Room was prepped well, clean and provided all amenities you would need during the stay. Our time there was quiet and uninterrupted which is a perfect disconnect from everyday grind. The freshly made breakfast along with the morning drink of your choice truly was delicious! As a married couple looking for that small town comfort and excellent accommodations…we highly recommend White Oak Manner.

We've never stayed at a bed and breakfast before our stay at White Oak Manor. What an experience! David provided us with two amazing breakfasts while there as well as, sharing the stories behind the recipes. The Southern Charm room had everything we needed with a cute balcony that we would have used had it been a little cooler outside. The check in process was self-check in and very easy. We enjoyed our time in Jefferson and when coming back, we'll definitely be staying at White Oak Manor if there's availability.

It was a nice atmosphere with beautiful decor, guest amenities in the bedroom and bathroom. Great attention to detail. The breakfast was fabulous!! Owner was pleasant and accommodating. If I had to complain about anything, the front porch could have used some fresh flowers and plants. But all in all, we loved our stay here!

The building, the room, the owners of White Oak, all were amazing. Clean, comfortable, friendly. I don't always feel as cozy when away as I do when I'm in the comfort of my own home. But honestly, I could have spent all day in the room. It was so pleasant. The small town of Jefferson was also fantastic and pleasant and with Caddo Lake SP near by, we had everything we could have needed for a weekend getaway.

This is an awesome place to stay. It was quiet enough that we heard the floor creak walking. The best feeling in an old house. We were able to come and go as we needed without disturbing anyone. David cooked an awesome breakfast, though it was too large for me to finish. I would recommend for anyone living the charm of older country living.

The breakfast was excellent, drinks and popcorn were a welcomed site on our arrival, the comfort of our bed was fabulous, and I loved the corner windows. Probably the only thing that could have made our stay a little better would have been an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Otherwise, we hope to return some day. Thank you David for being such a great host.

Quiet area of town, room had fridge, microwave, bath with very nice toiletries, two chairs, a coffee maker, chocolates, and popcorn to pop if desired. Our room also had a porch off it with a fan to make us comfortable on a hot Texas evening. The bed was comfortable, but the mattress needs to be updated. It has formed a bowl, and we both kept sliding toward the middle. We were staying to attend a funeral and had to leave before breakfast. We were so sad to miss it, as things were starting to smell delicious.

The building, the room, the owners of White Oak, all were amazing. Clean, comfortable, friendly. I don't always feel as cozy when away as I do when I'm in the comfort of my own home. But honestly, I could have spent all day in the room. It was so pleasant. The small town of Jefferson was also fantastic and pleasant and with Caddo Lake SP near by, we had everything we could have needed for a weekend getaway.

White Oak Manor is a beautiful place! Check-in was easy and convenient, and it is in a great location! Our room, the Roses Room, was awesome, and the breakfast was absolutely decadent! We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone!

The house was beautiful and in a great location to downtown. We could not believe how comfortable the bed was. Dave made a great breakfast for us in the morning. We will definitely be back.

Spent a long weekend with my wife and had a fabulous time. The White Oak Inn is a couple of blocks from the main town and all the shops and restaurants. David was a great host. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised. Breakfast was AMAZING - quiche, homemade biscuits, bacon, home potatoes, fresh coffee and orange juice - yum! Super comfy bed and great location. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Dave is an amazing cook! We loved his breakfasts. We learned a lot about the White Oak and Jefferson itself. Sweet rooms and quite close to downtown. Great trip.

We really enjoyed staying at white oak. It was just a 5-10min walk from all the shops. The owner, David, made us breakfast every morning and it was truly delicious. He was very warm and welcoming and we’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful property in authentic home. Amazing breakfast prepared by proprietor David. A little hard to locate initially but convenient to all city attractions in beautiful neighborhood. I was in the "Roses" room. Be aware that A/C unit is just behind this 1st floor room...so it can be a bit noisy. I would op for a 2nd floor room on my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very nice and clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful. He made our breakfast both mornings and it was delicious. The home was close enough to walk into town or the park. Jefferson is a beautiful town with plenty to do.
