Bella struttura e ottimo relax, ma attenzione alla formula All Inclusive! Ho soggiornato di recente in questa struttura e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti importanti da segnalare. Il villaggio mi è piaciuto molto per la sua tranquillità, la pulizia e la cura degli ambienti. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e attento, e si mangia discretamente bene. Il mare è splendido e ci sono belle escursioni da fare (anche se sconsiglio quella alla Dolphin House). Nota dolente sulle escursioni in generale: sono piuttosto care, più della media di Marsa Alam. Ci sono però due cose che non mi sono piaciute. La prima è il Wi-Fi, che è a pagamento e anche abbastanza caro (ormai quasi tutte le strutture lo offrono gratis). La seconda, ancora più importante: abbiamo acquistato il pacchetto pensando fosse un "tutto compreso", ma in realtà si tratta di un Soft All Inclusive, il che significa che tutti gli alcolici sono a pagamento. Se cercate il classico All Inclusive, questo villaggio non lo è. In conclusione: un'ottima struttura per rilassarsi, ma bisogna essere consapevoli di questi costi extra.

Les jardins sont extraordinaires, le récif est facilement accessible. la restauration est variée et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est gentil, attentionné. La chambre est propre et confortable. Les piscines sont agréables.

Non è tanto per il soggiorno al Wadi Lahmy Resort che come tutti sanno è a Berenice . Il MIO GIUDIZIO ESTREMAMENTE NEGATIVO si RIFERISCE AD EXPEDIA intesa come organizzazione di pacchetti viaggio + soggiorno .In particolare SEGNALO che per ARRIVARE AL RESORT che si trova 180 km a Sud di Marsa Alam io e mia figlia ABBIAMO IMPIEGATO BEN 26 ORE senza dormire e poterci riposare A CAUSA DI UN ALLUCINANTE VIAGGIO AEREO CON LA COMPAGNIA AERE PEGASUS della quale EXPEDIA si avvale per i suoi pacchetti vacanze . In tal senso mi auguro che EXPEDIA MI CONTATTI UFFICIALMENTE al più presto per CONCORDARE RISARCIMENTO per il danno subito . In assenza di contatti in merito PROCEDERÒ ALL’ISTANTE CON AZIONE LEGALE nei confronti di EXPEDIA oltre a segnalare il fatto su tutti I MEDIA più rilevanti

Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work in my room and the staff was very slow to respond kept me waiting for hours. I had to demand to be moved to another room. I was sweating in my room. It was so hot. I was surprised at the lackluster care they took for their guest. To make up for, their mistakes, they could’ve comped me the room, but they didn’t.
