Fantastic location, excellent a/c, large room, friendly staff and nice cafe across the road. Bed was very hard, another topper was added with not much improvement. Bathroom was small but adequate. Good value.

This small hotel is situated in the middle of the Old Town, close to everything you want to see and experience, in the main walking street. It shares the reception desk with the cafe at the ground floor, which can be a bit confusing, but the friendly and helpful staff guides you through the procedures. The building is an old and rustic one built in Sino-Portuguese style with tons of charm, and you have to take off your shoes to negotiate the creaky stairs. In your room you will find it's quite large; mine had a long "appendix" stretching to a working place at the other end, with a nice view to the street below. The aircon is silent. All in all a great place to stay in Phuket - highly recommended.

Nice place to stay close to the beach,lots of restaurants and 7-11

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Cafe downstairs was great and staff were awesome! Very friendly. Great location for walking around old town!!

The location was perfect. Down a little alley in the middle of old Phuket town. Plenty of little shops and restaurants and cafés everywhere.
