La chambre était correcte bien que mal située (dans une zone industrielle). Les employés de l'hôtel ne parlent ni le français ni l'anglais mais seulement l'allemand. À la fin du séjour, on nous a facturé 80,10 euros de plus que ce qui était prévu. La personne qui nous a réclamé ce supplément a prétexté que nous avions payé un acompte alors que nous avions payé les 4 nuitées à hotel.com. Il nous restait 4 petits déjeuners* 2 personnes soit 56 euros +16 euros= 72 euros à régler sur place et on nous a demandé de payer 152,10 euros soit 80,10 euros de trop. Et depuis, malgré ma réclamation, pas de retour. J'espère avoir des nouvelles un jour... En attendant, je déconseille cet hôtel

Zimmer und Bad waren gut, jedoch hatte ich viele Käfer im Zimmer und es befand sich gegenüber einem Holzwerk, d.h. bis 23:30 Uhr und wieder ab 6:00 Uhr Lärmbelästigung trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Restaurant war gut, ich hatte Vitello Tonnato , jedoch kleine Portionen . Ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

This was a great place: spotless room, possibly the largest quadruple room we've ever stayed in. The bathroom was lovely, the room was modern and comfortable. The staff were very nice, the breakfast ample. Once upon a time, this house must have had a lovely view across the valley, it is becoming industrialised around it, but it's still quiet and peaceful. Do not check in before 5. They really aren't open. If the restaurant isn't open then there are some nice restaurants in Hausach.
