The WiFi & bed were good. The shower rail was unsecured so it fell down. No microwave. No bed side light. No spare toilet roll. No ice machine The room with 2 beds was crampt. The TV was put on the small table so if you wanted to do computer work you had to remove the TV. You get what you pay for I guess.

It was good but the small refrigerator was too cold and the food I put in it froze. The TV was on the small size. It was pet friendly and the back yard was great. It was fully fenced.

My wife & I had one room & brother-in-law & his wife in another on the ground floor for a weekend. The staff were kind and accommodating. There seemed to be some confusion at check-in since I had reserved 2 rooms. It;s an old building with some upgrades to the floors & a good bed & AC. There is no sound barrier between rooms or from upstairs so I left the AC on all night to try and drown out the unwanted sounds from other rooms. There were fridges in the rooms but the only microwave available was above the laundry machines in the office area, not a big issue. The batteries were dead in the TV remote but that wasn't a concern for me. My wife said she could detect the smell of cigarettes. Not everyone respects the no smoking rule. We are none smokers. All said the kind staff helped make it a good experience.

Never cleaned room nor replaced shampoo or soap lawn mower sat outside our door running idly at 7:00 am. Tv required fixing. The one person staff was helpful and polite not a single amenity in room like coffee, water, bed was ok

This hotel should not be as expensive as it is. The room had no lamps, bathroom door didn’t stay open, TV was the smallest you can buy and was in a Kingbed room. The hotel still has actual keys no security. No coffee maker, microwave or glassware in the room. Towels had crusty substance on them. It was a horrible stay.

Location was decent… lots of parking.. friendly check in.. that’s about it. The room appeared to be clean but the walls and lamp and curtains were very stained. The towels were ripped.. was a place to sleep for a night.. however walls are paper thin so can hear the neighbors sleeping. Area seemed to be safe.. wouldn’t stay at again though.

First time staying at this property. Didn’t encounter any issues at check in and the front desk agent was nice however he forgot to give me the WiFi code. My room was clean and appeared to be in decent shape. Grounds of the property have seen better days with lots of litter and an abandoned restaurant. If you’re looking for something in White Rock, this is a great location and within walking distance to Wal Mart and Morgan Crossing.

This place is awful. You could hear people talking and walking arond in the room beside you. The room was disgusting. There was spider webs in the corners of the bathroom room. The room was in serious need of a major renovation. The towels were ripped and in tatters. If I hadn't registered and prepaid I never would of stayed here. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was by far the worst.

Arrived at 11pm and our room was not ready. After waiting for the person to “clean” the room. We pulled back the sheets and they were not only dirty, but multiple peoples different hairs. We did not even sleep under the covers. There were black jackets (wasps) in the room. The bathroom was dirty and the tiny shampoo vial was only halfway full. The walls are very thin as our neighbors at 3:30am had loud escapades that shook our bed for over an hour. Do not stay here. Do not waste your money. This was ridiculous.

Room had very bad smoke smell and very old. It’s time to renovated. My wife got stunk by 9 bees all over her body and even I got stunk by bees and my son got stunk too. Towels in the rooms were dirty and torn. When I reached the hotel I was told I only had rooms for one night and when I showed her that I paid for 2 nights. She told she will check and finally found our reservation.

Little motel that needs lots of maintenence. Lock was nearly broken, sink faucet was loose and there was no drain plug. AC barely worked, stair railing was ready to fall off and the steps were in bad shape. Bed was okay but the wifi was terrible.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were beat up and lumpy, which made sleep difficult. Drunk guests in other suites were arguing until very late. Guests in the next room played loud music until just before midnight. I regret booking at this motel.

The front desk person was very disrespectful during our check-in and kept complaining about our stay arrangements. We were not accommodated with request for towels and he kept harassing us to take additional rooms when it was agreed that we could share the double beds room.

We were charged a "security fee" upon check in... the bed itself was comortable the staff smiled as the charged us extra fees that were not returned until the check out person "checked" to be sure we didn't leave any damage! The bed coasters were damaged and the frame was on wood blocks. No hand rails anywhere in shower. The bath mat was ragged with holes. Considering the shape of the room, and lack of ammenities (one tiny bar of soap one tiny shampoo) bathroom floor dirty around edges. Asking for a security fee was an insult.

The towels were ripped.. was a place to sleep for a night.. however walls are paper thin so can hear the neighbors sleeping. Area seemed to be safe.. wouldn’t stay at again though.

Location was decent… lots of parking.. friendly check in.. that’s about it. The room appeared to be clean but the walls and lamp and curtains were very stained. First time staying at this property. Didn’t encounter any issues at check in and the front desk agent was nice however he forgot to give me the WiFi code. My room was clean and appeared to be in decent shape. Grounds of the property have seen better days with lots of litter and an abandoned restaurant. If you’re looking for something in White Rock, this is a great location and within walking distance to Wal Mart and Morgan Crossing.

Não recomendo Um funcionário enrolado Quarto sem ar condicionado Toalhas há anos não são trocadas Saímos do hotel às 8 da manhã e não tinha ninguém na propriedade tivemos que circular todo o hotel por fora pra chegar no carro e deixar a checa numa caixinha porque estava tudo trancado e nenhum funcionário

Tye unit reaked of urine and stale tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. The one ceiling light that worked (no there was no lamps) was missing bulbs. No amenities at all. Staff was not helpful, when asked if we could perhaps get a clean towel we were told we needed to come get it from the office. Do not believe the photos they are a gross misrepresentation of the actual condition.

The entire establishment looks tired, like it could use a reno. My big complaint was booking on-line and then needing to pay a $200.00 damage deposit (which was refunded after check-out) - I've never experienced that before. My room was ground floor and the noise from the upstairs rooms was very annoying, other than that it was clean but unremarkable - the flat screen TV was quite small! The A/C unit was mounted in a poorly accessible spot; I had to move the table and chairs to adjust the settings but it worked adequately. The bathroom needed a reno and didn't come with much soap or shampoo, there wasn't even a spare roll of toilet paper. There's no access to the check-in counter, the clerk takes your information through a window and walks you to the room with your key - very different!

The room needs mouldings installed properly. The bathroom has mold and some rot by bathtub. Also silicone around tub needs to be replaced.
