Inn of the Dove Cherry Hill - Philadelphia

smelled of stale smoke ,or old motel , could use a renovation, pool water was to cold to go in ,unless you like 60 degree water, so that was a waste of money otherwise ok , nice and quiet , private

Pool was completely unusable, as it was just refilled before we for there and freezing cold. Very disappointed as this is why we chose this hotel.

The pool was ice cold and half of the lights didn't work in the pool area

Fireplace had no logs for fire and no hot water at all in a place that advertises the hot tubs and fire places in the rooms.

The On Demand movies have never worked once for me any time I have stayed there. Other then that the time are great

Well 1ST OF ALL, I BOOKED THE TRIP, FOR THIS 1 ROOM WITH A POLL. IT WAS $522 FOR THE NIGHT. I USED 6- $100 HOTELS.COM GIFT CARDS, AND IT DID NOT APPLY THE $$$ TOWARDS THE ROOM. SO IT TOOK OVER 6 HOURS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE MONEY BACK ON THE GIFT CARDS. THEN WHEN IWENT TO CHECK IN, THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT CHECK IN UNTIL 4PM THE FOLLOWING DAY, EVEN THOUGH MY RESERVATIONV CLEARLY HAD MY DATE AS THAT DAY, AS WELL AS THE FOLLIWIMG DAY. ANYHOW IF I WANTED TO GET INTO THE ROOM. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A $130 SARLY CHECK IN FEE, AND AN ADDITIONAL $150 DEPOSIT, WHICH I HADVALTEADY PAID ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME WHICH WAS WRITTEN CLEARLU ON MY ITINERARY RECIAPT. SO ALL IN ALL I PAID $522+$130+$150=$802 FOR 1 NIGHT, AND THAT O W NIGHT, THEY INNOF THE DOVE DID NOT GIVE ME MY ROOM KEY TILL MIDNITE, AND I HAD TO CHECK OUT IN 10 HOURS... DO I PAID $802, AND WITED IN THE 102' WEATHER FOR LITERALLY ALMOST 24 HOURS... WHICH QAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I COULD DO BC IT WAS A NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM. AND I HAD BEEN TRYING FOR YEARS TO GET THAT ROOM WITH THE POLL IN IT... AND WHEN I GOT O MAKE THE RESERVATION ONLINE, I WAS SO HAPPY, AND I CAN NOT AFFORD THAT PRICE, BUT IVE BEEN THROUGH QUITE A DIFFICULT TIME OVER THE PAST YEAR, AND I WANTED TO TREAT MYSELF TO SOMETHING SPECIAL.. AND IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, AND HORRIGYING EXPERIENCE. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND AND DONE... I SPENT $802 ON ABOUT 6 HOURS IN A ROOM, IN WHICH I SLEPT, DID NOT EVEN GO IN THE POOL

Great little getaway spot. Staff is excellent, grounds clean & quiet. Spraying for ants around sink areas is necessary.

I surprised my lady and she loved everything. We had a good weekend. My only issue was I didn’t know how to get to the apps, so we could watch movies. Other than that we be back.

Was a great stay love the rooms love the area staff was great I just wish they didn’t make you pay for the wood for the fireplace other than that was a great experience

Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it

The room was dirty. There was blood on the bathroom walls. The sink didn’t work It was leaking all over the floor I was not happy at all.

There were ants in the room

Do not book here. I was in the property a total of 45 minutes, including checking in and getting to the room and out. There was mice 🐁in the room. I saw one mouse 🐁 literally in the first 30 mins and then I saw another one across the room. I called the front desk to let them know and they tried to be funny by saying “Oh, you must have left the door open and it got in. It was probably waiting for you.” I told them I wanted a room guaranteed to be free of mice and they said they could NOT guarantee that there would or would not be any mice 🐁. Right as I was on the phone I saw on the mice run across the room a third time and they literally heard me say, “I just saw it again” Clearly they must know of the infestation but don’t disclose that information. For sanitary reasons and hygienic reasons do not book here.

The manager was rude and very nasty. The room was so under maintenance. I was scared to sleep in the sheets I had to ask for clean sheets. The sheets that came has stains on them. I had to show them to the service guy and he said I’m sorry and went and got more. Than it was a cigarette hole in the blanket and a non-smoking room.

Jacuzzi have mold or something that resembled seaweed coming out of the jets.

It’s was a mouse in my room and the manager never called me back

So Inn of the Dove in Cherry Hill is my husband and I go to for a quick and romantic getaway! I’ve stayed here now countless times- however the past two stays have been surprisingly unpleasant- both rooms I have stayed in my past two stays are in NEED of repair and maintenance! Garbage of all sorts behind bed, cobwebs and dust on wall, mirrors way too dirty, and plaster in walls- that should be painted before renting out in my opinion.

Jacuzzi jets were disgusting. There were rose petals still in tube from the previous occupants. Showed front desk what i cleaned out of jets and he told me the Manager would call me and agreed to give me a discount. Still have heard nothing from manager. If you want to stay here i suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies

Really enjoyed a nice relaxing night with my husband in the hot tub watching Christmas movies. Only problem was a few jets weren’t working but other than that great!

This used to be a beautiful location. It felt dirty, there were cigarette urns in the blanket. The TV did not work! Front desk staff were responsive!!

Spacious rooms nice Jacuzzi.

Everything was great... Romantic place and the rooms are separated so that there's never any noise... Also hundreds of channels on the TV were included

A fun themed place hidden in new Jersey. Its a bit dated , but still a fun time

Second time going here and the jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi, this time only 2 didn’t work but last time it was 3 or 4 ,

The room was definitely a decent size and love the double shower. Not all the jets in the jacuzzi worked but it was worth it all in all.

Property is extremely dated. Room was big but very poor shape. Walls were chipped and floor was cracked. Bathroom was a mess. Double shower had 2 different heads with different water pressure. Smoke detector had a shower cap covering it. For the price it was not worth it. Gives 70’s motel vibes. Oh and mouse traps under the sink

My stay was OK, however there was no hot water flowing into the jacuzzi. It was a major issue for me. That jacuzzi was the reason I decided to stay there.

The room was just ok. But the front desk service was TERRIBLE. The man was rude and cocky and unnecessarily mean. Probably will not return to this location because of him.

Friday 10 January, the man at the lobby / registration pretend to make me pay my reservation again when I already did thr Expedia app , ok I just wanted leave but in the end he said I had to make a 100us deposit . He was rude . When you work in customer service is better give a good treatment.

I booked a reservation and paid online when I got there the guy couldn’t find my reservation so I couldn’t get the room or my money back

I booked a room two weeks early and once I got there, the owner wouldn’t let me stay. Which created a lot of uncertainty and caused me and my girlfriend to have to find somewhere else to stay for the night.

Guy at front desk was so rude! I have never seen anything like it and he knew if we walked out we would lose our money worse experience ever!

upon arrival we were met with continuous problems trying to check in when trying to come up with a solution we were threatened and ended up leaving due to verbal altercation.

This an amazing getaway for love birds. Stores are within 5 minutes driving. It’s just a beautiful vibe. I’ve never been to a motel like this before. Definitely a one of one.

Unfortunately, this property didn’t serve continental breakfast 🍳 to its guest and I requested for housekeeping every day for my 3 days stay but didn’t receive any.
