A delightful conservatory is an additional space to relax, with seating and a coffee table to enjoy a drink while admiring the views of the garden or reading a book. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. Head outside and you'll discover an enclosed rear garden with a patio area. A short drive away is Woodbridge (5 miles), a lovely market town with a wealth of independent shops and eateries and a historic tidal mill to visit. History lovers will also want to head to Sutton Hoo (8 miles) and learnn all about this ancient burial site. Walkers will love having access to paths right from the doorstep, but it is also worth venturing further afield and exploring woodland areas such as Captain's Wood (18 miles) which has well-marked trails suitable for all the family.
