Great property overall with beautiful grounds, a pool and access to the beach. Condos are spacious and equipped with bathroom and kitchen items. Ours had a patio with a great view of the water! We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay and we are already planning our third with more family for longer next year. The condos were very clean and well appointed. Any staff we ran into were very friendly & hospitable. Perfect for families. I would recommend requesting a second floor room if the litter patter of children’s feet bothers you but otherwise it’s been extremely quiet both stays. Also, do a little research if you want a view. We rolled the dice & booked through Expedia both times. We lucked out with a second floor room and excellent view the first trip. We were on the first floor this year with a view of the tree line…planning to book through the resorts booking site next time. The beach and sunsets are extraordinary. There are plenty of beach chairs and mid week there is plenty of space. The pool area is comfortable & clean but plan to enjoy the company of lots of little ones. We don’t mind them at all. I almost hate to say but my only negative feedback is the condition of the stairs down to the beach. The cliff seems to have eroded since it was constructed and several footings are literally floating. It felt solid enough to go down, but really seems like an accident waiting to happen. Regardless, the beach area is so gorgeous that even if it’s not fixed next year I still plan to brave the stairs to get to it.

My family & I had a great stay at this property. The size and setup of the rooms was perfect for our family. The property was well maintained with a beautiful view of the water & steps to the beach. It also had a nice pool area. The first night we where there we where surprised to find out that a food truck was coming and there would be a movie playing- what a great surprise! I have already recommended this property to others and will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay!

Stay was okay. Upon arrival there was a cockroach on the wall. Room had lots of scuff marks and pillows not comfortable. Overall okay. Stayed out here many times (every year the past 5 years), will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Well to the naked eye the property is great. But one week after our stay, my family developed molluscum on our skin. Usually transmissible by towels or sheets. Highly spreadable virus that usually shows up 7 days after exposure. Needless to say the sheets and towels are not cleaned well. I’m grossed out and can’t believe I exposed my kids to such grime.

It was great for what we needed . We ended up being only 2 people , which if more came it would be doable but tight for sure . Stovetop was the only thing I’d recommend replacing - it took about 45 min to boil water . I only wanted tea . It was cute , clean and beds were super comfortable. Nice deck and we had a very private end unit

Property and unit was clean. Awesome access to the beach and sunset which was beautiful. Totally worth it. Only complaint was mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable, bad pillows and in the living room, the furniture was outdated and wobbley.

great location on the shore of long island sound. Apartment was large and generally comfortable . 2 bathrooms was nice. the bed was very uncomfortable too soft a mattress for us and we could hear the people next to us. would have preferred a room the faced directly towards the water but it was stil beautiful with a nice terrace. The grounds to walk to the stairs to the beach had animal droppings all over so it wound have been nice if that was picked up. but it was a lovely overnight despite these things!

Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive.

We really enjoyed the room and the location. Our only criticism is that we were not able to access our room until 5:00 and we had to check out by 10 am in the morning. We basically lost at least half a day.

Due to a mixup, I never received the info (until far too late) to be able to check into the property. I believe it was a mixup between Expedia and the property managers. I ended up camping in a house of someone we knew who had been moved to hospice. To be perfectly fair, this was a last minute reservation due to the hospice individual rapidly failing suddenly,

I stayed here with my mom and sisters for my mom’s birthday and it was a beautiful condo and so close to so many wineries and shops. The place was big and very clean. There were 2 balconies overlooking a beautiful view and it was right on a small beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Always a very nice time staying at this property. The sunset on the beach was amazing. Convenient to all area restaurants, wineries, breweries and Matchbook Distilling.

Nice place. Close to vinyards and town. A bit pricy, but slpit with friends its affordable. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a nice patio overlooking the pool, and a small kitchenette. Even though its small, it is better appointed than some I've been to.

Nice, calming rocky beach. We took nice photos on beach. Just loved gathering stones. We had great meals and fun shopping. Macari Vineyards was also a good time

Clean, beautiful place on the shore of the ocean, very comfortable apartment for a family, the bedrooms are located far from each other, each bedroom has its own separate toilet and bathroom, there is a shower and a bath, the apartment is very clean, cozy. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are many good restaurants and cafes in Greenport, tasty and not expensive. I give this rezoot 5 stars

I stayed here with my mom and sisters for my mom’s birthday and it was a beautiful condo and so close to so many wineries and shops. The place was big and very clean. There were 2 balconies overlooking a beautiful view and it was right on a small beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Always a very nice time staying at this property. The sunset on the beach was amazing. Convenient to all area restaurants, wineries, breweries and Matchbook Distilling.

My family & I had a great stay at this property. The size and setup of the rooms was perfect for our family. The property was well maintained with a beautiful view of the water & steps to the beach. It also had a nice pool area. The first night we where there we where surprised to find out that a food truck was coming and there would be a movie playing- what a great surprise! I have already recommended this property to others and will definitely be returning in the future!

great property! but couple of downsides- check in time is 5:00 pm, although they make it possible to get to room way earlier (3:00 pm). But check out time is 10:00 am which is really early and oractically does not give you enough time to do anything that day. For this type of a resort I wold expect at least noon chech out time especially because the check in is so late. Also,the beach on the property id not great- a lot if big boulders, but the swimming pool is really nice.

The sofa and chair had stains. The creamer was stale. The batteries in the living room controller were leaking, with a white crust. There was a rotten milk odor from the lower cabinet between the dishwasher and sink. There was no conditioner in the master bedroom shower. The stovetop's top right burner would not turn on. The left burner barely worked. Although some may sound petty, there were too many issues for the amount charged for the room.

The Cliffside was perfect for our overnight getaway....The only negative was a 10AM checkout.....I've had 11AM and Noon checkouts which are the usual - but I think 10AM is too early - ESPECIALLY when the check in time was 5PM! Saving grace is the text we received at 2:30 that the property was available for checkin . I did request an 11 AM checkout but never received a response. And BTW - the cleaning service was at our door at 10:15 - so the checkout time is no joke
