Everything met our expectations! Breakfast was great, smooth beach access, staff were all friendly especially Luis at the front desk! He went above & beyond to ensure our 24th anniversary celebration was honored. Thank you Luis & IHG hotels!!

It will be the last time ! They charge me 155$ for couple bottle water I drink in the mini bar ! They charge me 149$ they said they gonna refund when I leave the hotel ! They never did !
