It was close to what I expected for the price. However, the door wouldn’t lock, no safe, no food available. The main problem was the staff were no friendly and really couldn’t give a rats. So opposite from everywhere else I have stayed

Best spot to relax and chill. We booked 2 bedrooms. The pool was great facing to the beach, love the cocktails walking distance to any spas or restairant such as Bali Eco Deli, Pondok Baruna, Mickeys sports bar. Away from the clubs and noises. Friendly staff and quick to respond when any maintenance need to be done. We will definitely book again. Thanks Scooby Crew. It has been an amazing stay.

On the beach everything is near by staff helpful. Beds were clean. Not much to do on the island.

The room was mouldy! The bathroom was filthy & more mouldy! They’ve put in a fake wall in the bedroom to cover the mould but even that was coming off the wall! It was so bad I woke with sore throat and watery eyes. As soon as I left the room, within an hour I was fine. The manager said they have no money to renovate so they’re not fixing it. Got a 50% refund but hotels.com take no responsibility for advertising a room that’s a health hazard!
