Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lansing-Dimondale by IHG

Hotel was new and the room super spacious, clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast area was spacious, clean and food was excellent. Staff and receptionist were courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pancake batter was out. Hot water didn’t last for morning shower.

Breakfast was great and staff were nice but we took cold showers both days. I did let the front desk know and she was very nice about it. Never had this issue before but wanted to give this feedback.

Very clean, unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy the room for long, I was called back to work.

I stayed on the first floor, all the way to the right at the end of hall. I had NO HOT WATER at all, and very little water pressure when I tried to use the shower the next morning! I had to check out without showering that morning because I had to get to a project meeting. When I checked out, the attendant stated that they thought they had the problem fixed and that they thought it was on the opposite end of the first floor. He took my name and number and said he would notify management. The stay was on 4/7, and I have not been contacted as of yet. A simple refund or a free night would be the appropriate way to remedy the situation.
