This place is a little gem. Tucked away just a few meters away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, this beautiful little hotel has 10 charming rooms fronted by a small (12m) pool and a beautiful terrace offering an oasis of relaxation, peace, and tranquillity under a canopy of olive trees. Go up a few steps to their restaurant and bar overlooking the beach and amazing landing paragliders to enjoy a superb breakfast until 11 or a delightful evening selecting from their extensive menu of quality foods and wines all served by the nicest of staff. Honestly, we did not want for anything all the time we were there and recommend it without reservation. Also I want to mention the staff at the hotel from the restaurant manager and his team to the cleaning staff. All were very welcoming and made our stay extra special.

Es war wundervoll. Die Zimmer sind schon eher gediegen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dunkel. Aber sauber, Betten bequem und Bad modern. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum. Eine ruhige Oase im Trubel der umliegenden Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder 😘

Jade residence was absolutely beautiful!! The room was cozy and had everything I needed. But what makes Jade residence remarkable is the peace and quiet of the garden. There are so many areas to relax, wether it’s by the pool or on the sofas. It’s quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is also delicious. It’s perfectly located with so many restaurant and cafe options at walking distance. And finally, the staff is super nice and helpful.m I would definitely recommend staying there!

We decided last minute to change our hotel from fethiye to jade in oludeniz. Primary reason is because we wanted to stay on/near the beach and not deal with car rental or taxi back and forth between fethiye and oludeniz. I was really nervous about the change bc I couldn't figure out what to expect with jade. All reviews I read were incredible but also saw a site that called it a 2 star hotel. However, the hotel had the basic necessities we desired like private bath, ac, queen bed. TL;Dr we were so glad we made the change. The hotel is a true 3 star hotel. However, the treatment you receive from management (especially Deniz) and the staff (especially Honor at the restaurant) is 10 star worthy. I have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels and have never received that amazing of a service. They even knew our name prior to us even getting there. The hotel is situated right on the beach but does not have a beach view. There are only 8 rooms and looks like they all face the pool. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sofa/chairs for you to lay out and relax, with plenty of shade. Note, bc the hotel has a lot of greenery, you do get a lot of bugs. If you don't like bugs, you can keep the room windows and balcony door closed. They also provide a bug zapper plug in to keep the bugs out. This def helped us since we do not like bugs. Only saw minimal bugs during our 3 night stay. The room is more of a lodge feel with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious enough but t

A small, stylish boutique hotel right on the beach. Our rooms were very comfortable but it is the courtyard pool area set in an olive grove that truly sets this hotel apart. Plenty of space to relax while the hub bub of Olu Deniz goes on outside. We found the terraced restaurant overlooking the beach to be exceptional both in service, menu choices and location. Wonderful breakfast (the best we had during our two-week stay in Turkey) and really tasty lunches and evening meals. We struggled to find anything comparable in OD.

Tastefully decorated. Love the vibe. The courtyard is so beautiful. The room has a Havana vibe mixed with modern amenities. Very clean and super friendly staff. The restaurant is the best on the beach. Only downside was the dance music on the beach doesn’t stop until 12:30. Didn’t bother me much because I had jet lag and fell asleep amid the music.

İkincisi de yemekleri kötü, mutfağı gayet temiz ancak yemek tatları hem restoran hem havuz başı biz beğenmedik. Kahvaltısı güzel ve çeşitli, kahvaltıyı çok beğendik.

Fethiye'ye gelecekseniz Ölüdeniz'de, Ölüdeniz'e gelecekseniz Jade'de kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.. Akşam 10 gibi checkin yapmamıza ve checkout günü akşama kadar aracamızı otoparkta bırakmamıza rağmen hiç bir sorun çıkmadı.. Otel, oda, havuz, bahçe, restoran her şey mükemmeldi.. Genelden başlarsak, malumunuz Ölüdeniz daha çok yabancı turistlerin tercih ettiği bir nokta, tam da bu sebeple çok sevdim. Çevrede insanları rahatsız eden, cıyak cıyak çocuk bağırtan insanlar pek yok.. Turist yoğun olduğu için fiyatlar bir miktar yüksek ama "welcome to yeni Türkiye".. Otele dönersek konumu, çalışanların ilgisi, temizliği, binanın ve bahçenin güzelliği, restoranı (özellikle kokteylleri mükemmel), her şey ile 10 üzerinden 11 bir işletme. We stayed attic room didn’t realize we would be bumping our heads going in and out of bed n had to remember to duck. Breakfast service was nice. Google maps brought us to the wrong end of the street which was closed off so it was difficult to find. In the room It was pretty loud at night as the music is pumping til past midnight

Jade residence was absolutely beautiful!! The room was cozy and had everything I needed. But what makes Jade residence remarkable is the peace and quiet of the garden. There are so many areas to relax, wether it’s by the pool or on the sofas. It’s quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is also delicious. It’s perfectly located with so many restaurant and cafe options at walking distance. And finally, the staff is super nice and helpful.m I would definitely recommend staying there!

Akşam 10 gibi checkin yapmamıza ve checkout günü akşama kadar aracamızı otoparkta bırakmamıza rağmen hiç bir sorun çıkmadı.. Otel, oda, havuz, bahçe, restoran her şey mükemmeldi.. After staying at the Marriot Bosphorus and the Argos (Cappadochia), It was a real delight staying here. I felt better taken care of. It is a beautiful property, luxurious and spacious but less rooms, so I felt like I was well looked after by the staff. BEST BREAKFAST imaginable. The restaurant was amazing, stunning beach views. Beautiful at sunset. All the other guests were so classy and gorgeous. I cannot reccomend this place any more.Thank you to the managers/owner/and alll the wonderful staff at Jade. You guys are truly amazing and so good at what you do.

We decided last minute to change our hotel from fethiye to jade in oludeniz. Primary reason is because we wanted to stay on/near the beach and not deal with car rental or taxi back and forth between fethiye and oludeniz. I was really nervous about the change bc I couldn't figure out what to expect with jade. All reviews I read were incredible but also saw a site that called it a 2 star hotel. However, the hotel had the basic necessities we desired like private bath, ac, queen bed. TL;Dr we were so glad we made the change. The hotel is a true 3 star hotel. However, the treatment you receive from management (especially Deniz) and the staff (especially Honor at the restaurant) is 10 star worthy. I have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels and have never received that amazing of a service. They even knew our name prior to us even getting there. The hotel is situated right on the beach but does not have a beach view. There are only 8 rooms and looks like they all face the pool. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sofa/chairs for you to lay out and relax, with plenty of shade. Note, bc the hotel has a lot of greenery, you do get a lot of bugs. If you don't like bugs, you can keep the room windows and balcony door closed. They also provide a bug zapper plug in to keep the bugs out. This def helped us since we do not like bugs. Only saw minimal bugs during our 3 night stay. The room is more of a lodge feel with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious enough but t

We stayed attic room didn’t realize we would be bumping our heads going in and out of bed n had to remember to duck. Breakfast service was nice. Google maps brought us to the wrong end of the street which was closed off so it was difficult to find. In the room It was pretty loud at night as the music is pumping til past midnight

Tastefully decorated. Love the vibe. The courtyard is so beautiful. The room has a Havana vibe mixed with modern amenities. Very clean and super friendly staff. The restaurant is the best on the beach. Only downside was the dance music on the beach doesn’t stop until 12:30. Didn’t bother me much because I had jet lag and fell asleep amid the music.

A small, stylish boutique hotel right on the beach. Our rooms were very comfortable but it is the courtyard pool area set in an olive grove that truly sets this hotel apart. Plenty of space to relax while the hub bub of Olu Deniz goes on outside. We found the terraced restaurant overlooking the beach to be exceptional both in service, menu choices and location. A small, stylish boutique hotel right on the beach. Our rooms were very comfortable but it is the courtyard pool area set in an olive grove that truly sets this hotel apart. Plenty of space to relax while the hub bub of Olu Deniz goes on outside. We found the terraced restaurant overlooking the beach to be exceptional both in service, menu choices and location. Wonderful breakfast (the best we had during our two-week stay in Turkey) and really tasty lunches and evening meals. We struggled to find anything comparable in OD.

10/10 anbefaling, skal vi tilbage booker vi Jade, udentvivl. Jade er et paradis midt i de smukkeste omgivelser. Vi havde 10 overnatninger på Jade, og det var de bedste 10 dage. Alt personalet var simpelthen så søde. Vi havde morgenmad med i opholdet og det var så udsøgt. Vi spiste aftensmad på nogle af de mange andre restauranter i området, men vendte altid tilbage til vores Jade. Maden var ganske simpelt fantastisk.

This hotel is an absolute 10/10! The location couldn't be better—paragliding, boat trips, and local activities are right at your doorstep, with direct access to the public beach and the Blue Lagoon just a quick 3-minute stroll away. Public transport is super accessible and affordable for exploring nearby villages and Butterfly Valley. The facilities are top-notch, but what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. Özlem was an absolute delight—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She truly set the tone for a wonderful vacation!

The staff first of all are all wonderful. Özlem and the reception team were super helpful and the restaurant staff were all very attentive. The best restaurant in Ölüdeniz and the vibe and style of the hotel is perfect, also loved the Le Labo products in the shower! Yes it’s noisy on the strip, but the noise dies out around 12:30am - I brought ear plugs but didn’t end up using them. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This place really made our trip in Ölüdeniz! It is such a hidden gem and so well located at the same time. The pool surrounded by olive trees and beautiful old building façades is an oasis in the midst of day and night time entertainment. Clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing restaurant with a great view are just some of the highlights. If I ever go to Ölüdeniz again, this is where I would stay without hesitation!
