, Our room wasn't ready, the cleaning cart was outside with no one in our room, 3:45 still the same, cleaning cart, no person. Later, the clerk offered us another room, I had book 2 queen beds, but she gave us 2 doubles. The non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and the floor and curtains had cigarette burns. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. 2 larger adults in a double bed. Charged same price for that room as what we booked. I was very disappointed but grateful we were only staying one night.

The rooms are terrible. They need to be updated. The beds were worn out, the curtains were old and didn't close properly The dining table in the room was tagged and the carpet was nasty. The front desk lady was very nice!

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Filthy dirty, carpets had large holes in them, cigarette burns all over the bedspreads. Broken fixtures...I could go on.

Hotel needs complete renovation, our rooms smelled bad, beds and pillows are very uncomfortable , we stayed for 2 nights and there was no room service. In general needs updates.

Ok.. There are two hotels in this town, and this is actually the better of the two. That’s the only reason it’s getting three stars. Stayed for a week 1st… The smell? Staff deactivated the key several hours after check in because they wanted a copy of our drivers license. Ridiculous nothing was mentioned about this at check in. I was also charged more than my hotels.com confirmation indicated. The entire place smells horrible

The hotel manager was very nice, but the property has seen better days. The rugs were disgusting. The bathroom was in need of some serious fixing. The toilet was shaky and very low. The bathroom door got in the way of using the bathroom. The ground looked terrible. Dead bugs, and live ones. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Coffee was barely available. The entrance is dangerous off of the main 4 lane highway. Coming out of the parking lot onto a four lane highway. The only good thing about the facility was that it was close to Elezebethen, Tenn. that I was visiting.

There was stains on the wall beside the bed from where something had spilled, water damage mold on the bottom of the dresser. I know they allow dogs, but the hotel had a smell. They have a pool but not open. Says online there is a breakfast, but no. The place just looked worn. Had friends in other rooms, the mattress would roll you too the middle!

1 star at best. Checked in 1130pm. Room was damp, heavy smell of dogs/urine. Bathroom was ada, rusty fitting, major cracked counter, baseboards piece mealed together, poor caulk job on tub, mirror had major reflector delamination, Asked for room change 7:30 am, told check at 930 as mngr can only make change. Went to dollar general and bought air freshener. At 930 mngr changed rooms easily. New room better but heavy musty smell. Other conditions similar, firniture old, dirty, carpets old dirty. Lots of hallway noise and door slams. Stayed 4 nites for Nascar. Last morning house keeping banging on doors 9:45. Only decent items matresses newer and comfortable, although didnt seem to fit frames, caught legs on frame corners often. Most of staff was very nice. No kind of breakfast, coffee carafe in lobby. The room was not cleaned properly there was hair in the shower black stuff on the wash cloths and towels appeared to be make up and I don't use make up. The whole place had a bad smell to it. I stayed here years ago and it was a nice place but it seems now the owners or management don't care I will never stay at this location again.

I was in a Remodel room. It was very clean and I really liked the new flooring. My car wouldn't start in the morning and the girl that worked overnight spent about 45 minutes with me trying to get it started. She was very nice and helpful. I will stay there again if I'm ever in that area again.
