Everything was perfect staffs was very helpful, smoothly checked in, one of the best room we ever had stayed at mind you this is our third time staying here as an overnight to connect our early morning flights. Showers surprise its got hot water and cold very good waters pressure, bed linen was nice ironed and clean. The building needs painting and please some nice decent towels as the towels are terrible quality at your hotel ❤️

In need of refurb and some modernisation. Room 202's Bed was terrible, literally sunk on one side and a lot of noise outside in morning when cleaners start as cleaning cupboard is next door, the doors would benefit from sound proofing. Did not use the microwave but fridge and kettle worked well. Ladies at reception and evening security were friendly. Location is great in Simpson bay for bars, shops, casino and transportation.

Staff are amazing, location is great, and amenities are old, bad bedding and a strong smell of cigarettes in the room.
