Great property, it definitely needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, the garden was also in need of a lot of attention. This was disappointing as it has really good bones to be great, maybe it has been let go because it is on the market. Just feels very unloved.

The property was perfect for our stay. Close to everything being across the park from the Main Street and just around the corner from the Blues Train

The Large House was perfect for my extended family long weekend, with plenty of space for everyone and multiple bathrooms. The location couldn't have been better for attending the Thomas the Tank Engine event run by Bellarine Railway.

Fabulous big house. Met all the families need's. Location: close to beach, shops, ferry & train. Would definitely rebook.
