Small hotel, perfect for a short stay in Paris. Catering - only breakfast but the local area has a surfeit of restaurants

The Hotel has no refregerator in the room. They took away food that we bought with out our permition. Not greate place to stay.

They need plugs up near the night stand and not having to crawl down on the floor to plug in. Also need mini fridge for drinks or whatever. Also they need to move the safe off the floor. Staff was very helpful and kind

The best part about this hotel is the location - right in the heart of the Marais (the 4th) and pretty close to a Metro stop (Hotel de Ville). The little room just off the lobby has some charming character and the elevator/stairs are behind a secret panel, so that's kind of fun. Overall, it's a 3-star French hotel, so expect it to be pretty basic, but so is the price, so I think it's good value for the money, particularly for such a good location. I didn't get a street-front room, but instead mine opened onto a light well, which made it plenty bright enough during the day regardless. The bed was comfortable. The tub/shower had no protection (such as a shower curtain, as you would find in North America, or even one of those mini-glass partitions you find in the UK) so water pretty much goes everywhere when you shower - and it's not a wet room with a drain in the floor, so I was glad I had a second, dry towel for my next night so I could use the first one for mopping up the water. I didn't hear any noise from any of the other suites, so that's a big plus, as that can sometimes be a problem in these older properties. I'd stay here again.

The room super small, only one little bottle of shampoo and 1 shower gel for 2 people, we asked for the iron and you need to returned right away just in case someone else needs it The AC is a joke , they can control it from the lobby and if you leave it on they turn it off and you are not able to controled from your room anymore..

Le petit déjeuner étant en chambre nous ne l’avons pas pris. Le hall est très joliment décoré en style. Ascenseur fonctionnel. Salles de bain en très bon état et agréables. Les chambres manquent un peu de décoration mais sont confortables.

The room is typically European sized, but had excellent beds, good closets, a small sitting area, and a large picture window that opened to a small balcony giving it an airy feel. No tea coffee maker in room no mini bar or fridge. All drinks banned from being brought in yet there wasn't even a bottle of mineral water in the room. Mold in shower toiletries mean-one small soap one tiny shampoo. Nothing else. No shower cap. One socket miles away from bed so not possible to charge phone by bed

A charming little hotel in the heart of the Marais. Tiny room but great bathroom with a wonderful shower. The housekeeping staff was super. Spotless every day with fresh towels. Concierge at the front door 24/7. Reasonably priced. Perfect location and perfect hotel. I’ll stay there again next trip to Paris.

Very poor room, basic - very small and airless. No view - top floor. Bathroom was terrible -tiles waiting to be grouted in. No shower curtain. Black mould in corner of bath area. Toilet paper holder broken. Towels OK but one day we didn't have any and I had to get dressed again and go down in lift as they had not told us how to ring reception. Tried to move rooms but they said not possible. Response to our complaint was that 'Hotels.com make more money than us' and we were shown the evidence. The hotel was attractive but reception was small and crowded with bikes and delivery of new table. The good thing about the hotel was convenience for the Marais area and some recommendations to local places to eat.

What a fantastic location and a reasonable price! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, though a bit tight space-wise as one would expect in a boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is a beautiful little gem within walking distance of all the major attractions in central Paris. We would definitely stay here again!

The lack of shower curtain turns the bathroom into a wet room which is annoying for the next person. There are lakeshores of convenient charging sockets. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent area. No hot water until 9:00 a.m. Only 2 outlets which were inconvenient to the head of the bed.

I liked the staff, the beds, the breakfast, the elevator. Everything was clean and appealing. I had a nice street view and a shower curtain. Other rooms did not offer a shower curtain.

Solo stay while visiting friends in Paris. Bedroom was clean but tired. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Unfortunately, had a very bizarre experience with the owner who kicked off when two young male friends came to visit me at the hotel while getting changed to go out for dinner. She seemed to indicate that she thought they were prostitutes which was incredibly embarrassing for everyone involved. Front desk staff were helpful but their positioning in the entrance and insistence on taking the room key every time I left felt overbearing and intrusive. Overall wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the in center of the city.

J’avais réservé 2 nuits mais mon séjour a été très inconfortable, essentiellement à cause de l’attitude de la gérante. Dès mon arrivée, alors que j’attendais que l’hôte termine son appel, elle surgit pour me faire des remarques incompréhensibles sur mon sac à dos qui « abîmerait les murs », alors que j’étais simplement dans le hall. J’ai ensuite droit à une leçon sur les plateformes de résa puis sur le petit-déj (un bout de pain et un croissant servis en chambre) jugeant que « c’est suffisant » qd j’indique manger davantage. La chambre est très sommaire : murs défraîchis, peinture écaillée, mobilier abîmé, mauvaise isolation, aucun confort de base (même pas une bouilloire ou un simple sac poubelle). Je prends sur moi. Plus tard, je me fais rattraper dans la rue car j’avais gardé ma clé : il faut la laisser impérativement à l’accueil. Le soir, un livreur m’apporte un repas froid, mais la gérante m’annonce qu’elle « ne veut pas de livraisons parce que ça pue » alors que c’était un pokebowl inodore. Quand je redescends demander une fourchette, elle me reproche encore une odeur inexistante et se met à crier évoquant ses « hautes études » et accusant les clients d’être irrespectueux, devant un employé visiblement gêné. Je propose de partir et d’être remboursé, elle refuse et continue sur un ton agressif. L’expérience a été humiliante, surréaliste. j’avais l’impression d’être fliqué dans une chambre chez l’habitant plutôt que dans un hôtel. Je laisse rarement un avis négatif ...

My friend and I loved this hotel, we plan on returning as soon as possible. The staff were extremely kind, and exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis and restaurant reservations, each restaurant superb. Helped us with navigating the city, all our needs met above and beyond. A special thank you to Michele for being so wonderful to us!

This hotel is lovely, no frills. But what made our stay exceptional was the amazing and kind staff. Delicious breakfasts too! And to top it all off, I forgot my AirPods in the room when we left and when I emailed the hotel, they wrote back immediately and mailed them to me!

First we got to the hotel and had the most unusual rules, how we weren’t allowed to eat or drink in the room we paid for, they will Literally asked you what’s in your bag so we had to sleep thirsty. Secondly, they asked for the keys every time u step out the front door. The older lady/ owner went in the room to check behind us when we went out. Very creepy the pressing iron we asked for was gone alone with the board. They complained about towels being used n why they were dirty n why we had them on the floor. Felt uncomfortable/ unsafe staying here. They were friendly but definitely had a motive. Ps.. place was clean but u can see it definitely run down.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to Notre Dame and very quiet area with lots of great local shops, bakeries and eating places. We enjoyed our stay! The jotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff in prime location in the Marais. Surrounded by several wonderful cafes and shops. Just a short walk to metro station made it easy to get all around Paris.

No complaints, safe, quite, and easy access Louvre, Notre-Dame, shopping, dining, and Hotel de Ville Metro station.

We needed a single night between Orly and CDG. This hotel was right off the RER B at Les Halles, and provided us with easy access lodging and many dining options for a final night in Paris.

Clean, nice room, friendly service, excellent breakfast, excellent location.

Litet, mörkt och tråkigt rum med utsikt mot ett schakt. Dålig service, när vi bad om ett extra täcke så fanns inte det på hela hotellet utan vi fick istället en gammal filt. Det fanns bara spegel på toaletten och förövrigt inget duschdraperi. Ingen frukost och ingen bar. Läget på hotellet är dock helt suveränt!

On est restées pour le week-end. Bien situé pour visiter. À 10 minutes de marche d’un arrêt HopOn-HopOff (Notre-Dame de Paris) avec quelques cafés et une boulangerie sur notre chemin pour attraper à manger. On peut aussi manger à l’hôtel pour 11€; il faut aviser la veille toutefois et c’est servi à la chambre. La chambre était petite, mais fonctionnelle. Les lits sont confortables et tout est propre. Bon débit du pommeau de douche et eau bien chaude, on a juste eu un épisode aux heures de pointe où c’était un peu moins chaud mais toujours acceptable. Le personnel était super courtois et aidant. Attention, dans l’annonce Expedia ça dit qu’il y a une navette vers l’aéroport, mais ce n’est pas exact; ils réservent un taxi pour vous à l’heure de votre choix. Pour les déplacements en ville, on a pris Uber. Pensez à réserver le pick-up au coin de la rue (Rue des Archives) plutôt que rue du Plâtre, c’est plus simple et un peu plus rapide car les Uber n’ont pas les mêmes accès que les taxis au quartier du Marais. Trajet vers/de la Gare du Nord: 12-16€ en Uber et 30€ en taxi pour environ 30 minutes vu le trafic. Sur votre chemin en marchant vers la Cathédrale Notre-Dame, il y a un petit resto, le Café Leone, qui est excellent pour souper. On a pris l’assiette mixte de charcuteries/fromages, les pâtes aux asperges et la lasagne (sans ricotta) et tout était excellent! En bonus, le personnel est hyper sympathique!

Mysigt litet hotell med mycket bra läge i Marais. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det luktade unket i badrummet och vattnet rann ut över hela golvet när man duschade. Lyhört. Dyrt, särskilt med tanke på att ingen frukost ingick. Det fanns inte ens nån frukostmatsal men man kunde köpa frukost med leverans till rummet, vilket vi avstod från.
