HOTEL Al FARO , SPIAGGIA LA CINTA ,SAN TEODORO

Reiseverkehrskauffrau bewertet: Das war das schmutzigste Hotel, was ich je gesehen habe. Wir haben uns zwei Zimmer angeschaut und beide waren schmutzig. Ekelhaft wie die Dusche aussah. Toiletenpapier gab es nur eine halbe Rolle. Keine Rechnung für die Touristensteuer. Keine Rechnung für Early Check in und Early Checkout. Im meinem Beisein wurde Eary checkout der Preis erhöht. Dieses Hotel kann ich garnicht empfehlen.

Arrivati nella struttura, siamo rimasti allibiti dalle condizioni di degrado e di sporcizia sia nella parte degli esterni che delle camere. L’hotel è in stato di abbandono solo una piccola parte della struttura e agibile il resto abbandonata a se stessa con cumuli di mobili vecchi e rotti e sporcizia che occupano gran parte di quelle che dovrebbero essere le zone comuni. La struttura non è dotata di una reception, c’è solo l’host che riceve i clienti, alternandosi con la tabaccheria e il bar di fianco, creando disservizio per entrambe le strutture. Non esiste un servizio notturno, la porta della struttura è perennemente aperta e accessibile da chiunque. L’host dice video sorvegliata ma ho i miei dubbi. Essendo le porte delle camere fatiscenti manca completamente la sicurezza. All’interno della camera ci sono pochi mobili datati e mezzi rotti, non esiste il benché minimo comfort. Il piccolo terrazzino della camera si è presentato pieno di escrementi di uccelli in quanto è presente un nido di rondini senza nessuna protezione.Non siamo rimasti nemmeno la prima notte, nonostante fosse già tardi e ci siamo dovuti far carico di ulteriore aggravio di costi. Sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più nemmeno a VRBO per prenotare i prossimi soggiorni, dato che ci dà garanzie sulle strutture proposte. Fulvio

The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just early in the season and they hadnt fully prepped yet.
