O hotel tem um ótima estrutura e localização, meu único ponto é em relação ao chuveiro. A pressão da água é bem ruim, quase um pinga pinga.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel for a day.

The staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating to all my requests such as a slightly later check out and top floor room. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We slept great. The bar/cafe downstairs was also enjoyable and fun. I rarely give a hotel the full 5 stars. This one is well earned. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sheraton!

Staff was not very helpful. When I arrived I was unaware of the $175 deposit. I explained that I had no $$ on my bank card until 6am the NEXT morning that I could bring my card down then. She said no. I tried my venmo card which also didnt work. I explained that we would only be in the room a few hrs. There was no compassion. Thank goodness my friend was able to out the deposit on her card. In total we were in the room 6-7 hrs. Also, when I booked the reservation I explained that there would be 3 adults. They gave us a room with a pull put couch which was great. There was no blankets or pillows. When we called down at 11pm they said they would send some up. Well after 30 mins of waiting we called again. Another 20 min passes- no blankets or pillows. By this time its almost 12am. The ladies decided to walk down to front desk. Where they were told someone was on the way. Another 20 mins later we got 1 blanket amd 1 pillow. Otherwise the room was clean and smelled well
