Personale molto gentile

I have been warmly welcomed by th owner and her grandaughter. It is a nice and clean hotel not far from Attersee. Good value for money during the summer high season.

❌Achtung❌Das Hotel würde ich für ein Stern schätzen und nicht für vier Sterne!!! Ich verreise seit Jahren und dementsprechend war ich schon in vielen Hotels. Ich kann sagen, dass dieses Hotel eins der schlimmsten Hotels in dem ich je war. Erstmal hat es Einchecken angefangen, dass ich um 17:30 ans Hotel angekommen bin und da war keiner und Eingang war abgeschlossen und musste 30 Minuten warten bis einer gekommen ist. Dann war sehr kleines Zimmer und in der Hitze war kein Ventilator und nichts. Das Fenster konnte ich nicht aufmachen weil die ganze Zeit Mücken und Flieger reingekommen sind, da direkt unter meinem Fenster Leute gegrillt haben und bis 23 Uhr gechillt und laut geredet haben. Und da ist gefühlt jede 30 Minuten ein Zug vorbei gefahren mit voller Hupen.Dann musste ich viel nach der Rechnung fragen, bis ich die bekommen habe!! Also Finger weg davon meiner Meinung nach!!❌

Katastrophale Kommunikation

I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I was very upset when I received the message on 27th May (the day before I was due to stay at the hotel). It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available. In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete. The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings. Do not stay here - very poor service.
