Comfort Inn is close to the freeway and within walking distance of food and convenience stores. The area was safe for me to walk around. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet was a little weak but passable. Overall I would stay here again.

Outdated and not well maintained, nonappealing outside parking area full of potholes, no breakfast, $95 a night is too much. Tv good. For one night though, very isolated & quiet area.

Pillows and bed were decent. EVERYTHING else about this room was bad. The sheets had holes, the bedspread had burn holes and smelled like smoke. The towels were threadbare with large holes. The shower water was either scalding hot or cold, no in between. The hair dryer would only work for 15-20 seconds before it would overheat. The plug ins on the lamps did not work. The room had a strong musty odor, and there was pet hair all over the sofa. DO NOT STAY HERE unless it is your ONLY choice. Also, no breakfast and no ice.

Love that it is a single story motel, stairs are hard for me. Also love that i can pull car right up to my door. I have stayed several times. My room was very clean.

This was the dirtiest motel inside and out that I have ever stayed. We should have left but didn’t. Room was not just dirty, it was grimy with pee stains on the carpet, walls were dirty, telephone was so gross I wouldn’t touch it. Garbage outside the property and I could hear the weirdo next door snoring! I would sleep behind a dumpster before I would stay there again!

I felt I received good value and a good night’s sleep. Safe and clean and roomy, at a reasonable price.

Checked in around 7pm, 12 hours on the road, we were tired, nobody at the front desk, rang the service bell 3 times with no response, I even called the motel, nobody would pick up, finally someone showed up to check us in. The first thing we noticed about the room was the awful smell when we opened the door and walked in. Then when looking at one of the beds, it was covered inside and out with black hair, which we noticed was all over the room, bathroom floor etc... Called the front desk to have someone to come and change the bedding, nobody available, so we ended up getting the sheets and changing the bed ourselves. When we stripped the bedding there were dead bugs on the mattress cover, totally grossed me out. I understand when motels are run down and need an upgrade, but seriously, there is no excuse for dirt and bugs. The bathroom was dirty and the faucet did not work properly, definitely needed an upgrade. I would not recommend staying here nor would I ever stay again, in this case you definitely get what you pay for.

The place needs to be demolished and rebuilt! La paint in the bathroom ceiling is pealing out! Shower filthy

Hotel room was very dirty, run down. There were hairs in both the beds and the button to flush the toilet was broken. Everything in town was sold out except this hotel, now we know why.

This property is terrible!!! The room smelled like it had 12 cats in it and I am very allergic. I had to take meds just to sleep there with my allergies and the smell was almost unbearable. The room was also so gross and not cleaned properly at all! I don’t think they have ever cleaned the shower ever or any wall In that room!

Ok place to stay. The walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors. The motel room is large but quite dated. Good value for an overnight stay.

We have stayed here before but mainly for a short overnight stay due to the price. This time our door didn't lock when we went out for dinner or breakfast. It did lock inside with the deadbolt. This is a very basic old motel in need of care. Has a fridge and Micro, table and chair which is nice.

The room was very spacious and on ground level for us older folks. Dining options a few blocks away and access to the town was easy. Very comfortable and people were very friendly.

This place is a step back in time with quality accommodations at an affordable price. Clean, quiet, and comfortable while providing TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and desk. Might sound like much to most but it was exactly right. Single level rooms keeps it quiet without foot traffic above the ceiling. Thanks much!!

Excellent value. Good room for the fee. Hot water was minimal, toilet was slow flushing. Not overly clean outside around property.

Door needs repaired. Could see daylight all around door.Heater was extremely loud to the point of waking me up at night.

Do you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain? Do you like dad calling you at 11:30 pm looking for you? Do you like having folks barge into your room at 9 am to clean your room? Do you like thin walls? Do enjoy seeing terrible looking maintanence work? Do you like the look of a 1970’s trailer park trailer shower surround? Also if you are over 5’ 5” you may have a hard time showering The bed was decent and the price also was.

When I pulled up the property looks closed. I had to go find somebody to check in. They barely spoke English and it took about a half hour. I had to go back to the office after because everything was wrong. They booked me under a different person‘s name, etc. extremely rude customer service. The man was acting like it was my fault that the non-English speaker got everything wrong. I actually had to start chastising him by telling him I’m not the employee I’m the guest as he was just taking his sweet time and didn’t care at all that my reservation was all screwed up and he had called me back to the office twice claiming I didn’t pay. I had paid through the Expedia app I had shown them the transaction I showed them ID I showed them everything yet they still made me come back to the office twice. I would never stay here again and I would recommend avoiding this property as it looks closed and doesn’t feel safe. The outlets in the room were all Very challenging to find something to plug into. Lots of neglected maintenance. My main concerns are that the place looks closed. and that they were extremely rude. Also, there’s random blocks and large rocks in the parking lot that a person could easily hit at night and definitely would damage their car. I don’t know why they can’t take five minutes to move the blocks and large stones so that people don’t hit them with their car. Should not be in the hospitality business.

No idea what the rooms were like--no lobby, no staff, nobody home--the outside just a desert. Never saw the inside. knocked and hammered on the doors and windows. couldn't check in.

We spent considerable time on the computer trying to cancel our reservation,… We finally stopped at the motel on our way south. Two in the afternoon, not a soul around. We hammered on the doors and windows and walked all around. What if we had wanted to stay?We expect to get our money back.

This is an older motel property, but don't let that scare you off. The price was quite reasonable and the staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The room was squeaky clean and was just what we needed to spend the night before my wife's half-marathon. They were flexible and would have let us have a late checkout if we had needed it (but we didn't). It is very close to the freeway and had a super good pizza place right across the street. We'll probably stay there again next year.

I booked this place at hotels.com, and called TWICE during the day to make sure I had my room. When I arrived the front desk attendant said my reservation was not there and put it on me to call hotels.com. customer service was unable to contact them and I ended up having to find someplace else to stay... After 1 a.m.

Cost of room was very reasonable. No clerk on duty. Rang bell 3 times and no one came. Kids finally came in from outside and told someone I was there.

Nothing fancy but it was clean, quiet, and very cost effective. It is close to some restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is close to Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, and Snow Valley if you are looking to do some hiking while in the area. Definitely would stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The TV in our room wasn't working so he offered us a new room. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good. Okay value for the price paid. The condition of the hotel and surrounding area was poor at best. If you are traveling I-15, it's a economical stop and there are a lot of fast food restaurants within walking distance.
