What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and excellent. The interior patio was lovely as well. If we make it back to Lisbon, I would rebook this in a heartbeat!

The property was charming and the breakfast spectacular. Only regret the 5 flight of stairs to go up every day at the end of walking through Lisbon (which is a challenge in itself). Have to give thanks to the employees who helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure! Encantadores todos.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful patio where you can have breakfast. Very good location, check-in was easy even outside the actual check-in time and we were served wine while waiting! Clean rooms, comfortable bed and great pillows. Would definitely stay here again, worth of every penny! Highly recommended!

A very private and quaint property. Excellent staff service, breakfast and hospitality. Do note that since it is not a modern building, some of the rooms are located on higher floors with rather narrow stairs. (and there is no lifts). The toilet layout is also not the best as the shower cabin is rather small. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Thanks for the heartwarming stay.

We had a lovely stay! The hospitality and staff were wonderful. The room was clean. Only wish there were paper towels or a kitchen towel available for the apartment kitchen as well as a tissue box. We had a beautiful view from our floor 5 apartment windows. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful!

I loved my stay at Casa do Patio. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a huge variety of items including made to order eggs. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I loved the surrounding neighborhood--easy walking distance to all of the interesting tourist haunts but tucked into a little residential neighborhood. The apartment I was in was great and included a kitchenette and washer. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Lisbon.

Stay was wonderful. We had AC and a full kitchen/washing machine. Breakfast was fantastic. Our room was a 4 story walk-up but our views were worth it. Location was also great

We were there for 5 days and this hotel were Perfect to visiting Lisboa. The rooms are clean and the have a wonderful breakfast buffet. The reception is very friendly and they can help you if you have any Problems. We will come back for out next lisbon travel.

Although as I arrived by taxi was terrified by the hill..you soon learn the ways to avoid steep climbing and discover it is located in an excellent position for both upper and lower Lisbon...great breakfast and food and drinks all day..very friendly staff and spotless clean

A unique and quiet setting, it was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in the city. The walk up to the hotel is quite steep and most Ubers can’t go up there (taxis can), so just something to keep in mind. The breakfast was awesome and the bed was super comfortable!

Great place . Wonderful location. Wonderful staff! Great Breakfast. We had 2 rooms - one room /apartment had a very large bathroom however the bathroom was really small in the other room the Superior Apartment. The shower was tiny in that bathroom. You may want to check on bathroom size in the room/apartment you choose.

Very good location. Close to everything. Nice morning breakfast. We had a deluxe queen room which was a good size. The rooms on Expedia are not exactly the same. Each room there is different. I would recommend staying here.

Séjour de 3 nuits et 4 jours. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages après le check-out et possibilité de prendre une douche avant notre départ en fin d’après-midi. Excellent petit déjeuner avec grand choix de fruits frais, jus d’orange fraîchement préparé, plats salés et sucrés cuisinés sur place. Excellent café. Chambre de bonne taille et confortable. Très bonne literie. Clim hyper silencieuse. Idéalement placé au calme et proche de la grande majorité des sites et musées à visiter. Nous recommandons.

The staff was ALWAYS welcoming, and luckily they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Lovely apartment with very pretty decor. Everything you need . Bathroom small but well equipped. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, the staff should be very proud of themselves. Quiet ladies back in kitchen, but just to let them know they were very much appreciated. Thank you. Will recommend to friends while staying in Belem.

5 star service and location. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Santa Catarina neighbour is one of the oldest in Lisbon. It is quaint and provides a unique experience. Also, great breakfast!

Casa do Pátio by Shiadu was a great place to stay. Me and my family really had a great time over there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast that was included in the price and it was really good. Place is located in the very center of Lisbon so make it easy for exploring the city.

All staff at Casa do Patio were super friendly. Sara was helpful checking us in and allowed us to check in early-- due to our early departure the next day, she provided us with a take away snack box and made arrangements for the airport transfer (not free, but on time).The location in Historic Lisboa was convenient to many sites and wonderful views of the city. Parking is not available and the availability

Very kind and warm welcome from Hugo and his team. Superb breakfasts which included local cheeses, fresh fruit, home made Portuguese pastries and endless coffee. I loved my stay at Casa do Patio. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a huge variety of items including made to order eggs. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I loved the surrounding neighborhood--easy walking distance to all of the interesting tourist haunts but tucked into a little residential neighborhood. The apartment I was in was great and included a kitchenette and washer. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Lisbon.

We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and excellent. The interior patio was lovely as well. If we make it back to Lisbon, I would rebook this in a heartbeat!

I really iked this place. It was quaint and clean and the staff were super helpful and kind. Breakfast selection was huge with so many goodies. The issue is that its in an old part of town and if u take an uber you wont be able to get onto the street. Limited accessibility. Then you have to drag your luggage up the hill. Its rough. Get a taxi. For some reason they can utilize the street but not ubers.

A unique and quiet setting, it was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in the city. The walk up to the hotel is quite steep and most Ubers can’t go up there (taxis can), so just something to keep in mind. The breakfast was awesome and the bed was super comfortable!

Casa do Pátio by Shiadu was a great place to stay. Me and my family really had a great time over there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast that was included in the price and it was really good. Place is located in the very center of Lisbon so make it easy for exploring the city.

Very good location. Close to everything. Nice morning breakfast. We had a deluxe queen room which was a good size. The rooms on Expedia are not exactly the same. Each room there is different. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Charming place with friendly staff. Lovely buffet style breakfast every day, including food they’ve grown themselves. Local area is quite hilly. Also, a private area so regular cars and some taxis can’t take you right to the hotel. Lots or nice restaurants and bars in the local area, just be prepared for the walk back at night. Would definitely stay here again.

5 star service and location. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Santa Catarina neighbour is one of the oldest in Lisbon. It is quaint and provides a unique experience. Also, great breakfast!

Although as I arrived by taxi was terrified by the hill..you soon learn the ways to avoid steep climbing and discover it is located in an excellent position for both upper and lower Lisbon...great breakfast and food and drinks all day..very friendly staff and spotless clean

Hotel não é acessível por carro, fica numa rua sem acesso de carros, prepara-se para subir lombas . Quarto bem pequeno e como uma escada bem apertadíssima. O café da manhã era ótimo. O recepcionista que nos atendeu foi muito amável!!!

This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. Even during a weekend where there were major concerts, I didn’t hear any noise staying here. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Homemade pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee all day. The room itself was so quiet and I slept some nights with the windows open, just letting the breeze come in. I was able to do my laundry in the apartment and hang it outside in the patio with others. Almost all of Lisboa is hills, so you should know that before traveling. The staff made my commute easy by ordering taxis right to the front steps of the hotel and showing me a spot where Ubers can pick me up a mere 2-3 minutes walking. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the team impressed us — they even helped with our luggage on the street, which made the start of our stay so smooth and welcoming. Every morning we looked forward to a fantastic breakfast, beautifully presented and delicious, and the housekeeping was outstanding throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff’s warm, helpful service made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others and will most certainly stay here again if we make it back.
