Bathroom shabby grouting will worn. Requested early morning call which is very important as had to be at the airport at 4-30am never got a call. Mentioned it on check out and he said they tried 5 times so they were sending engineer to check tel lines surely a knock on the door was needed???

The reception was really busy when I checked in, the staff seemed overwhelmed and the person who checked me in was curt and abrupt. I hadn’t been aware of the overnight parking charge of £25 (a third of the price of the room) but the staff member very dismissively mentioned it and didn’t pick up at all my reaction to it. I will be choosing elsewhere in future. The ‘free’ cookie was nice
