Clarion Hotel Post

Quarto não dispunha de coisas básicas , como por exemplo um cofre, para que você possas guardar passaporte, e outros valores, banheiro desconfortável, enfim, se eu soubesse teria comprado o quarto Superior, os quartos Standard ficam num outro lugar, parecendo um anexo do hotel, não é agradável. Café da manhã é muito bom.

Det enda som inte var hundra var att frukosten var lite rörig, lite konstigt placerat så man fick gå fram o tillbaka. Inga skålar vid gröten tex så det fick man gå o hämta 20 meter bort. Omelettkillen måste haft en dålig dag, var väldigt otrevlig tyvärr.

Nydelig frokost. Lite rom, veldig tett luft og varmt. Ikke mulig å åpne vindu.

The Room itself was very nice. There were not enough towels for two people. The towels and bathrobe that was on the bed seemed tired and dingy looking overall, it felt like the hotel was understaffed because there was a long line at the front desk each time I approached, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call the concierge housekeeping, and the restaurant service was really terrible. However, our stay overlapped with the Gothenburg football derby (?) so I don’t know if that had any impact on staffing. The breakfast was very good. Again, we felt like they were running out of things constantly, but they did work to replenish the dishes. It was almost a case of the people who were working were working really really hard, but that there just wasn’t enough support in any department to provide appropriate service.
