Pros: Good location, nice restaurant and bar, clean, great staff, nice clean gym. Cons: Each room only had one teaspoon. Robes would be nice. I requested a room away from the lifts, and they put me right next to a lift. it was sometimes hard to get a park.

Loved the room. Excellent. Would have been great to know the car parking fee of $25 per night upfront. For a hotel room at 189, you could include parking. There is street parking out front; the meter starts at 8.30am so if youre leaving to travel, park there overnight and avoid the excessive fee for a concrete rectangle. Otherwise, room was brilliant and what was expected for the price.

Grt location. Spacious rm. Went with Go Green option, so did not have house keeping. Resturant good, but only open thurs-sun for dinner. Has bar that is open daily from 10am. Overall good & if l return to hobart would stay again

RACV hotel Hobart had clean facilities, large rooms, parking on site at a reasonable price, valet parking and daily room service. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful. The lounge area with large fireplace was a highlight in winter.

Just fantastic. Lovely practical rooms & great lounge area. Happy hour 4.30 to 6.30 every day with $10 drink voucher if u elect to not get room serviced. This was 2 glasses of chardy!

We stayed in the hotel room, it’s clean, the bathroom amenities are eco friendly and the bed is super comfortable. The hotel lobby is also spacious and it has a bar and restaurant located inside it, so you don’t need to go out for anything.

Loved the foyer area and the size of the room. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and attentive. Our room had a distinct smell when you entered which we believed was coming from the shower drain. We reported this to the reception when we checked out.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Everyday's housekeeping is good, only do it when I am out. If it has Microwave Oven, then it will be perfect, especially for Hot Chocolate after adding the cold milk. Location is also good, have various kinds of food for choices, especially for Asian Food. It is also closed to the harbour and Salamanca Market, within 10 mins walk. Just one minor thing to be improved. the window seems not 100% closed, feels a bit cold especially for Sept windy and cold weather.

This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the CBD, handy to everything. The rooms are large and well appointed, the staff friendly and responsive. The large gas fireplaces in the reception area and ground floor bar and lobby made it particularly welcoming in the cold weather.

I booked this Hotel in December for February as a birthday present. I received a confirmation from them from the RACV. They took my deposit and all seemed OK, then 24 hours before checking in I got an email that they had canceled my booking and would refund the deposit, no reason. I could not get another Hotel in Hobart as it was sold out and very short notice. So had to hire a car as we were 40knm out of town. No reason so I assume they got a group booking. Thanks RACV, great birthday you have spoiled!! I will NEVER use you again and tell as many people as I can of your business practices.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - polite, professional, friendly, helpful and considerate. Thank you for the room upgrade, the early check-in and the late check-out. It was my first trip to Hobart and the stay at RACV really made it extra enjoyable. Thank you! I will be back and I will recommend your hotel to my friends and family.

The RACV hotel is very well located.The Skybus drops off and pickups just across the road.The rooms are very clean,spacious and very comfortable.The staff are friendly and very efficient.The breakfast buffet is excellent. It is our go to hotel in Hobart and can highly recommend it.

The RACV hotel is very well located.The Skybus drops off and pickups just across the road.The rooms are very clean,spacious and very comfortable.The staff are friendly and very efficient.The breakfast buffet is excellent. It is our go to hotel in Hobart and can highly recommend it.

Easy walking to all shops and eating places and to the waterfront. The Cascade on Collins in the hotel is most convenient with lovely atmosphere and the happy hour is a bonus and much appreciated.

I had 4 nights at the RACVHobart recently and found it to be very conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing. The room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The bathroom, likewise. The diningroom served excellent breakfast and dinner menus, and the adjacent bistro did a good line in drinks and light meals. I ordered roomservice on two nights and found the food and efficiency of service to be as good as in the restaurant. I had a hire car and found the hotel's undercover carpark easy to navigate. Staff were all pleasant, efficient and ready to supply the sort of random infirmation that a traveller requires. Across the road is a designated bus stop that also serves the excellent local tourist bus. I was so pleased i found the RACVHobart in Wotif and i will definitely stay there again when i am next in town.

The property was walkable down to the piers and location for pickup drop offs for tours, airport bus and also hop on hop off bus. Restuarant is not open for evening meals early in the week if you choose not to have your room serviced you can receive a voucher for drinks at the bar ir restaurant

Grt location. Spacious rm. Went with Go Green option, so did not have house keeping. Resturant good, but only open thurs-sun for dinner. Has bar that is open daily from 10am. Overall good & if l return to hobart would stay again

We had a very spacious apartment with a balcony and nice views over the city. There was a good size kitchen and dining and lounge area. The bar downstairs had a happy hour and tasty bar snacks. It was conveniently located and the parking was on site which was great. We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer.

Delightful hotel well located at the edge of the CBD. Lovely staff, generous sized rooms and a generous and welcoming lounge/bar area boasting a toasty fire.Skybus, Metro and hop-on hop-off bus stop located directly over the road.

Central location in the city. Big room and bathroom. Loved the option of having access to opening a window. The bar with happy hour was enjoyed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff polite and attentive.
