Great service and elegant hotel with large rooms. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Power outages in the area caused issues with the elevator and hotel room as I lost all lights in the room for 1/2 a day. Overall very pleased with the hotel other than the power and elevator issues.

Its a lovely property, and a splendid location. Next to the metro, plenty of good eating joints and shopping nearby. Well maintained, the rooms are really spacious. The service at the restaurant "Pi" while handled by very friendly staff is a trifle slow and uncoordinated. Wish that could be improved.

Beautiful, large, comfy room, nice breakfast, striking hotel in an excellent location in the hitec center. There was a mix up on the airport pickup that resulted in us having to get a taxi, but that turned out to be a better choice anyway. Was surprised I didn't even get an apology, but the rest of the stay was excellent and we would go back for sure

Lovely hotel and probably best value in town however the service desk just can’t seem to get things right. Two taxis order, hotel taxi driver was asleep and delayed me 20 minutes for my flight. My friend ordered a taxi which didn’t arrive for his flight. My son left something in his room, called, emailed multiple times and told it would be sorted but nothing happened

Its a lovely property, and a splendid location. Next to the metro, plenty of good eating joints and shopping nearby. Well maintained, the rooms are really spacious. The service at the restaurant "Pi" while handled by very friendly staff is a trifle slow and uncoordinated. Wish that could be improved.

Poor customer service. The front desk staff is not properly trained for customer check-ins. They’re very slow and are not aware of the necessary documentation for check-ins. Also, the dining staff were rude and condescending.

나무랄 것 없이 좋은 호텔. 친절한 로비 직원, 훌륭한 공짜 아침 조식. 심지어 반주에 맞추어 플롯? 연주도 매일 아침 해 줌 다만 아침에 좀 더 인도식이 아닌 음식이 있으면 좋겠음 (훈제 치킨이라든가, 훈제 연어, 태국식 누들, 샐러드용 양상추, 이런 것들)

If you are looking for Stellar customer service and facilities, you should look no further than Avasa. I’ve never experienced the level of attention and genuine niceness for my entire stay. The rooms are cleaned spotless daily. Anything I requested was handled exponentially. If I come back to Hyderabad, I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Great service, specially they accommodated my early check in as my flight was in morning, without even requesting, they allowed me check in at 10:30 am, i really appreciate the staff, also i needed cold water, which was not available but then restaurant manager quick chilled the bottles in 5 min and send it to my room. Really appreciate the staff and service
