Leverhulme Hotel

I had booked 12 months in advance during Covid. The hotel advised just room provided with access, there is no restaurant or breakfast. The hotel is set up for functions. Tea and coffee was available by phoning reception and was complementary. Clean comfortable room. Staff supportive & friendly

Having booked this hotel for a close friends wedding we was expecting a special weekend in a special hotel. Unfortunately this was not the case. The room we was staying in was a luxury double room. The layout of the room was fantastic! However, a known fault to the hotel with the boiler cause our room to have no hot water, the shower head was off the wall , wifi issues, decor falling apart and list of items expected in the room was non exsiting. The staff where made aware the issues and offered to put us in another room, again the rooms need ALOT OF Work. If this was looked into then it would be worth the stay. Breakfast was really nice, however there was no option of continental breakfast as stated by the hotel. I was also quoted £29 PP each day prior to my visit. This was astonishing. Very very disappointed with the visit, doubt i will return to the hotel. However the staff & service was 5 Star.
