Overall, the hotel is okay for what it offers. It is a practical choice if you are mainly looking for a place to sleep and want to stay close to the center of Hässleholm. It is not a luxury hotel, but it can work well for a short stay or if you are spending most of your time outside exploring the area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was the main downside. The room did not feel as clean as expected, with quite a lot of dust, some small pieces of trash/dirt under the bed, and stains visible here and there on the walls. A deeper cleaning and more attention to detail would definitely improve the experience. Another issue was the sound insulation. The walls and doors seem to be quite thin, and during the early morning hours I could clearly hear doors slamming and even a dog barking for quite some time from other rooms. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind. The breakfast was simple and basic. If you are expecting a typical Swedish hotel breakfast with options like sausages, omelettes, Swedish meatballs, or a large variety of hot dishes, you may be disappointed. It is more of a standard, generic breakfast with enough options to start the day, but nothing particularly special. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance or had questions, they were willing to help and made the stay more pleasant.
