Very old said breakfast but then was not and no parking not impressed

La struttura è graziosa e ha una dimensione contenuta e comoda. Anche dal punto di vista logistico. Questo, insieme alla estrema gentilezza e passione con cui i due gestori la conducono, la rende davvero unica!!! Consigliatissima!!!

Be prepared for lack of parking. The hotel has no on-site parking, so prepare for a walk if you're able to find parking at all. Due to the one way streets, if you don't find parking on your first pass you will need to take a several minute loop all around town to get back to the hotel location. The hotel was also difficult to find using Google Maps. The hotel is on a dead-end street with no access and Google Maps did not recognize that, it kept telling us we'd arrived even though we were not even on the right street. Finally stopped at the tourist office & they called the hotel manager who met us. The room itself was basic Italian budget which was fine. Very clean, as was the garden and lobby. We did not have breakfast as I overlooked that there was an extra charge for breakfast clearly noted on Expedia. Other hotels I've stayed at in Italy such as this one have included breakfast, so I did not notice that it wasn't included here. One disappointment was that the coffee in the lobby that I assumed was included in the stay was in fact not free, we were billed for it at checkout. The coffee was delicious, but be prepared for the fee. The hotel manager (owner possibly?) was very gracious & helpful, as was his wife. Extremely friendly & made us feel welcome. Location was outstanding if you want to be able to easily walk to restaurants & shops in town, only 1 block off the main street. Yet that 1 block allowed for enough buffer so that the room was still quiet in the evening.
