Rin Beach Resort

Internet lenta. O Bangalo é bem no fundo. O banheiro muito ruim. Cama confortável. O ponto ruim desse resort é a localização. É longe de tudo, lugar superfaturado. Outra coisa, a recepção nao e disponível a te ajudar com informações uteis como :pegar um taxi mais barato. Ele dizem nao sei nao sei. Nao ficaria aqui de novo. A equipe das meninas da limpeza sao muito gentis.

TUDO MARAVILHOSO, NENHUM PROBLEMA, EQUIPE DE FUNCIONÁRIOS (RECEPÇÃO, PROPRIETÁRIO E DEMAIS FUNCIONÁRIOS) ATENCIOSOS, MUITO EDUCADOS E PRESTAM UM SERVIÇO DE QUALIDADE. PISCINA EXCELENTE E O BANGALÔ PARECIA UM PARAISO. PARABÉNS RIN BEACH RESORT!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! We chose this hotel because the pictures looked lovely and the price seemed really affordable but we were shocked when we arrived. On arrival the staff were so rude and made us feel so unwelcome at the reception, demanded deposit instantly and said sign this, which is common practice but just very curtly said. The staff member that took us to our bungalow was rushing us after a long travel day we were tired and it was not what we were expecting, and also was abrupt and rude with us. Showed us a bungalow near the beachfront where all the amenities seemed nice walking past, did notice handfuls of litter and glass scattered across the beach however. The bungalow did not appear how we saw in pictures super dated and run down, looks like it hasn’t been maintained in the last 20 years. The bathroom was also a wet room with no mirror which we weren’t expecting. The worst part was the stained sheets! I went to reception to ask to move to another bungalow as we weren’t happy, the sheets were also stained at the other one and again did not look like the pictures! After 5 attempts of them coming and trying to change the sheets the one they left us with were still slightly stained, and the excuse was given that it is low season and they just come out of the wash like that We sat by the pool and when we went in there was black mould and algae on the tiles which quite clearly had no chemicals in. This was the last straw and we had to move hotels, staff didn’t care!

Wonderful clean and quiet rooms. Amazing beach view and pool. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall not bad, some stains on the bed. Front desk was not very friendly. The location was convenient and peaceful. Pros and cons to every place but wish they were a little more accommodating with basic stuff like soap and cleaning our floor at least once in a 3.5 day stay. We still had a good time
