Very good hotel, convenient location and the hotel provides cheap laundry and bike rental services. Even has free coffee and toast. It's called "guesthouse" but it's not really a guest house, more like a motel. I've seen lots of Thai hotels called guesthouse that are just regular hotels lol

A ce prix là, c'est la meilleure chambre que vous pourriez trouver ! Idéal pour les voyageurs en sac à dos. La chambre est super propre. L'hôtel est au calme complet, on entend juste les oiseaux chanter Attention, l'hôtel est à 30min à pied du centre et le lit est très dur.... Mais à nouveau, pour le prix c'est convenable !

Perfect place to stay in Chiang Rai! I little away from the city centre but definitely worth the walk/ride/taxi. Located in a quietocation with a few dining/coffee options nearby.
