It is obvious that the Hotel came into the years. A pitty because it has potential to shine again. Needed restauration or changes are not done in time or at all, staff is enough running arround but a bit headless, training for service needed. Is Not enough to have a Lot of Trainees there If Nobody Show them how to serve and clean correct and keep overview of their Job. I stayed in the Villa with private Pool. Since 10 years, aß i stayed first time, no changes, still the same old death tree in the pot 😂. I didnt had breakfast, Lunch or Dinner booked aß i enjoy more all the good Restaurants arround. Renting of motobike very conveniant at the entry of parking place and Hotel, with reasonable prices. Since i have been over new year, the Dinner Buffet was already included in the price of the stay. The beach was nice but after 25 Meter in the water full of rocks, sunbeds are old and used.

We found this resort was incredibly relaxing. Situated on a private bay. There was a short sandy beach with a rocky bottom. When tide was in water was about 4-5 ft. Perfect to float, swim or relax. Breakfast was great as we have found at most mercure resorts. No shortage of tables so no morning rush. Very good food alsi just on the road by the resort for variety. Pool was nice. Not alot of chairs as on the beach. But i was surprised we always had a lounger or bean chair. We had a ocean view room but because of trees planted view was obstructed but i preferred to have the shade instead of the view. It allowed a cool relaxing place to sit all day. Room had an elevated bed with a bench at the end. As a person going into their sixties with a knee problem i would have preferred a regular height bed with a couch at the end. The staff were awesome. They had massages at the poolside that we took everyday. Professional well trained and very reasonably priced. A great value. We did one hour oil massage for 450 baht every day. The resort was nicely kept and was so peaceful. We came from a busier beach tye week before and loved it but this was a special kind of relaxation. We dod not do alot everyday just ate a beautiful breakfast, swam, massage relaxed but the pool and completely chilled out. It was such a relaxing hotel. The Villa came with a private pool and jacuzzi. Big and spacious room, clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly, the cafe by the beach was great and since it was low season, the beach was peaceful, quiet and clean.

Pros- Travelling with young children I loved that I could sit in the shade near the beach cafe whilst they could play in the sand also in the shade. This was my absolute favourite thing. The pool near the beach was decent and a good temperature. The beach was protected and private and was good for digging and paddling. Breakfast buffet was very good and there was a good amount of seating and choices of food. Our room was a good size and light and airy. The hotel were very helpful when I had a problem with my car. Cons- the shower temperature was temperamental and often cold, our water went off once totally and the toilet broke on another occasion. This was sorted quickly by the resort. The pool with pool access rooms was very cloudy and green, it seemed to have improved by the end of the week but we didn’t use this. Overall I would definitely stay again, the staff at the resort were lovely and helpful, the beach and pool and setting were idyllic. My children loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Magnifique chambre, propre et très bien aménagée au 1er et dernier étage, face a la plage et a la mer ! Vue latérale sur piscine ! Belle salle de bains et superbe terrasse ! Excellente restauration ! Personnel a l écoute et serviable ! Bel établissement ! Belle salle de sport ! Location scooter sur place et agence pour billets bateau sur place !

Har tidligere besøgt hotellet i 2016,17 og 18 Hotellet virker i dag slidt, ligger langt væk fra alting, mange børn, meget larm, beskidt pool, vi havde booket et værelse med adgang til pool og en pool vila, villaen måtte de gøre pool området ren igen da vi kom, da det var møg beskidt, stranden er fyldt med sten når du går i vandet vi valgte at flytte efter første dag
Har tidligere besøgt hotellet i 2016,17 og 18 Hotellet virker i dag slidt, ligger langt væk fra alting, mange børn, meget larm, beskidt pool, vi havde booket et værelse med adgang til pool og en pool vila, villaen måtte de gøre pool området ren igen da vi kom, da det var møg beskidt, stranden er fyldt med sten når du går i vandet vi valgte at flytte efter første dag

Chek in entre 12h et 15h arriver a 15h30 ont a pu entree dans la chambre a 16h45 beaucoup de moucherons dans la salle de Bain tous les jours tres vieux et intoxication alimentaire au buffet spectacle un sans faute pour le prix que j ai payer 1 toile est encore trip !

Skittent uteområde og basseng. Sein oppryddlng av rom hver dag, typ kl 1700. Dårlig engelsktalende personal, vanskelig å bli forstått på dette hotellet. Ved bestilling av mat missforsto de på hver bestilling. Nært strand, ikke spesielt badevennlig.

Séjour idyllique, nous avons pris la chambre avec piscine, le cadre est magnifique, la chambre est magique seul bémol le jacuzzi qui est a l extérieur est vétuste et paraît sale ( il ne l ai pas mais du a la vétusté il n est pas attirant) la piscine est propre ce qui n est pas tjr le cas des chambres avec piscine , le petit déjeuner royal , vous trouverez de tout et très bon et le personnel est au petit soin......

Har tidligere besøgt hotellet i 2016,17 og 18 Hotellet virker i dag slidt, ligger langt væk fra alting, mange børn, meget larm, beskidt pool, vi havde booket et værelse med adgang til pool og en pool vila, villaen måtte de gøre pool området ren igen da vi kom, da det var møg beskidt, stranden er fyldt med sten når du går i vandet vi valgte at flytte efter første dag

We found this resort was incredibly relaxing. Situated on a private bay. There was a short sandy beach with a rocky bottom. When tide was in water was about 4-5 ft. Perfect to float, swim or relax. Breakfast was great as we have found at most mercure resorts. No shortage of tables so no morning rush. Very good food alsi just on the road by the resort for variety. Pool was nice. Not alot of chairs as on the beach. But i was surprised we always had a lounger or bean chair. We had a ocean view room but because of trees planted view was obstructed but i preferred to have the shade instead of the view. It allowed a cool relaxing place to sit all day. Room had an elevated bed with a bench at the end. As a person going into their sixties with a knee problem i would have preferred a regular height bed with a couch at the end. The staff were awesome. They had massages at the poolside that we took everyday. Professional well trained and very reasonably priced. A great value. We did one hour oil massage for 450 baht every day. The resort was nicely kept and was so peaceful. We came from a busier beach tye week before and loved it but this was a special kind of relaxation. We dod not do alot everyday just ate a beautiful breakfast, swam, massage relaxed but the pool and completely chilled out. It was such a relaxing hotel. Internet scadente, a volte non si collegava neanche , la doccia fredda o bollente senza una buona e “normale regolazione possibile ! Camera superior vista muro e retro palestra e centro benessere , spiaggia esse do in una insenatura praticamente piena di detriti e fondale semisabbioso e pieno di pietre. Camera eccellente e pulizia ottima , personale cordiale !

The Villa came with a private pool and jacuzzi. Big and spacious room, clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly, the cafe by the beach was great and since it was low season, the beach was peaceful, quiet and clean.

It is obvious that the Hotel came into the years. A pitty because it has potential to shine again. Needed restauration or changes are not done in time or at all, staff is enough running arround but a bit headless, training for service needed. Is Not enough to have a Lot of Trainees there If Nobody Show them how to serve and clean correct and keep overview of their Job. I stayed in the Villa with private Pool. Since 10 years, aß i stayed first time, no changes, still the same old death tree in the pot 😂. I didnt had breakfast, Lunch or Dinner booked aß i enjoy more all the good Restaurants arround. Renting of motobike very conveniant at the entry of parking place and Hotel, with reasonable prices. Since i have been over new year, the Dinner Buffet was already included in the price of the stay. The beach was nice but after 25 Meter in the water full of rocks, sunbeds are old and used.

Pros- Travelling with young children I loved that I could sit in the shade near the beach cafe whilst they could play in the sand also in the shade. This was my absolute favourite thing. The pool near the beach was decent and a good temperature. The beach was protected and private and was good for digging and paddling. Breakfast buffet was very good and there was a good amount of seating and choices of food. Our room was a good size and light and airy. The hotel were very helpful when I had a problem with my car. Cons- the shower temperature was temperamental and often cold, our water went off once totally and the toilet broke on another occasion. This was sorted quickly by the resort. The pool with pool access rooms was very cloudy and green, it seemed to have improved by the end of the week but we didn’t use this. Overall I would definitely stay again, the staff at the resort were lovely and helpful, the beach and pool and setting were idyllic. My children loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Everything was lovely, especially the staff! We had a few minor inconveniences, but the staff went so far to make sure we had a great stay, upgrading our room and even treating us to a dinner in the restaurant. We stayed in 3 different rooms and they were all incredible. I cant recommend the place enough and hope to come back!

Good location, excellent if wanting to have a quiet break. Villa pool room nice and well maintained, could do with larger TV and better light controls. Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. Limited dining choices at resort and outside, this is a property best visited if you have transport or rent a motorcycle.

Fint hotell! Ligger på en privat strand, så himla mysig solnedgång där. Hoteller är fint men har tappat lite.. behöver rustas upp. Finns många bra restauranger precis utanför hotellet då det var dyrt på hotellet.

Har tidligere besøgt hotellet i 2016,17 og 18 Hotellet virker i dag slidt, ligger langt væk fra alting, mange børn, meget larm, beskidt pool, vi havde booket et værelse med adgang til pool og en pool vila, villaen måtte de gøre pool området ren igen da vi kom, da det var møg beskidt, stranden er fyldt med sten når du går i vandet vi valgte at flytte efter første dag

Chek in entre 12h et 15h arriver a 15h30 ont a pu entree dans la chambre a 16h45 beaucoup de moucherons dans la salle de Bain tous les jours tres vieux et intoxication alimentaire au buffet spectacle un sans faute pour le prix que j ai payer 1 toile est encore trip !

We found this resort was incredibly relaxing. Situated on a private bay. There was a short sandy beach with a rocky bottom. When tide was in water was about 4-5 ft. Perfect to float, swim or relax. Breakfast was great as we have found at most mercure resorts. No shortage of tables so no morning rush. Very good food alsi just on the road by the resort for variety. Pool was nice. Not alot of chairs as on the beach. But i was surprised we always had a lounger or bean chair. We had a ocean view room but because of trees planted view was obstructed but i preferred to have the shade instead of the view. It allowed a cool relaxing place to sit all day. Room had an elevated bed with a bench at the end. As a person going into their sixties with a knee problem i would have preferred a regular height bed with a couch at the end. The staff were awesome. They had massages at the poolside that we took everyday. Professional well trained and very reasonably priced. A great value. We did one hour oil massage for 450 baht every day. The resort was nicely kept and was so peaceful. We came from a busier beach tye week before and loved it but this was a special kind of relaxation. We dod not do alot everyday just ate a beautiful breakfast, swam, massage relaxed but the pool and completely chilled out. It was such a relaxing hotel. Un hôtel bien situé, la plage est belle. Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Un peu d’entretien supplémentaire serait bienvenu. Le personnel est agréable, et le bar d d’la plage sympa mais ce n’est pas à la hauteur des autres hôtels dans la même gamme de prix que le lieu peut offrir

Hårda sängar, speciellt extra sängen till barnen. Inte rena rum o toaletter Städarna städade väldigt slarvigt varje dag. Dyr mat o dryck på hotellet. MEN finns mkt utbud på gatan utanför. Annars Fantastiska pooler, havsutsikt, rent strand.

Magnifique chambre, propre et très bien aménagée au 1er et dernier étage, face a la plage et a la mer ! Vue latérale sur piscine ! Belle salle de bains et superbe terrasse ! Excellente restauration ! Personnel a l écoute et serviable ! Bel établissement ! Belle salle de sport ! Location scooter sur place et agence pour billets bateau sur place !

Séjour idyllique, nous avons pris la chambre avec piscine, le cadre est magnifique, la chambre est magique seul bémol le jacuzzi qui est a l extérieur est vétuste et paraît sale ( il ne l ai pas mais du a la vétusté il n est pas attirant) la piscine est propre ce qui n est pas tjr le cas des chambres avec piscine , le petit déjeuner royal , vous trouverez de tout et très bon et le personnel est au petit soin......

Internet scadente, a volte non si collegava neanche , la doccia fredda o bollente senza una buona e “normale regolazione possibile ! Camera superior vista muro e retro palestra e centro benessere , spiaggia esse do in una insenatura praticamente piena di detriti e fondale semisabbioso e pieno di pietre. Camera eccellente e pulizia ottima , personale cordiale !

Absolutely beautiful. Admittedly, I was very surprised to see that the toilet and shower in the villa was actually outside, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The private beach is heavenly, the beach side bar and food was excellent. You're a bit far to the south, but that only puts you closer to the southern pier, and nothing is very far away in the first place - not a very big island to start with. All in all, couldn't be happier with this place.

My only issue was in the dining area and I think it was the manager there cause she was taking pictures of the food but while I was there, maybe 6:57 she snapped at me saying it starts at seven. I thought maybe I could just get a cup of coffee, no smiles like the Thai smiles. I guess I was offended. One more thing that coffee machine you need to get a new machine cause that was the worst copy I’ve ever had. It’s like instant.

Great stay at the Mercure, if you're looking for a relaxed, quiet and peaceful environment, this is your place. Rooms are large, bright and support clean. Staff is very welcoming, helpful and polite from the receptionists to the cleaners all the way to the parking attendant. There are two pools, we booked a room with terasse giving into a "private" mini pool going into a bigger pool. Extremely pleasant to have this literally at your door step. We are at the restaurant once only and food was lovely especially if you're sitting near the beach, the sunset is incredible Again, a very pleasant area. The only little thing and I'm looking for things the hotel beach is not big nor large and you 100% need gel shoes to get in as there are very sharp stones for a long way before you get chest high in water and beware of the sea urchins (my husband trod on one despite wearing sea shoes!- it is very painful). All in all, a fantastic stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend.
