The location was closer to Göreme main street, so it's within walking distance from/to restaurants. The best thing was the panoramic view from the hotel rooftop lounge. It's a boutique hotel within budget.

Room was cleaned on a daily basis. The cave room really stands out due to its unique design and nature. One thing they can improve is adding an additional AC unit (external), I woke up few times due to sweat accumulation. Overall, great hosts, great place to staying in especially the rooftop cafe and restaurant and for viewing hot air balloons during sunrise

From the moment we arrived, it felt magical. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the trip together. The front desk staff were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep. The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view of the balloons every morning. Arguebly the best view in Cappadocia so enjoy it every mirning and evening for spectacular views. The staff were beyond helpful and were always there is we needed help. Highly recommend and will forward the hotel to friends and family.

Great property!! And fantastic location. Get up early (5:15am) for an incredible view of the hot air balloons right outside roof deck. One of them came so close we could almost touch it!! The folks on the ballon jokes we should get a high five!! Amazing. Only downside is it’s hard to find parking. Very few hotels in this area have dedicated parking spots. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice. We got a really large family room for 4. Was surprised to see how large it was with a sitting area and sleeping for four. Would def recommend staying here again.

Kısa bir süre konaklamamıza rağmen tadı damağımızda kaldı diyebilirim. Otelin inanılmaz güzel bir manzarası ve çok güzel bir terası var. Herşeyden önemlisi bizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Odamız hazırlanırken ikram ettikleri filtre kahve gerçekten incelikti. Odalar ve otel tertemiz. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi, özel olarak bir isteğimiz olup olmadığj soruldu ve gayet güzel ilgilenildi. Bir eksiğimizin olup olmadığını sürekli sordular. Kısacası gerçekten müşteri memnuniyetini önemseyen bir işletme. Mustafa Bey ve Mesut Bey'e teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Bir daha Kapadokya'ya gidecek olursam tercihim kesinlikle Castle Cave olacak. Herkese de tavsiye ederim.

Pro: Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Terasse, leckeres Frühstück Con: abends sehr laut im Zimmer, sehr verqualmt durch Feuer und keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, schimmeliges Bad, welches während des Aufenthalts nicht mehr gereinigt wurde, dreckiger Teppich, sehr teure Getränke

Kesinlikle bölgedeki en güzel oteldi. Manzarası, terası harikaydı. Balonları terasımızdan izledik. Odaların dekorasyonu gayet güzel ve temizdi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabileceğiniz bir konum, harika manzara. Sadece kahvaltısı geliştirilmeli. Teşekkür ederiz.

客室に入った途端にトイレの匂いが充満していました。 バスルームのドアを閉めておくと、バスルームは恐ろしく下水の臭いでいっぱいになります。 なので、街中でローズスプレーを購入し、常にシュッシュしていました。 屋上の写真を撮るテラスのソファはビチョビチョで、座ることはできません。 朝食会場からの景色は良かったです。

Girdiğimiz andan itibaren herkes çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. King Cave Suit odasında kaldık ,oda tertemiz,konforlu ve havadardı.(Yatak inanılmaz rahattı).Fotoğraflarda yer alan Türk hamamı,jakuzi her şey vardı ve tertemizdi.Kahvaltı da çok güzeldi. Balkonundan manzara inanılmazdı. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde düşünmeden aynı otele geleceğiz :)

This is a gorgeous hotel close to the main center. My room was excellent with a balcony (with a little nook!) and jacuzzi. The views were stunning and room comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I would go back and recommend a stay here.

This property was convenient and the staff helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our main complaint, which led us to leave a day early was the loud techno music playing in the afternoon until midnight. Our cave room could not keep the vibrations out. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is not it.

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was the air conditioning in our room, mentioned in Expedia. We received a room upgrade for the 2nd day. Manager of the hotel was very helpful and accommodating to make our experience an unforgettable one. We recommend the hotel and will stay again.

Unique experience. Not a standard hotel. Homely vibe. Appreciated that. View from roof top is very good. The hotel might consider putting some luggage racks in the room. The bed room was too small to open two suitcases. We ended up putting one suitcase in the bathroom because the latter was very big - it would have been convenient we had luggage racks there. Luggage racks in the bedroom would be good too - opening and organising suitcases on the floor is not very convenient. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We loved the kitties.

The bed room was too small to open two suitcases. We ended up putting one suitcase in the bathroom because the latter was very big - it would have been convenient we had luggage racks there. Luggage racks in the bedroom would be good too - opening and organising suitcases on the floor is not very convenient. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We loved the kitties.

King Cave Suit odasında kaldık ,oda tertemiz,konforlu ve havadardı.(Yatak inanılmaz rahattı).Fotoğraflarda yer alan Türk hamamı,jakuzi her şey vardı ve tertemizdi.Kahvaltı da çok güzeldi. The staff were so amazing and very helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Melissa at the reception was very knowledgeable about the attractions, bookings, flight changes and updates. etc. Hotel location was great. Lots of choices for breakfast. Great view for the balloon flights. Very close to Sunset Point. Highly recommended.

Loved my stay here in such a unique property. Beyza who manages the front desk was amazing— so friendly, and helpful helping to get me booked on a few different tours the hotel offers which were all great. The rooftop bar is fantastic, great views of Göreme. Highly recommend this property, I’d definitely stay here again.

The room and hotel were very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The young girl Beyza in reception in particular was extremely helpful. She arranged for the Green Tour that we took as well as transport to the airport. She let us have late check out on our last day. Her ability to speak and understand English was very good. The hotel was walkable from the main area of the town. The breakfast was a little different than we are used to but it was interesting and we found enough to eat. If you wanted you could listen to music at night. A great view of the balloons first thing in the morning. Unfortunately we had rain the last morning so no balloons. There were lots of restaurants available to eat at. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the trip together. The front desk staff were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep. The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

The location is fantastic and close to everything in the area. The best part of our stay was the host Mustafah. He and his team went above and beyond helping us book activities and transportation all at the last minute. Breakfast was Turkish and full of variety. Only request for future stays is fans or air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in July and it was quite warm in the rooms even with the windows open.

This property was convenient and the staff helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our main complaint, which led us to leave a day early was the loud techno music playing in the afternoon until midnight. Our cave room could not keep the vibrations out. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is not it.

Les communications étaient excellentes. Un transport pratique et abordable nous a été offert. Plusieurs activités à bon prix également. Chaque demande était répondu rapidement et avec justesse. La chambre était bien, le déjeuner très bien et que dire de la terrasse! Une très belle vue! Une piscine accessible avec frais à moins de 5 minutes de marche. L’emplacement est idéal, central et près de tout! C’est quelque peu bruyant par contre. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix! Je recommande.

このホテルは超おすすめ。洞窟と、開放感を同時に楽しめる。ホテルから見える景色は、朝はバルーンの音で目が覚め、バルーンがものすごく近くにたくさん飛んでいて、楽しい。高台にあるので、夕方は夕陽を、夜にはギョレメの賑やかで活気のある雰囲気と夜景が良い。部屋は広々していて、ベッドも大きい。シャワーには扉があって、水が飛び散らない。洗面所は天井が低くて、狭いので、ちょっと使いづらいかもしれないけど、洞窟感がある。シャンプーやボディソープなどのアメニティーもちゃんとあった。ホテルには、バーがあり、ちょっと円安の日本では高いけど、ギョレメのレストランと同じで、QRコードで食べ物もオーダーできる。ちなみに部屋にもQRコードがあって、オーダーができて、２０分くらいで到着するので便利。トルコらしくティッシュボックスはない。朝食メニューは豊富で、果物がいろいろあるのが特によかった。夏だったのでスイカやメロンやプルーンなど。看板犬はシンバという名前で、ぐうたらしていて、いつも寝ているのを見ると癒される。ホテルで紹介されるツアーはタイミングが合わずに参加しなかったけど、価格的にはGetYourGuideとかのツアーより少し安い感じなので、事前に予約していくのが良いと思う。ネビシェの空港まで、乗り合いバスをアレンジしてくれて１２ユーロと比較的リーズナブル。また泊まりたいなーと思えるホテルだった。

We had an amazing stay at Castle Cave Hotel! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty food every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They also arranged our tours seamlessly, which made our trip completely stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself had a beautiful atmosphere and staying in a cave-style hotel made the experience even more special and memorable.
