The staff was pleasant and attended to us quickly. The property needed some sprucing up like painting, some exterior repairs.

Have bars in tub and handicap rooms on 1st floor..

Room was adequate and clean. Would have liked Internet access and morning coffee.

I rarely review a property. The only thing good about this place was a firm bed, good water pressure in the shower, and the A/C worked. The "lobby" is unkept including a dead plant. The room needed a good cleaning, paint job, mold removal and lacks outlets. We had to unplug the refrig & a lamp in order to plug in our CPap machines. No plug to charge our phones. The towels were thin & small, the tub had a 5x8 piece missing on the side that was duct taped in place, the wall had a hole where the door knob hit which was plugged with a paper cup, no soap, no cups. The sheets were clean. An owner was nice enough to carry our bags up and down the outside stairs. We paid for 2 nights and immediately looked for another option upon opening the door but nothing so bucked up for 2 nights.

It was fine for an overnight but the air unit was loud and the place is just aged and a bit run down. Parking was a pain and dragging bags up to the second-floor stairs sucked. We knew we were not staying at a 3 or 4-star hotel so we did not expect much.

It really wasn't worth worth what we paid for the room and there was nothing extra not a coffee pot

No water in shower room in disrepair got there early hours of the morning they didn’t want to give me a room when it was already paid should have asked for a refund

Check in was smooth and fast, although a paper index card was required to be filled out (not sure why when everything is automated.) The room was clean, spacious, furniture a little dated, microwave and refrigerator was nice along with some toiletries, but no iron, safe, or hangers for the clothing rack (no closet.) Bed was comfortable and very high up. This was fine for me but not my spouse, who banged their leg trying to climb up. Water pressure for the shower/tub was great, our only concern was there was no tub grips or rubber mat to prevent someone slipping, as the surface was very smooth. Also, not a very handicap accessible-friendly property. Only one handicap parking spot and no rooms were available on the lower floor for someone who has a tough time with stairs and heavy luggage, and there was no elevator. Stairs were steep and very narrow. We always check the windows when checking in to any motel, and sure enough, the window to our room was unlocked. Anyone could have easily slid open the window and climbed in. Once locked, it was secured, and the room door had sufficient security locks on it, so we did feel safe. There was no drop box to deposit the room key, and when we checked out, no one was in the office. We felt uncomfortable leaving the key on the counter but there was no other place to leave it. Overall, considering the prices of the local area hotels, it's an affordable, decent, no-frills place for an overnight stay.

The area is nice and tge hotel is convient to local attractions and the military base. But the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I have seen "no tell motels" with cleaner rooms

I booked a room for three nights and only stayed one. At first glance you could tell the property was run down which was to be expected for the price. My only issue was I found cockroaches in my room. One in the tub and another in the bathroom sink. When I spoke with the front office they offered to change rooms. I did not think it would make a difference seeing I saw them on the stairs on the way up. No refund was given. You are better off paying a little extra.

The room smelled bad and the bathtub was not cleaned ever. There was dirty rings around the tub and the shower rod was badly installed. The reception was smelly and dirty as well. I think a partial refund is in order in the amount of $50 for the inconvenience

I was hoping for the best despite reading the bad reviews. Check in process was somewhat simple but I had to register using an index size card. There were ants all over the counter, so that made me a bit nervous. I was in a non-smoking room and fortunately I didn’t notice any odd odors. The beds were high, and the sheets appeared to be clean. However, it didn’t take long for me to start seeing roaches around the sink in the back of the room and the bathroom. The bathroom was in desperate need of a remodel. It looked like several patch jobs had been done to try to cover up some damage. There was a plastic cup stuck in a hole in the wall where the door handle must’ve been hitting. There was no iron or hair dryer. I was there for two nights and there were only two towels in the room. The AC also seemed to be broken. I was not feeling well and tried to get the temperature below 70 degrees and it wouldn’t happen. The AC would come on for a minute then turn off. It was so frustrating. I do t like being hot. I think the most unnerving thing for me was the safety latch on the front door was broken so I only had the lock to secure the door. There was also no privacy please signs for the door. Someone entered my room while I wasn’t there, picked one thing up from the floor, left the light on, and left. I was absolutely furious. I will never stay here again.

The room had holes and marks all over the walls. The ceiling had water stains. The fan light in the bathroom had 2 inches of dust on it. No coffee maker and no tissues. Limited towels. It was a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. I was nauseous all night. The lighting was poor. The concrete was crumbling on the outside of the building. I am recommending you take this place off of Expedia. It’s embarrassing.

After checking in and opening the door of my room, I was knocked back by the suffocating smell of cleaning products -- so strong I found it impossible to sleep. Then noticed dust caked over the paneling and bedsheets, stains covering the pillows, and a cockroach in the bathroom. After describing my experience to the man at the front desk, I was moved to a different room on the opposite side of the building for no additional charge. The second room (112, with a jacuzzi that I was requested not to use) also smelled of disinfectants, although the odor wasn't as overpowering as the first room. After four hours of sleep, I was eager to get back on the road.

Has bedbugs

Room was dated. Very clean smelled great for non smoking room but bathroom wall and ceiling needed to be Patched and repair. Otherwise good for price. Tv fridge and microwave and very quiet .. slept well ..

The place was grungy. We did not use the shower because it looked unsanitary. I chose this place initially on others reviews so surprised to see the actual room. The photos must show the owners rooms. If you stay make sure not to be on bottom level, it is noisy!

my trip was only one night but the beds were comfy & staff were friendly! decent size room but the bathroom was a little small. lots of wawa’s and some other food/stores along with gas stations in the area. overall if i was in that area again, would probably stay again!

Loud traffic, room was clean however bath/ shower was non working during early am departure

Staff are super nice and friendly. Rooms have been upgraded nicely, bathrooms definitely need a makeover! Clean and no bugs!! Overall it’s pretty decent for the area, convenience wise it’s perfect.

Towels are stained and gross. Definitely need some restocking of new and toss the others. A good paint job in bathrooms would do wonders. Overall it’s perfect for a quick trip Owners are always super sweet and helpful

Upon arrival after a wedding I arrived to a desk with no staff unable to check in for my stay. No where did I read about no night staff and late check in. No motel / hotel I’ve ever stayed at has never had night staff. I would not recommend if your checking in late and will never be back myself after dealing with such a frustrating situation.

Check in is 3:30, got there 6:30, waited for someone to come to desk, never asked , had to wait 10 minutes for t h em to clean a room for me. Not safe door to street, also window not safe for a single female.name but asked how much i was charged for the roo

Adequate facility for getting a good night's sleep and getting back on the road the next morning. The person at the desk was very kind and helpful.

Super friendly and very clean Definitely could use a little extra tlc but overall it’s a nice place to stay The only complaint I would have is that they need new towels. They are old and some have stains. Kinda gross

My stay is very quiet and peaceful for a work assignment.

A person in the room next to me was yellong out curses at midnight to somebody. It was scary.
