Very clean. We have been travelling across country and this hotel was wonderful! We got two bedrooms and the unit had a washer and dryer inside. The price was amazing. Very happy and a nice change from the other hotels we have been staying in.

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for two weeks. The apartment was well-appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals, and the nearby natural grocery store was well stocked with healthy food. The apartment's windows facing the open sky provided a pleasant environment for the extensive laptop work I needed to do on this trip. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Occasionally, there were no staff at the desk, which was a minor inconvenience. I wish the property had recycling. That's my major suggestion for improvement. I would stay here again!

Having a one bedroom apartment (With a Washer & Dryer) for the price of a hotel room was Fabulous! The location on the South Side of Denver was great for our purposes seeing sights & friends in Castle Rock & Manitou Springs The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a really nice bonus! Will definitely stay again!!

Accommodations and price were perfect for our stay. Close to light rail train station which took us right to Empower Stadium. The only negative; there were no parking spots on our last night there.

Loved our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at WaterWalk. Very clean. Stocked with laundry and dish washer supplies; coffee; salt n pepper; dishes, pots n pans etc. Staff were super friendly. Walls are thin so can hear some noise from other units. On our last day the elevator broke down. HARD-to-get part so it will be down for a couple of weeks possibly. (Today is april 15) . We were on 2nd so not a big deal. I feel sorry for the cleaning staff…leave a big tip if you go! I’d stay again. It felt homey.

It was on our route and late so we needed a place to stop but no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, worn appearance, sparse, and overall lacking in things I expect from a 4-5 star stay.

We had to have the TV fixed twice and we were only there for three days. The maintenance man was very professional and helpful. Friendly staff, great workout facility. The elevator was out of service one evening which was a problem considering we were on the 4th floor. The location was very convenient.

Great location, very nice room. Main door was unlocked about half of the time due to mechanical problems, trash/food waste near the outer doorway area. Prior occupants' drug paraphernalia in my room. Overall not terrible, but there was a definite falling short of attention to important detail.

The night we checked in set the tone for the trip. The first thing we noticed was a strong smell in the room. We asked for a room change but were told none were available so we went out to buy air freshener and “moved in.” The room was FILTHY! It was 10pm. We just wanted to go to bed and, instead, I started cleaning. There were used/unwashed pans in the cupboard, the drawer handles were sticky, the floors and the walls were gross. Thankfully, the bed sheets seemed clean so after cleaning we were able to go to sleep. We chose this place because we wanted a full kitchenette to cook in. We never did cook in there because I was grossed out. The upside - the manager was very responsive when we spoke the next day. We asked for a cleaning and he did. I appreciated his response, but the stay was already ruined. If we would have had other reasonable options, we would have left but we had no other place that would work for us. I would never stay here again.

Well equipped, comfortable rooms with full kitchen, full baths, full size washer/dryer, etc…great for both short and long stays. Lots of storage and good selection of kitchen utensils and supplies. Excellent location near many restaurants, stores, sport facilities, etc. Great coffee machine in lobby. Housekeeping is only weekly, but staff is responsive and helpful. Very reasonable rates. Pet friendly.

Loved the thought of having a kitchen. Nice little setup. General manager charged us for our room and then said Im not sure the room is clean. Just let us know if it is or not. Room was dirty. Dishes in sink. Trash on cabinets. General manager no where around. Told the maintenance worker who was nice enough to say sorry and he will let someone know. We then left for dinner and when we came back we notice the room was picked up some. Towels had hair in them. Could see glass stains on the entertainment center. We left the AC on so we could come back to a cool room. AC didnt work. 10pm and it was still 85 degrees in the room. Girlfriend went down to speak with front desk. They said sorry nothing we can do. I went down moments later and we were put in another room after waiting for 15 mins.

Staff was respectful and check in was easy. Our first room was clean but had a terrible odor so they moved us without issues to a new room. The new room was clean and smelled great! Everything we needed and a great price point.

Sure, here's a revised version: Everything was great, but there was blood in the kitchen. Thankfully, I brought my disinfecting products to clean it up. There was also pee in the toilet when we got there. The beds are great, but the room claimed to be soundproof when it is not. We came in for the weekend for a wedding, the room was fine. The shower head was very bad and didn’t have a lot of pressure or a full stream. We didn’t use the kitchenette so I don’t know if any of that works. We booked this place out of location and price, we ended up getting it on a deal for ~$95/night. With taxes and fees it cost about $312 total. I think this place is typically a lot more expensive and I would never pay the full original price for this place.

The stay was great, the rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable. They have one two and three bedroom. It is also a residential apartment complex so if you get room 1102 you'll want to move because they're up 5:30am and then till 11:30 at night stomping around, you won't be sleeping. Front desk took care of it right away and moved us to another apartment that had no residence above.

Well they put me in a room with the deadbolt not working I told the girl working there that I didn’t really feel comfortable or safe with not being able to put the dead bolt on she said that the maintenance won’t be there till Monday ( mind you that was on Friday evening that I checked in ) but I asked her ok can you guys switch me rooms she then said that they wheee all sold out but immediately I went online just to see if there was rooms avail and sure enough there where so she lied to me not very good customer service very disappointed cause the time I stayed previously she was very kind but definitely the whole staff did a 180 on me

We chose this place to stay because the convenience of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer and kitchen. The location is surrounded by lots of food options, stores and right off freeway. We were hoping this would be our place to stay as we come to Denver often but unfortunately the beds were SO hard and uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was not great and the building itself is kind of loud with some type of humming noise. We wanted to love it but we won’t be back because of the beds!

Room served its purpose. It was clean. Water pressure sucked. Walls and ceilings were paper thin. You could hear every step your neighbor above you took and televisions of your neighbors beside you. The pillows were not the best but the bed was not that bad. The couch in the living room was hard as a rock.

stayed at Parks Residential in Denver for two nights and had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and well-kept. The only downside for me was the bed and pillows—they weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that, everything was solid and I'd consider staying again.

I enjoy staying at this place. The people at the front desk were the friendliest I have encountered and I travel a lot. They were very accommodating and I felt a little bit like being at home. I love the extra touch of having the coffee machine and tea in the lobby and a good work area as well.

The gentleman staffing the front desk the evening of Thursday 10/16/25 was excellent. I had a very difficult travel situation, and had to change plans multiple times. Despite this he remained accessible, empathetic, and flexible. He represented the hotel very well, and should be commended. Upon finally reaching the hotel, I was able to get in, and found the room to be as-advertised and a great fit for my needs.

Well they put me in a room with the deadbolt not working I told the girl working there that I didn’t really feel comfortable or safe with not being able to put the dead bolt on she said that the maintenance won’t be there till Monday ( mind you that was on Friday evening that I checked in ) but I asked her ok can you guys switch me rooms she then said that they wheee all sold out but immediately I went online just to see if there was rooms avail and sure enough there where so she lied to me not very good customer service very disappointed cause the time I stayed previously she was very kind but definitely the whole staff did a 180 on me

Overall this property is a very good value and an excellent choice. The staff was friendly and efficient when I checked in and I feel like our room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was weird. This seems to be an apartment building with a few hotel rooms? We waited several minutes in the lobby. There was a sign that said they'd be back. After ten minutes we called. Once we were checked in everything was fine.

We had to have the TV fixed twice and we were only there for three days. The maintenance man was very professional and helpful. Friendly staff, great workout facility. The elevator was out of service one evening which was a problem considering we were on the 4th floor. The location was very convenient.

Great location to stay. I would totally stay again. Note that the location is close to Centennial airport so you will be impacted with the sound of flights arriving and departing in the area. Wasn’t a problem for us but good information to share as a heads up.

Well equipped, comfortable rooms with full kitchen, full baths, full size washer/dryer, etc…great for both short and long stays. Lots of storage and good selection of kitchen utensils and supplies. Excellent location near many restaurants, stores, sport facilities, etc. Great coffee machine in lobby. Housekeeping is only weekly, but staff is responsive and helpful. Very reasonable rates. Pet friendly.

I had to be in Denver for 10 days to help take care of a sick relative, having a little apartment to go back to was perfect. It's about 10 minutes from DTC. There are lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. It was comfortable not, parking was free, and overall it was a fine stay. My unit had a kitchen, washer, dryer, and living room and bedroom in addition to the bathroom. Unless I wanted to stay somewhere fancy, I would stay here again. There were lots of people with dogs, and those dogs barked at night. That was my biggest complaint.

Accommodations and price were perfect for our stay. Close to light rail train station which took us right to Empower Stadium. The only negative; there were no parking spots on our last night there.

Great value; property is located near auto dealerships, Walmart and several chain restaurants. Grounds are well kept, staff was great and overall very quiet building despite my initial concerns being close to elevator. Would definitely stay here again as it has everything you'd need for an extended stay.

I enjoy staying at this place. The people at the front desk were the friendliest I have encountered and I travel a lot. They were very accommodating and I felt a little bit like being at home. I love the extra touch of having the coffee machine and tea in the lobby and a good work area as well.

Having a one bedroom apartment (With a Washer & Dryer) for the price of a hotel room was Fabulous! The location on the South Side of Denver was great for our purposes seeing sights & friends in Castle Rock & Manitou Springs The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a really nice bonus! Will definitely stay again!!

Whatever you do, try the burger joint downstairs. It was by far the best bacon cheeseburger I’ve put in my mouth in a very long time. Truffle fries are a must have side.

Everything was great except for WIFI, which never worked with code verified twice. But good location, very clean, quiet, and it was great having small kitchen to cook a bit and save money not eating out every meal.

It was on our route and late so we needed a place to stop but no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, worn appearance, sparse, and overall lacking in things I expect from a 4-5 star stay.

Very clean and well designed room. It was quiet and a very good value. There are no hotel amenities and the staff is helpful but not always available. I stayed 2 nights with my small dog and it was great for us. The only issue was the elevator was out of service and we were on the 4th floor. I would return to this property in the future.
