The hôtel is very well placed very close to the port and very near to the city centre of Oban. Room was clean, large enough. With a bathroom and toilet even if the shower is a little bit tight for me. Unfortunately, it's not possible to find a free parking, and cost is not cheap. Oban is a nice city, not only for tourists. My stay there was pretty.

Our stay was good, only there for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable. It was our 2nd stay in 2 years. Used same b&b.

When we realized we would be later than 6pm to check in I was told that the reception would “be quite cross”. Then I got an email saying they want to put their small children to bed…we were only 15 mins late…shameful if you’re running an Inn… also the front patio is covered in dead plants in broken pots. 15 mins work would have it tidied up

The pillows and bed were very hard. The pillows not fit for purpose, the milk cartons were off.
