Great location. Beach view. Didn’t like the fact that there is no elevator, but staff helped to get up and down when arriving and leaving. Very pleasant place to stay.

First time here and will definitely return. Breakfast is included and was actually pretty good. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were also provided. The property is dog friendly and so is the beach.

Everything to like. The view, shuttle to downtown, cooked to order breakfast, included beach gear, friendly staff. This motel was amazing. We highly recommend it.

Gorgeous location with awesome sunrise views from our balcony. Great to sleep to the crashing waves. Although it was a little chilly to swim, the beach was off the charts beautiful. No issues with parking and had a Publix for convenient item pickups. I would definitely recommend this location.

Hotel was outstanding. Rooms have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We particularly liked the breakfast deal where you order beforehand, call in the morning, then pickup at the office. Allowed us to eat in the comfort of our room overlooking the beach. The shuttle service was quick and very accommodating.

Everything was clean, staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good & convenient. The only negatives I have are the beach chairs & umbrellas they provided had many broken ones you had to check all of them before you take them down to the beach which is kinda a pain. The other complaint I have is this hotel has NO POOL, and I was disappointed with that but the beach is very close & easy to access. Other than that it’s a great place!! .

It was a nice place to stay. Oceanfront, quaint and overall comfortable. Breakfast included was very delicious. Loved hearing the ocean waves from my room, even though 1 of nights there was a rowdy group that seemed drunk and while I was trying to sleep they were being loud and kicking the portable pottys on the beach and basically being troublemakers. We had no WiFi while I was there, which was a bit inconvenient, but I was told that they had an outage that week and they were waiting for a part. And lastly, we had a little situation with the cleaning lady that I was not very happy about since she left my room with a puddle of water, after apparently messing with my dogs bowls that were on the table, not even on the floor. It wasn’t a perfect experience but I hope to go back and have a better stay and give it 5 stars instead of 4.

We did enjoy our stay, but for $600 for one night it could have been better. The room was nice and clean. The view was wonderful. But the bed was hard and the wifi didn’t work very well, hardly at all. Breakfast boxed was a nice idea but they could have gone one step further providing homemade muffins or yummy bagels instead of thawed bagels with a freezer burn taste. If I had paid $300 instead of $600 I would have been happier.

This place is fabulous. The views are absolutely spectacular. Rooms are well equipped with fridge and microwave and decent sized TV with cable access and balcony. Breakfast is available to take to your room or you can sit at the breakfast bar and soak up the glorious view of the ocean. Book a room with a king size bed. You will sleep like a baby. This place is beautifully simple, comfortable, unpretentious and unique. The staff are very helpful and want your stay to be the best it can be. The property is right on Vilano beach away from crowds with no traffic. This is our second visit and it most definitely won’t be our last as we come regularly to the States to visit close family. Nearby restaurant Beaches at Vilano has fantastic sunset views. St Augustine is the oldest town in the US and pretty to walk around. Also recommend Columbia restaurant but you must book. Cannot recommend St Augustine Beach House more highly. It’s a gem of a place.

The staff was friendly, especially Laura. Laura went out of her way to make our anniversary special. When we arrived, it was incredibly how they had a card and anniversary cupcake waiting for us. My only pet peeve was we the early check in. We checked in an hour early and they charged us $25 as an “early” check in fee. I have NEVER stayed anywhere that did that. Because of that one petty incident it bothered me the entire time staying there. The room was clean, and the views were incredible. If it weren't for the $25 early check-in fee I would recommend this property. Again, it is lovely, but they do nickel and dime you.

Spent the night here for my wife’s birthday. We got the corner suite and it was perfect. Upon check in, we received a breakfast menu for our stay. You select what you want and then call them when it’s time for breakfast and they cook it fresh!! The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a book in the room with a lot of local things to do but just sitting on the balcony and watching the beach was great for us. They are right on the beach and have beach chairs and umbrellas available for use at no charge. Did I mention it was my wife’s birthday?? I mentioned it to them at check-in. Then in the morning on her birthday they included a fresh baked cake and a card for her!! I was as surprised as she was. I literally stay in 75 hotels a year and this was the best one yet!! We will be back!!

Nice location close to beach. You have to understand IT IS a 2 star hotel. Very bad scent coming from Very Very Small Toliet area, shower size ok, once out of shower, no room to dry off. Hotel is not for a family. Our room definitely not for disabled person. No elevator. Nice young man Chris is great. Oh, glass shower door not stable, had to call maintenance, came off track,,, from way certain personal in office acts, best not try to set glass, if broken she would definitely charge you. Took over 24 hours for glass shower door to be reset. We were sure to lay extra towels. Also bring air fresher for bathroom. If you have family of 4 or more go elsewhere. Not like you rent room for family of 4, they only allow 3 persons no matter age, unless the one room for 4 persons is available. They want and will require you to rent more rooms. Shame, we would stay again and bring case of air fresher just because of beach location. Better off to find house on beach than to be made to rent multiple rooms if you have more than 3 persons. You, spouse one child is one room. If two children then you and one child would need another room. MAX according to Nancy is 3 persons per room unless you rent VIP on 3rd floor its for 4 guest, only. For the price and only one real nice person which is Chris.. rent a house..

Not like you rent room for family of 4, they only allow 3 persons no matter age, unless the one room for 4 persons is available. They want and will require you to rent more rooms. Shame, we would stay again and bring case of air fresher just because of beach location. Better off to find house on beach than to be made to rent multiple rooms if you have more than 3 persons. You, spouse one child is one room. If two children then you and one child would need another room. MAX according to Nancy is 3 persons per room unless you rent VIP on 3rd floor its for 4 guest, only. For the price and only one real nice person which is Chris.. rent a house..

Excellent. Some weird communication about breakfast times. One staff member said it was 715 one staff member said it was 730. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on Vilano Beach in St Augustine. Every room has a balcony with seating facing the ocean and beach. Our room was large, well appointed and equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate any specific needs you may have and does it with joy and a smile. A special shout out to Nancy the manager, she was a gift and made our stay truly special. We will definitely be returning and I am recommending the St Augustine Beach House to family and all my friends. This is the way to run a vacation hotel.

Right on the beach; very good staff; breakfast was very good; not much around there except Publix was across the street. A bit rustic and dated, but clean. Have to drive to see anything or dine from this location. Fairly secluded. Overall very good.

We had a great time at this hotel. Good location close to downtown Saint Augustine. Free shuttle. The Vilano beach area was amazing fishing on the pier was great. The beach was great. The sunrises were great. Highly recommend this place.

It was a great place! Literally on the beach. Many things walking distance and they offered umbrellas and beach chairs, breakfast was nice. The view from the room was awesome!

Gorgeous location with awesome sunrise views from our balcony. Great to sleep to the crashing waves. Although it was a little chilly to swim, the beach was off the charts beautiful. No issues with parking and had a Publix for convenient item pickups. I would definitely recommend this location.

Hotel is right on beach, with balcony, lots of room, comfortable. Staff is great. They let you use their laundry facilities if not in use which worked out great for us. Various food options within walking distance and a Publix grocery minutes away. Strongly recommend and would love to come back for a longer stay.

Great location. Rooms have a great view of the beach. Easy walk to the town center. Less than 5 min drive to downtown st augustine and fort. Staff super friendly and the breakfast was good too!

The staff were superb! The room was exactly like pics online. The room is So beautiful, clean & spacious with amazing views! The breakfast was freaking delicious!!! Not no ordinary hotel breakfast, this was so good and we got to eat on our balcony overlooking the ocean. This stay is one for the books!! I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel, nice and upgraded great view and Location. Only reason for a 4 honestly is crappy coffee and creamer for 400 a night better coffee could be offered and full size waters for that matter.

For the price of this hotel I could have stayed at an amazing upscale hotel the food you had to go get and was cold when I got it it was my anniversary and I let them know didn’t even try to make it special rooms are dated and old ac barely made the 99 degree temps go down we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to come home

Hotel was outstanding. Rooms have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We particularly liked the breakfast deal where you order beforehand, call in the morning, then pickup at the office. Allowed us to eat in the comfort of our room overlooking the beach. The shuttle service was quick and very accommodating.

My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to St. Augustine and our stay at the Beach House. The property is very well run. From the morning breakfasts to the ocean view from our room, everything was top notch. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and the location is ideal. We are so happy we stayed here and hope to return in the near future.

What a special place! We had a wonderful holiday weekend. This place is a nice mix between hotel and condo. The unit was clean and well-designed with a nice little balcony. The location is ideal - right on the beach and walking distance to Publix and at least 4-5 restaurants. We never used our car once. The management was super friendly. There was a made-to-order breakfast each morning. They have towels, beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. It was a hit for our dog, who loved to be able to dig in the sand and cool off in the ocean. Highly recommend!

What a great hotel. We arrived late but this did not deter a great welcome. We were greeted with a smile and great advice for seeing sea turtles at night. No bright lights! I really do not want to share just how amazing our stay was. Too many people will now know about the St. Augustine House. We had great parking. The room was spacious for three humans and one dog. Pets are treated like family. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. We had an area to eat our cooked to order breakfast, borrowed beach chairs, and walked about a minute to the beach with hotel beach towels. Our dog had a space to run in grass and be rinsed after a day at the beach. I highly recommend staying for 2 or more days to really enjoy your stay. You can walk to the grocery store or hop in your car and go a bit further. The only downfall was walking up three flights of stairs. If you cannot walk up three flights, call ahead of check in to see if the 1st floor is available.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The breakfast was amazing it has a wonderful view of the ocean and very large rooms. It was wonderful to be able to borrow beach chairs and beach umbrellas. I would definitely come back to visit. The option to walk to the grocery store and so many great restaurants made it extra convenient. Loved my visit.
