The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war ok. Das Bett war sehr sauber. In der Dusche gab es Schimmel. Die Kaffe-Kapseln mussten gekauft werden. Parkplatz kostet €15/ Nacht. Für 2-3 Nächte war das ok. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Stadt.

Wenn ich in Straßburg bin, komme ich immer wieder gerne ins Adagio. Das Personal ist sehr nett und jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit bekamen wir sogar ein kleines Präsent. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft geoß geschrieben und auch die Unterkunft ist immer wieder sehr schön. In nur fünf Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, was ein großes Pluspunkt ist. Dazu der sichere Parkplatz, alles top und immer wieder gerne!

Empfang war sehr freundlich. Parkhaus am Hotel für 15 Euro absolut ok. Zimmer mit Balkon hätte nicht sein müssen, da keine Möbel drauf waren. Wäre eh kein Platz gewesen. Das nächste Mal bringe ich einen Raumspray mit, der den Duft des Putzmittels überdeckt. ;) Lage prima.

Solides, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Aparthotel mit richtigem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und kleiner Kochnische. Achtung: für große PKWs ist der Parkplatz kaum benutzbar, sehr eng. Frühstück typisch französisch plus Rührei/Käse.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine mehrtägige Städtereise gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und erhielten eine Einweisung bezüglich des Zimmers, der Parkmögkichkeiten (15€) pro Tag und erhielten sämtliche Zugangs Nr. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm ruhig. Eine kleine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien war vorhanden. Ebenso Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Für uns genau das Richtige. Der Stadtkern war fußläufig erreichbar. Bei unserem nächsten Strassbourg Trip werden wir wieder dort buchen!!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the reception area seems very welcoming and the hotel is in close proximity to the station. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected and could definitely benefit from some renovation work.

Das Hotel mach an sich einen guten Eindruck, die Zimmer sind groß sind es ist sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden. Leider hat es an Sauberkeit gefehlt.

La literie était confortable et il n’y avait pas de bruit. Par contre la propreté et l’entretien de la chambre n’étaient pas au rendez vous (ampoule, rideaux) En plus nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pendant au moins 12 heures sans réelles solutions pour nous doucher

Ruhige Lage, bequemes Bett. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider nur sehr staubig das komplette Zimmer. Und vor den Zimmer der Flur war extrem dreckig. Frühstückauswahl absolut ausreichend. Fuß schnell an den sehenswerten Plätzen.

They left my room window open with no screen so a lot of flies entered. Also they left the back door of the building open which allowed more flies inside and is also not safe for potential intruders. The walls had cracked paint and the room smelled bad. A twinkle experience.

Vieux tapis, douche défectueuse, manette de télé ne fonctionne pas, évier bouché, chambre minuscule. Disons que ce fut ok sans plus et que nous n’y retournerions pas.

O ar condicionado não funciona e passamos bastante calor. Havia teia de aranha em cima da cama e cabelo no guarda roupas. A cozinha é bem equipada e os funcionários da recepção são gentis.

Room was clean other than balcony dirty and dusty, but there was construction going on nearby. Bathroom sink was a bit stooped up. Notified desk in am. It was fixed and clean when we came back in pm. So good response follow through. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Jean, Willy, and Lauryn,I think. Breakfast set up was good, but since we are gf, didn’t buy it. Disappointed we had to pay for a coffee in the common area. Kitchenette in room a big plus for us. Bed was comfortable and high enough off the floor. Being close to tram and bus to get anywhere in town as well as close to train station, is a major benefit of this location. Good value for the price.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the WiFi worked really well. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived very early on the day we checked in. The hotel was also quite close to the station which was convenient. Would recommend this hotel.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, it was a bit more of a motel vibe. Kitchen did come fully equipped, and the reception/ lounging area was quite nice. Overall it’s an ok hotel, just think the pictures don’t really reflect the space.

Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the old city and close to supermarkets. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a kitchenette, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and a balcony.

Location was good, check in was friendly and smooth. Unfortunately, following the other two receptionists were not so friendly; rather hands off! Inside of the hotel and our room was outdated, small bathroom with a tiny shower. Didn't have any balconies nor iron and ironing board. We didn't like misadvertisement! Also, washer and dryer are not free of charge! Everything is written in French, so we didn't know that we were supposed to take-out the trash. All of the photos were shown on Hotels.com wasn't the same yet, similar of what we were given. Bed was comfortable, we stayed 3 days.

We booked a superior studio that did not resemble the photographs on the website at all. Tried to check in at 3pm, room was not available until 4.30pm , after being told it would be 5 minutes. Had to leave luggage in an unsecured, unsupervised room, no luggage labled and other guests luggage too. Our Room was tiny, outside area dirty and messy, neighbouring rooms outside area covered in cigarette ends, doggy poo bags, cans etc. These were separated by wooden palets. In rooms, you could not control your own aircon, and it was seldom on. At 30 degrees +, this made it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. You were told not to turn fridge any cooler, it was on minimum. you had to recyle your own rubbish and put general rubbish in basement carpark. Large Laundry cages and recycling bins were directly outside our room for our entire 3 night stay. Bed and toilet clean but bathroom sink very slow to drain. This is not in the petit france area, as stated, though a reasonable walk to get there. So many notices about dos and donts, we felt we were back at school. This certainly did not live up to website description/photographs, and certainly not what we expected after our various hotel/appartment stays throughout europe this trip

The hotel boasts an exceptional location. The gentlemen on the lobby were exceptionally friendly and readily available to assist us with any inquiries we may have had. Despite the ongoing remodeling efforts, we remained thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a remarkable value for money. On a separate note, my daughter inadvertently left her Apple Watch behind. We contacted the hotel, and they promptly retrieved the watch for our collection.

Un aparthotel que se hubiera llevado mas puntuación si no hubieran pasado de nosotros cuando les dijimos que el microondas no funcionaba. Los cuatro dias con el aparato estropeado.La calefaccion tampoco iba fina, tuvimos que ponerla muy alta para notar algo. La limpieza un 10 y está en un buen sitio, la estacion central a cinco minutos a pie, y a dos minutos la parada del tranvia.

Wir waren über das Wochenende in Straßburg und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es große Zimmer bietet, einen preiswerten Privatparkplatz (14 Eur pro Tag), es nicht weit weg von der Innenstadt entfernt ist (Linie F, 3 Stadtionen bis zum Zentrum) und der Preis ist auch fair. Room was clean other than balcony dirty and dusty, but there was construction going on nearby. Bathroom sink was a bit stooped up. Notified desk in am. It was fixed and clean when we came back in pm. So good response follow through. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Jean, Willy, and Lauryn,I think. Breakfast set up was good, but since we are gf, didn’t buy it. Disappointed we had to pay for a coffee in the common area. Kitchenette in room a big plus for us. Bed was comfortable and high enough off the floor. Being close to tram and bus to get anywhere in town as well as close to train station, is a major benefit of this location. Good value for the price.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the WiFi worked really well. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived very early on the day we checked in. The hotel was also quite close to the station which was convenient. Great place to stay, though a little outside the center of the action. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the room was quite spacious and even had a balcony. Visited during holiday season and they even had mulled wine in the lobby - nice touch!

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e alle fermate dei tram. Il centro della città è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 20 minuti circa. O hotel está localizado próximo à Barrage Vauban e fácil acesso ao transporte público assim como a estacao central. A decoração dos quartos destoa da recepção, precisam ser atualizados. O café da manha é excelente. O quarto que fiquei era espaçoso e limpo. Os pontos fracos foram os travesseiros muito finos e baxos. Os encanamentoa precisam de manutenção, pois a agua do banho escao muito lentamente, assim com a descarga, o que compromete a eficiência. No mais, recomendo.

Nice room with a lovely little balcony. It was great to be able to open the doors and sit outside. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. Decor is interesting, a bit outdated maybe but the room has everything you could need. I had a problem with the sink plug and it was sorted with no fuss and a bit of a laugh with the staff. It felt safe and there was very little noise from other guests. I would stay again.

Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had other kitchen equipment available to borrow for free from the reception. The hotel was busy but our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c made the room very comfortable despite the fact that it was 35c outside.
