Hotel La Palapa

Dette var en fantastisk sted. 10 meter til stranda og med en privat area med hengekøyer, strandstoler og egne massører. Rolando og Katia gjorde at vi følte oss hjemme, de er så vennlige og behjelpelige uansett hva du trenger. I tilleg har du restauranten som heter det samme, men er en separat firma der Johny, Edgar og Signny vil servere utmerkede drinker og gjøre din opphold til det beste noensinne. Eneste minus jeg ser er parkeringen hvis du reiser i høy sesongen da gata vil være umulig å kjøre, men vi reiste i lav sesongen.

This place was next-level amazing for the value. When we checked in, we had the (owner? manager?) give us a personal tour of the facility to our room. The room was ocean-facing, which was a really nice perk. We were able to park our rental car in a locked lot during our stay (included). The beach access is right there - hotel guests get priority access to hammocks, chairs and tables. Tamarindo is very walkable, so you'll be able to access tons of restaurants, shops and bars in the area. The one drawback has nothing to do with the hotel at all - the club nearby/next door blasted music from 2:30a.m. to 5 a.m. every night we were there, so BRING EARPLUGS. The monkeys can get loud as well, and the iguanas loudly walk on your roof. Hotel guests also get access to $35 massages on the beach (bring cash) and it was one of the most calming, relaxing massages of my life with the sound of crashing waves during it. Overall, would come back to this hotel every time I'm in Tamarindo.

Rolando was a great host. The location right on the beach is perfect and the rooms cute and spotless.
