Room small and needing updated. Old type air conditioner not “split” Towels very thin, likely 30 years old. Breakfast just ok, not at all what it used to be. Hotel needs updated

Sim, o hotel é antigo. Mas o quarto estava muito bem limpo, parabéns ao pessoal da limpeza. Limpinho e cheiroso. O chuveiro era muito bom. A cama também excelente. Os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos. Principalmente a moça do café da manhã, muito simpática e solícita. O estacionamento é razoavelmente grande, não tivemos nenhum problema. O café da manhã, achei bem bom. Café, leite, iogurte, sucos, 3 ou 4 tipos de pães, bolos. Pão de queijo, frutas, ovo mexido, molho de salsicha. Uma boa variedade para o valor que é pago na diária. Nós ficamos num quarto dos fundos do hotel então não tivemos nenhum problema com o barulho da avenida.

Quarto de casal com apenas uma toalha. Chamadas para a recepção não atendidas. Tive de descer para solicitar outra toalha e questionei o funcionário se o interfone nao estava funcionando ja que havia chamado 3 vezes, quando para minha surpresa este disse que estava, porém não atendeu porque havia clientes na recepção. Falei que este sempre deveria atender porque poderia ser um caso de urgência, o mesmo trouxe a toalha faltante de forma indignada e disse que não falaria sobre isso.
