It was a great location and the front desk personal were always helpful. It would be nice if the room had a full size fridge, as we stayed for 10 nights and you just can’t stock it properly. The food at the back of the fridge froze. We used the gym regularly, it was ok, but some equipment could be updated and it’s very crowded if more than one person wants to use the dumbbells. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back.

Lovely resort. 1 BR with king and kitchen was spacious with free parking and all amenities included. The golf course is fairly relaxed and walking and running along the paved pathways was a highlight. We ate out one evening at the Timber Room and enjoyed the meal. Reception has free all day tea/coffee/hot drinks and cookies for hotel guests. The nightly price was very reasonable, we will certainly be back.

I just had the most incredible seaweed body wrap with Lisa, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly special. Lisa is not only a skilled practitioner but also a beautiful soul inside and out. She got into this profession to give back to others, and it’s evident in everything she does. I usually stick to massages when I go to the spa, and I’ve had a facial here and there, but rarely do I step outside my comfort zone. I’m so glad I did this time! I was having a rough day and desperately needed time for myself. Lisa provided exactly what I didn’t even realize I needed, deep relaxation, healing, and a sense of renewal, both physically and emotionally. She took her time, never rushed, and made sure I felt completely taken care of. The entire experience was perfection. The spa, located at the beautiful Crown Isle Resort, is absolutely stunning overlooking the golf course with a cozy fire, open doors for a refreshing indoor-outdoor feel, a lovely fountain, and soft music in the background. The space is warm, inviting, and so well thought out, just like Lisa herself. From offering tea or water upon arrival to our heartfelt conversation, she made me feel like more than just another client she made me feel truly seen and valued. I cannot recommend Lisa enough! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and book a service with her. Thank you, Crown Isle, for having such an incredible spa service, it truly made my trip!

The staff were the best part. They were kind and courteous. The outside deck was lovely and coffee in the morning with the sunlight through the trees was just the ticket. But the rest was lackluster. Lovely robe, but no slippers. Great shower products, no q-tips. Beautiful jacuzzi; it was dirty with no additional towels. Full kitchen, with dirty cup rings on the counter. Double sided gas fireplace but did not flame, and was just a pilot light. It lacked sparkle. The food service was great and the restaurant staff were just lovely.

Once he was off the phone he was very efficient and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant as we had to leave early. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The room was clean and mostly quiet. Close to a major and very busy road so you do hear the road noise. Great spot if you have a car. Not as great without one, but there are taxis. Check in and airport transfer from the hotel was not as smooth and easy as it should have been — room wasn’t ready on arrival, which is fine and understandable, but we never received the promised text to tell us when it was ready and there was no secured luggage storage to speak of. Check out was much smoother. There are some refinements and updates needed for service and amenities, but it is a really lovely spot to stay even if you’re not a golfer or a fan of golf. May stay again on future trips. Two really great staff members, Racheal and Chirag, are a credit to this resort. They are pleasant, professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking.

Unit 307 has a very very loud air conditioner but without it on the room was unbearably hot. Other than that minor inconvenience the room was huge, clean and well stocked and the staff were friendly!

The property is extremely beautiful and calming. Sitting on the patio in the am with coffee watching deer was awesome. The only complaint would be the air conditioner, which was very noisy and woke me up every time it went on. We complained the first night of our 3 night stay, but no changes were made. Someone came to look at it, but was unable to do anything about it at that time?

The staff were wonderful! However, the room was outdated, the fridge was so loud I unplugged it, there were bright outdoor lights shining right in the room all night, and the noise from the road was quite loud... The restaurant had lovely service, but the food and mixed drink were very subpar (obvious all of the ingredients are from Costco across the way) and highly overpriced for what it was. Although the grounds are lovely and the staff were great, I don't think I would choose to stay there again.

Great location for golf and course was in excellent condition. Restaurant great. Not impressed by being double charged by staff for room and brought this to their attention. Was told not double charged and 5 hrs later money was returned to CC. No email/call or communication letting me know of the refund.

Our stay was wonderful. Supervisor Jenny was great! She let our daughter trick or treat at the desk. It was so easy to check out, just had to send a text. We will be back! Very comfortable and inviting.

TERRIBLE! We booked 2 months in advance, room reservation was fine, but the hotel canceled our Tee time’s due to a golf tournament! They even confirmed at check in at the front desk our Tee time! It was till later that night I stop by the pro shop to ask a question about the practice facilities, I was asked when we where playing, replied tomorrow at 1:09, responded, no your not! No management around, front desk just said they would look into, no response! We checked out the next morning, explaining we had no intention of staying the remaining night! No response! Terrible !

Asked for resort fee to be waived because I didn't intend to use any resort facilities. Reception lied to me and said that the resort fee covered parking and Internet access. The E-mail I received from the property clearly stated that parking was complimentary and that the resort fee covered golf balls, bottles of water, lobby coffee and business/fitness centre - none of which I used. Won't ever go back.

Room was great. Location to airport was also good. A bit older and had ro keep nousy ceiling fan on all night as it was a bit stuffy inside. But room had everything you need.

Nice older property catering to golfers. Good location near airport and they provide a complimentary taxi service to get there. Restaurant was very good. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room and property could use an update here and there. But the only real concern was the bedframe which pokes out into the room ,past the mattress, and my husband kept stubbing his toe on it which wasn’t ideal. Bad design in our opinion. Also, no pool. But all things considered we would stay here again.

Was a gorgeous comfortable room with a lovely outdoor terrace with nice soft seating. The grounds and golf course offered great opportunities to walk. Really happpy I stayed here. A very nice find.

We had the best stay at Crown Isle Resort! The staff was very friendly, it was clean, quiet, comfortable. The food at the Timber Room was excellent.

The staff were wonderful! However, the room was outdated, the fridge was so loud I unplugged it, there were bright outdoor lights shining right in the room all night, and the noise from the road was quite loud... The restaurant had lovely service, but the food and mixed drink were very subpar (obvious all of the ingredients are from Costco across the way) and highly overpriced for what it was. Although the grounds are lovely and the staff were great, I don't think I would choose to stay there again.

Overall it was a very good experience. The restaurant staff and food was excellent, the only wish is to have breakfast options a bit later… my husband had a 6:48 AM tee time and by the time he was back after returning his rental clubs etc. it was 11:15 so we could not get breakfast.

We stayed at the newer cottages along the green. Great units for couples, which are well appointed and comfortable. There is parking at each unit, which made unloading and loading easy. The bed and bedding was excellent, and the room well stocked for our stay, minus any real creamers for the provided coffee/tea. We sourced those from the restaurant, but given the standard of Crowne Isle, I anticipated better than coffee mate packs for that morning coffee on the patio overlooking the green. The staff were all excellent, and the food in the restaurant was great. The overall property is one of a kind, and doesn’t disappoint. Our cabin was clean overall, but the windows were terribly streaked and dirty, which took away from the great view. The bedroom blind was broken in the closed position, which made it dark all day without any natural light. Which leads to my only suggestions…time for a deeper clean, and fixing things that are clearly broken.

ok...so I don't stay at golf resorts -, not a golfer and I hate all non-contact sports! ..This place was awesome for just a nice relaxing stay, and the food at the pub was perfect - try the steak sandwich!
